Loved this place, beautiful view, very clean and tidy, everything looked exactly as pictured, smart tv, WiFi, beach access, close to all the shopping and restaurants, owner even recommended his favorites to us before arriving, would definitely love to come back and stay again!

Kaden was very accommodating to our family! The property is very secure and safe, we took our three children (14, 13, and 9) and felt very comfortable letting them walk up to the beach. The condo itself was very clean and right on the beach, we had six people in the condo altogether and everyone fit perfectly- perfect for spring break. 😊

Great location, very close to the beach and very quiet. Space is a tad small for two but great for a short getaway! Ryan was great at communicating and supplied everything we needed.

I will echo the sentiments of other reviewers who talk about the location of Tiffany’s condo and the accommodations. The condo is just as the photos suggest. It was clean, comfortable and the decor reflects the eye and sensibilities of an artist and interior designer. My husband and I couldn’t ask for more. We have stayed in many airbnbs over the years; Tiffany’s place is one of the best if not THE best. The sunrises were magnificent. The location is convenient to everything, but really you won’t want to leave, except for maybe croissants from the Paris Baguette, a short drive away. Whew! They were amazing. Overall, we had a terrific stay. Thank you, Tiffany! It was our great pleasure to stay at your condo.

Wonderful experience in Palmetto Dunes! We really enjoyed our stay. Robert was a very helpful host and answered every question I had within minutes. The condo was clean and conveniently located near the elevator. The underground parking garage was also nice since we arrived on a rainy day. We enjoyed the use of cruiser bikes and beach chairs that were included with the unit. The pool was beautiful and the ocean/sandy beach was steps away. Would definitely recommend this condo and plan to return again!

Wonderful location right on the beach! We loved waking up and being able to sit on the deck and enjoy the view. So much to do in the area.

We had a great stay! The home was the perfect size for my family of 4 and my parents. It was wonderful to have a third bathroom. The location was great, and we were less than a minute-walk from the pool, and an easy bike ride to Coligny Beach and Plaza, as well as Alder Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The area is so beautiful and there is a lot to do. The place was nice and it is so close to the beach and everything else!!

It was a good place to be for a couple of nights in Hilton Head. Walkable to the playground and beach. Good access to main road to get to Sea Pines and other locations. The Hosts were very proactive and great instructions and space was nice for our family of 4.

We had a great stay at the 17th Street Inn! It was cozy, so peaceful, and the staff was very friendly and communicative! My wife and I loved being just a block from the beach for easy quick trips that didn’t feel like we had to stay forever just to make it worth it. Great location for a couples getaway!

10 ⭐ This Condo was wonderful!! The pictures do not capture just how big this place is, the bedrooms are large, and the bathrooms are huge! The views of the morning sunrise were spectacular!! Being a corner unit was great because we were just steps away from the stairs to the pool and the path to the beach. Fantastic kitchen that was fully stocked, and TV's in every room that have cable, which for us was a big deal (love to just click the TV on and not have to figure out how to operate it) It is a quick drive from the Savannah Airport, and Jane hooked us up with a local driver that picked us up and dropped us back off, so that was really helpful. It was just really easy to stay here. We had everything we needed; it was clean, it was comfortable, and it was close to everything!! You will not be disappointed if you rent this one. We had such a wonderful time that we will be sure to revisit this one!!! Thanks, Jane, for being a great host, we really enjoyed your home!! ❤️

Our family was visiting Savanna for a two day visit and found Paget's condo on Tybee Island to be a great place to relax. The beach was very close, the condo was very clean, the shower and water pressure were great. The beds were also comfortable. There is a coffee and bagel spot nearby, great place to stop in after a beautiful morning walk on the beach. We went to the Crab shack for dinner and viewed the gators, food was good but be warned there are gnats in the evening hours that come out, wear pants and long sleeves. Overall if you like the beach and don't need extra amenities, it's a great place for a short visit. Melinda

The space was super easy to get to and the TreeTops community was easily anywhere between 10-20 mins to the little pockets of shopping and restaurant on the island. The condo is lived in and well loved. Neat and suitably furnished…a perfect size for our group of 4 and 2 pups. Would def book again!

We really enjoyed our stay and would book again! The unit was exactly like the pictures. The only thing others should be aware of is the entry door is located up a flight of stairs. Not a problem for us but could be for others.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, bright and plenty roomy for two families with adult kids. We cooked a delicious thanksgiving feast in the well appointed kitchens - which was greatly appreciated! You never know what you’ll get in the way of cooking utensils and pots/pans/etc. Thank you for a great stay - we will be back!

We have rented twice from Chris and have been very happy. It is great to know that I can trust him to have a property that is the same as listed, clean and wonderful and to know that he isn't going to cancel on me. It was very straightforward and Chris made the process easy. Would 100% recommend renting from him!

The place was amazing!! Phenomenal location with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Steps from the beach and pools. The close proximity made it really easy to navigate both with kids. Will absolutely stay here again!!!!!!

Great hidden gem! The house was well organized and stocked. The vibes were great. Favorite part of the house is the expansive outdoor living options. Fantastic walkable distance to the beach.
