Great place and we had a good time enjoying the great views and what the place provides.

Great location for kids with use of play park, sports pitch, arcades etc. We really appreciated all the little extras provided in the caravan - tea, coffee, sugar, milk, washing up liquid, hand soap, toilet rolls and even chocolates! 😋 It’s worth noting there is no WiFi or 3G/4G in the caravan but there is a tv and various board games which the kids made the most of. And you cannot park adjacent to the caravan, but it’s only a very short walk. The bedrooms are VERY small - but I guess that’s expected! Overall a great stay. Caron was very responsive and helpful. We had a lovely family time, despite some dodgy weather. Great space for the two young grandchildren (and the dog!) Katie was an excellent communicator with very quick and helpful responses to any query. Really appreciated that she could be flexibie with check in/out. If you like pizzas I'd recommend La Pergola (stone baked pizzas) which is a five minute drive away and they do take away pizzas to collect. Looks very good place to eat in as well.

Nice caravan with a good view of the bay. Jenny was really responsive and very helpful with great recommendations.

Had a great week away and really enjoyed out stay at Rosie's caravan. Exactly as it was described and felt really homely with some lovely touches with the decor. Location is really good, with lots of stuff on site but also with in easy reach. Would highly recommend and I am sure we will be back here again. Nick, Katie and Isla

Wow what a gem. Such a lovely cosy home from home. We spent 5 nights at this beautiful place over Christmas visiting our daughter and her family. Wendy was so friendly and helpful and communicated well with all our questions. Bed was so comfortable and managed to get some much needed extra sleep. Kitchen well equipped, sofa and chairs super comfy. Loved the colour coordination and the extra touches. Nice Christmas chocolates and milk tea coffee sugar etc. Really nice walk on the Red Squirrel Trail straight from the doorstep. We will definitely return and highly highly recommend. Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

A beautiful house with all the facilities we could hope for.

Perfect place to stay, and excellent location. Setting was beautiful with pool and tennis court as added extra. Sara (housekeeper) was brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly and was great to communicate with. Highly recommend

Perfect location , and was very clean premise

We stayed as a group of friends who frequent Airbnbs regularly and we would unanimously agree that this is the most spectacular property we have stayed in. Modern and spotless, in a fantastic location with beautiful views. The kitchen has everything you would need and every bedroom has an en-suite. Beds are very comfortable and the open plan area is so well set out. Great location for Shanklin and the Island line, we used the service every day and visited the steam railway with ease. Within a short walk of pubs such as the Steamer Inn which served enormous portions. If a dip in the sea is your cup of tea then it’s a 10 minute walk. Simon was very helpful and collecting the key was seamless. Highly recommend and looking to book again.

Stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary . Could not have been happier. It was march and frost in the morning but made no difference to our stay apart from not getting in pool . Gary meet us on arrival and was very easy to get on with . Gary explained everything and local history gave us a tour of property . Parking was great . We had a fantastic time and cannot recommend this enough. If you looking for somewhere on the isle of white then this is brilliant. We will hopefully come back and will recommend to family and friends.
