The townhouse was spotless and extremely close to pool. Beach was a short distance to walk. Kitchen well stocked with any needed supplies. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute villa. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet, convenient, and the grounds are lovely. This is a great area for walking and biking. Or, if you prefer, drive about two minutes to Coligny public beach parking lot and nearby shops.

This unit is very centrally located in Sea Pines and was just minutes from anything we wanted to do. Despite being on a golf course, we heard no noise and enjoyed the quietness of the surroundings. The unit was exactly as described.

Our stay was wonderful with no complaints. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned to a hotel standard. Each room came with a box fan which was a great accommodation. We felt safe and comfortable and had an overall great stay.

We had a great stay for the week with kids and grandkids. My only disappointment was the grill was rusty and unusable

This place was perfect for our family. We had 2 parents and 3 adult children. Everything was clean and all the amenities were wonderful! The only negative was streaming shows on the TV’s, the shows kept cutting out. We would stay there again!

A very nicely appointed home close to the beach and of course all the amenities that Seapines has to offer. We loved our stay !! Looking forward to returning soon!!

Jame's Beach house is perfectly located in Palmetto Dunes! On the golf course, it is mere minutes from all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer. I highly recommend renting or bringing bicycles as this area is extremely bike friendly & you won't need your car unless leaving the resort area. Beach house is spacious, well laid out, and we felt right at home. Arrived to an extremely clean and comfortable home that was perfect for our family of 4. Comfy beds & linenes made for a great night's sleep. Ample seating in both the living and dining area. Kitchen stocked with anything you might need for cooking. Has both keurig & drip coffee makers. Host provided all information prior to arrival & our check in/out was seamless. He gives such great instructions for the whole home & stay! We look forward to staying here again on all future visits to HHI. Tip: make use of the recommendations James sends after booking! so much great information that we found very helpful during our stay.

Nice little neighborhood in Sea Pines. There were tennis courts, pickle ball courts and pool all right there for our use during our stay. Home was clean and nicely decorated!

Our family loved staying here for our trip to Savannah/Tybee over our holiday break! The house was actually even larger than we thought it would be - it's incredibly spacious and has plenty of room for people to spread out and get some privacy which was a perk. It was a great proximity to the beach and nearby amenities. We booked a golf cart from down the street and that made it easy to zip around the entire island to explore. This house is a little less equipped with 'daily essentials' than a typical Airbnb. There were no pantry ingredients, including coffee, salt, or pepper. You will not find soaps or shampoos in the bathrooms, and there was only one load of laundry detergent at the house. This wasn't that big of a deal for us, just something to keep in mind if you're planning on making a list to grocery shop or pack on your way in. Pots and pans are also very limited, but we ate out at all the great restaurants most of the time that it didn't matter too much.

This is our second time here and we just love it! Tyson and Marie are amazing hosts and their house is in the midst of the best downtown area. Walkable to everything! A great location! This will not be our last time here! Highly recommend! Does not disappoint!!

Great place and close to the beach. Only issue was the pool was still closed (Feb Visit), but no the host’s fault.

Rob’s place was great. Super convenient walk to the beach. Nice set up inside, super clean, and he was proactive with instructions and info for us. Any questions we had were quickly answered. Would stay again if we are back in the area!

Wonderful place to stay in Sea Pines! Stayed at the Sea Pines resort my last visit and thought this was better! Each bedroom having its own bathroom is so nice and the common areas had plenty of room for us to all hang out. Great restaurants around but also had everything we needed to make a very nice dinner there. Location is fantastic and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed with four other friends for a weekend wedding. Jefferey’s place was great and had everything you needed, including an espresso machine and steamer for our dresses. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. And Jeffrey was readily available if we needed anything at all. It was a great weekend and would definitely stay here again.

Our group of girls had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The location was fantastic—convenient to everything we wanted to do and explore while in Hilton Head! The house was exactly as described, cozy, and spacious enough for all of us. Each room was comfortable, providing a perfect place to come back to after being out and about. The host was extremely communicative, always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our trip! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with a group!

We had a wonderful stay at Helena’s condo! Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The condo was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed and then some! It was a quick walk to the beach and the pool area was wonderful. Hellena is an excellent Host and was super quick and friendly with all communications! I highly recommend this condo!

What a great place, beautifully decorated, comfy beds, stocked with shampoos, conditioner, and body wash. Easy to use thermostat, great instructions around the house and 2 great decks. So much fun to listen to bands playing nearby in the comfort of your own porch!! Great location with many great restaurants, shops, art galleries, parks that are walkable and with a Sam's Club, Walmart, and Publix within a mile, and with quick access to HHI. Our only issue was that it was colder than usually, as was the entire rest of the country. We look forward to our next stay!!

The condo is fantastic! Exactly as advertised. A very short walk to the beach. Gene is a great communicator and was very helpful with suggestions. I would stay here again and would highly recommend Gene.
