This is where you want to stay in Groveland. It is exactly what the pictures look like and more. Close to the lake and you feel safe with the garage parking and gated community. Alejandra was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Yvette and her beautiful home in Groveland was absolutely the perfect location from which to get to Yosemite. The house itself and the location were equally as stunning as Yosemite NP. We had such a wonderful time that we are planning to come back in the summer. Yvette was so responsive and the directions she provided were easy to follow. The house was immaculate and so comfortable! Thank you Yvette!

This house was so clean & cute!! Gave us the perfect space for our out of town family to stay and roomy enough for local family members to visit. This place worked out PERFECTLY!! We enjoyed every space in this home. The backyard was perfect for morning coffee on the deck. Our Texas family played the lottery in hopes they could buy the place and not have to check out lol.

This cabin was the perfect spot for our party of eight. The house was clean and the open kitchen was a great place to hang out to cook and enjoy meals together. The game room was in a separate building attached to the open garage and had a big TV with comfortable seating as well as a foosball table. The kids loved spending time in the game room playing foosball, and it was great ending each day with a movie night. The cabin was only an hour away from Yosemite and had a grocery store and several restaurants and a brewery nearby. Rakesh was quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed help with anything. Overall, I had a great experience.

One of the best Airbnb’s for the price and proximity to the Bay Area for a large group. Host was super responsive and accommodating. House is in a private complex and is large, is perched on a small incline, has sleeping rooms slightly elevated or below the living-dining-kitchen area giving privacy and quiet while kids run around. Overall, layout is good for large groups. Has a pool table and a ping pong table which was a plus.

We had an exceptional stay at this luxurious property, perfectly suited for our group of 16, including both adults and children. The spacious layout provided ample room for everyone, and the elegant interiors added a touch of sophistication to our trip. The fully equipped kitchen made meal preparations a breeze, and the BBQ grill was a highlight for our group gatherings. The kids were delighted with the entertainment options available, ensuring they were happily occupied throughout our stay. The host’s attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort were evident in every aspect of the home. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the seamless communication, which made our experience truly memorable. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a luxurious and accommodating retreat. We look forward to returning in the future! This house was amazing and definitely would consider staying again here if going to be in Merced. Max is 8 ppl per listing but cost depends on how many total guests there are, so just plan accordingly before booking for no price surprise. This was one of the cleanest homes we have rented. No dust anywhere and you feel so comfortable. Currently, everything is brand new and they supply everything you need. Communication with hosts was very easy before and during stay! Not in host’s control but next door neighbor kept their barking dogs outside all day and night.

Thomas was an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating. The house was lovely, spotless, and well-maintained. The surrounding area is beautiful, peaceful at night, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We visited in the off-season but could easily imagine how fantastic this location would be in summer, with the nearby lake, marina, playgrounds, and, of course, its proximity to Yosemite and Gold Country. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
