We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

Teena’s place was beautiful -the beds are very comfortable and nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was so nice to be right on the beach and see the sunrise. We saw a lot of birds, including a resident pair of eagles! We were fascinated by the length of the difference between low and high tide and it was neat to experience it all. The indoor pool and hottub was nice to have since the outdoor pool wasn’t technically open yet (even though we did lounge on the chairs and dip in slightly when we got hot.) We enjoyed how peaceful and private this area of the island is. We would go back again -thank you, Teena, for providing a lovely home away from home for us.

This place was part of the Seaside villas with lots of housing. Short walk to the beach and the beach itself was very good. Ryan stocked the place well. Every condo had a view of the beach even though its not perfectly ocean facing and it felt very good to sit outside and watch the ocean. Would highly recommend this place

A great place to unwind. The unit is exactly what you see in the photos. The host is friendly and responsive. Short walk to the beach along a private boardwalk. The outdoor pool was too cold to lounge in but ok for a quick dip to cool off. We would stay here again.

I will echo the sentiments of other reviewers who talk about the location of Tiffany’s condo and the accommodations. The condo is just as the photos suggest. It was clean, comfortable and the decor reflects the eye and sensibilities of an artist and interior designer. My husband and I couldn’t ask for more. We have stayed in many airbnbs over the years; Tiffany’s place is one of the best if not THE best. The sunrises were magnificent. The location is convenient to everything, but really you won’t want to leave, except for maybe croissants from the Paris Baguette, a short drive away. Whew! They were amazing. Overall, we had a terrific stay. Thank you, Tiffany! It was our great pleasure to stay at your condo.

My husband and I booked last minute for a weekend to reconnect. We were able to do exactly that. The condo is beautiful as well as the resort surrounding. The photos do not do the condo or its decor justice. There was something special everywhere you turned. Robert and Jennifer are excellent host! We were greeted with a personal card and bottle of wine. That was a great surprise and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Robert was excellent when it came to local recommendations and attentive which was helpful visiting a new area! We are already planning to revisit for a second stay. It was a true vacation. We fell in love with Hilton Head!

Very nice condo and a great location! It is so close to the beach! We had a blast on this trip! It was so nice of Jeff to leave us food for breakfast! There was bacon, eggs, orange juice, and milk for us! I definitely would stay here again! Thank you to Jeff for a great trip!

We had a great stay! The home was the perfect size for my family of 4 and my parents. It was wonderful to have a third bathroom. The location was great, and we were less than a minute-walk from the pool, and an easy bike ride to Coligny Beach and Plaza, as well as Alder Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Megan and Kevin's condo was perfect for a long weekend away with kids! Our toddlers loved the toy corner in their living room and being out in the balcony. The location was close to a lot of kid friendly places/playgrounds (20-30 min walk or a very short drive). We didn't make it to the beach this trip, but there were a lot of beach accesories to make beach days a bit easier. When we return to HHI in the future, we'd love to stay in their place again!

We loved staying at Turtles and Tales - the location was so peaceful and just what we needed. We were Hurricane Milton “refugees” and the team at Vacation Ready was responsive and very accommodating. Highly recommend!!!

Another wonderful Christmas-time stay in Sea Pines! Our family of 5 and small dog had a lovely stay at this property. Clean and comfortable and stocked with most supplies one might need. We had plenty of room and made use of the pull-out sofa as well. Jessica’s place is in a quiet, semi-wooded area only a short walk or bike ride to the beach or the Sea Pines Center Shops. Despite the rain we made good use of the two bikes and leisure trails. We saw deer nearby too. Jessica is very proactive and organized, even mailing gate passes ahead of your stay to make your arrival a breeze. Great value and a great host! We hope to return for another Christmas in the Pines! Be sure to grab breakfast at Low Country Produce and enjoy drinks and small bites at the Quarterdeck!

We had the best quick trip away for the weekend and the place was exactly what we needed. Great location, super cute, and had everything we needed.

My wife and I came to Hilton Head with my folks for a week-long golf trip. Bryan and Jamie’s condo was perfect for the four of us. The neighborhood is quiet, with a good mix of permanent residents and tourists. The walk to the beach is short. And there are many great bars and restaurants nearby. The back patio is great for relaxing after a fun day on the golf course. The in-unit laundry makes it easy to wash your golf (or beach) clothes. The kitchen has all the essentials. And the upstairs bedrooms are very comfy. This is a classic AirBnB. Some earlier guest reviews complained about the age of the condo or the older furnishings. But those things didn’t bother us one bit. If you want a modern or luxury experience, then go stay at the Marriott or Westin on the beach. For young families, couples, or a group of buddies on a golf trip, this place is absolutely perfect. Bryan was very helpful. He communicated all the details about our stay. We would definitely visit this place again!

We have rented twice from Chris and have been very happy. It is great to know that I can trust him to have a property that is the same as listed, clean and wonderful and to know that he isn't going to cancel on me. It was very straightforward and Chris made the process easy. Would 100% recommend renting from him!

Beautiful villa just steps to the beach. Shops/restaurants right across the street. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were super comfortable, living area was spacious. Would definitely rent again!

Our stay was excellent! The space was exactly like the photos and the layout was perfect for my family of 4 with my two children having their own room and bathroom. The view from the balcony was amazing and peaceful and the ability to easily walk down to the beach and pool were beyond convenient. (Cosmetic updates could be done however that’s my preference and it doesn’t take away from the stay or the beautiful view). The host was extremely responsive and very proactive with clear instructions for the entire process. It was a great stay for my entire family!

Excellent condo, gorgeous views of the ocean. Place was beautifully decorated inside and clean, had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Location is amazing, close proximity to the swimming pool and the private beautiful beach. We also love the location of Palmetto Dunes, close proximity to shopping at Shelter Cove and top restaurants. We hope to be back soon.

The place was amazing!! Phenomenal location with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Steps from the beach and pools. The close proximity made it really easy to navigate both with kids. Will absolutely stay here again!!!!!!

The condo was beautiful and very clean - lots of room to spread out; wonderful kitchen with everything we needed; large private bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole complex was very lovely and well cared for. Local Kroger was nearby for easy grocery shopping. Super easy beach access right out front. Wonderful beach with easy-walking packed sand and no trash anywhere. We loved the low tide times, wading in the warm water and exploring for shells. Renting beach gear was easy. The local Dune House bar and grill was a plus - we could easily walk there along the beach. Communication with property management was very prompt. We would love to return to this condo in the future! Thank you!!

Highly recommend this condo. Was exactly as pictured and described, very clean, comfortable, updated and had all the needed amenities. Pool and beach very accessible and great bike/walking trails all throughout Palmetto Dunes. Our family found it very relaxing and yet full of activity, all at the same time.
