The apartment was super clean (even nicer and larger than it looks in the photos), and Mario is a super friendly and helpful host. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated that there was a power strip next to every single bed for plugging in phones! This unit is 1 level above the ground floor, and the steps are extremely steep; not an issue for us but may be a problem for those with mobility issues. Note that the bathroom is separated across 2 spaces: 1 small room with a toilet/sink only, and 1 separate larger room with a shower, bathtub, and sink (but no toilet). This arrangement is very convenient for larger groups! We appreciated that we were able to securely leave our luggage in the office in the morning, until we were able to check in later in the afternoon. The neighborhood is convenient to everything and super busy (but noise was not an issue). It's very easy to avoid the red light district if you have kids in your group.

Great, cozy place, in a quiet backyard, five minute walk from the city center. We were allowed early check-in, which was much appreciated.

Mijn vriendinnen en ik hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Ak. Instructies via de app waren heel duidelijk, communicatie was sowieso erg fijn. En we zijn heel fijn ontvangen in het appartement! Het verblijf was super schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De locatie is top! Op loopafstand van parkeergarages, horeca en de winkels. De enige maar is het geluid 's nachts van de kerkklokken. Verder echt een hele dikke aanrader!

Great place to wind down after going out. Station Hilversum sportpark is on 10 min walking distance and the city center around 20. In the basement is a shared room with washing machines and dryers and the room itself comes with an iron. The best thing about the place is the giant bean bag! Would come back here any time, thanks for having me!

Great stay here for a couple of nights and close to the train station

This is the best place to stay in Amsterdam! It’s one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I’ve ever visited. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Yanna at the front desk—she might be the nicest person in the city. The amenities were excellent, and the room was absolutely outstanding—spotless, well-equipped, and designed for comfort. Highly recommend!

Prettig verblijf gehad in de Airbnb van Peter. Er is genoeg ruimte en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig (vooral de keuken is groot en uitgebreid). De ruimte zit onder de grond, maar dat voelt niet zo, omdat elke kamer ramen heeft. Het is desondanks fijn dat er daglichtlampen ingebouwd zijn, zodat je ook bij bewolkt weer goed licht hebt binnen. Er zijn sowieso veel lampen en ook stopcontacten aanwezig, erg handig. De Airbnb ligt aan een mooie laan net buiten het centrum, waardoor het redelijk rustig is (je hoort binnen niks vanaf de straat), maar het wel een goede uitvalsbasis is. Ik voelde me snel thuis.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est super et Gerard est très gentil et accueillant. Le logement se situe à 1h15 de Amsterdam, c’est un peu long mais très facile de s’y rendre. Je recommande cet endroit pour séjourner.

Very lively neighborhood De Pijp, close to a lot of places by foot - most within 20 minutes or less of walking to many go-to spots in Amsterdam. Many restaurants, bars, coffee corners, shops around. Lovely to walk around with all local people. Place was fantastic, brand new. It's on the ground floor, easy to walk in. The living room very well decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped. The master bedroom is quite big with an ensuite bathroom (no shower), the second bedroom is a bit small, no room to fit luggages, but you can always use the wardrobes. The main bathroom has quite big shower with a steam bath. We couldn't use the garden, because it was winter but it would be lovely to hang there in good weather for sure. Our hosts was very welcoming and responsive. All our conversations was smooth and professional. Definitely recommending the place and would stay here again without a doubt!

My friend and I LOVED Pepi’s studio. Very clean, cozy, and spacious. The location was prime to be in - nearby so many restaurants, coffee shops, and the local Street Market...AND close to the metro - made it so much easier to travel to/from the center of AMS. Definitely recommend walking to/from there at least once! Scenery is beautiful and many shops you may miss! It’s also not as far of a walk as it seems. De Pijp is the neighborhood to be in. Pepi’s place was close enough to enjoy night life by the bars, yet far enough to enjoy quiet when needing to sleep. Pepi was very generous with recommendations and also very flexible with check in/check out. She was very easy to communicate with important information about the studio/if you are needing assistance. Toilet and shower are in separate rooms each with a sink - easy to utilize the space to get ready for the day/night. The couch was cozy to use as a second bed. We will definitely be booking again! Gorgeous apartment in a lovely quiet residential part of Amsterdam. Well connected to the city. 8 min bus journey to Centraal (on the number 21, stop 1 min away) and 17 min walk to Anne Frank House. Beds were super comfy and the whole apartment was cosy and beautifully furnished. Responsive hosts who dropped more bedding off for us to use the sofa bed. Lovely coffee and chocolates left by the host. Great stay. Would 100% recommend

The apartment is sunny and bright, clear of clutter, well lit, and so nice to be in. From the get go, Armand was incredibly responsive, and if there was anything I needed or had a question about, he was right on it. The location is also terrific, close to transit, can walk to so much, beautiful parks nearby, shopping, etc. It made for a wonderful "home" while in Amsterdam. Bedankt Armand! - Nina

Very nice flat, across the street from the Metro. The flat s spacious and really well equipped. It was perfect for the four of us.

Our stay in Haarlem was absolutely wonderful! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect – a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to all the charm Haarlem has to offer. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, a full length mirror would be a great addition or a second mirror and perhaps a small desk and a stool in the loft. it would be a lovely spot to write or sketch. A definite highlight was the lovely terrace. We enjoyed relaxing there. It was a great place to unwind after exploring the city. All of the amenities were in great working order, and the space was very well equipped. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Haarlem. We would absolutely stay here again!"

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Wir waren zu zweit für 2 Nächte dort. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder waren eine tolle Möglichkeit um eine gemütliche abendliche Runde zu fahren oder auch in nichtmal 20 Minuten etwas einkaufen zu können. Mit unserem Auto sind wir in knapp 1h nach Zandvoort ans Meer gefahren. Es war unglaublich entspannend und die Gegend ist sehr schön.

Fijne plek! Prettige en leuke omgeving en hele mooie relaxte accommodatie. Contact met Brenda verliep ook erg fijn en soepel. Zou hier zeker nog eens terugkomen.

Great communication from host weeks before the stay up until departure. The property was great for what we needed, clean and spacious. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city.

I had a wonderful stay at Ella’s airbnb with my family ! The location in the heart of De Pijp couldn’t have been more convenient—everything I needed was close by. The space itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped, making it easy to feel at home. One of the highlights was discovering a charming market just a few minutes’ walk away that sells the most delicious poffertjes. It was such a treat to explore the neighborhood! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

Jennifer und Arie waren super freundliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der wunderschön eingerichteten Wohnung gefühlt. Der beheizte Whirlpool und Sauna waren das absolute Highlight. Schöne ruhige Lage in der man gut ein paar Tage abschalten kann.

Die Unterkunft war ein ein Traum. Sehr schön eingerichtet und ein toller Ort um entspannen. Die große Dachterrasse war ein Highlight. Eine toll eingerichtet Unterkunft zum erholen. Auch der Host war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Fatimah’s apartment is really nice. It has 2 very comfortable, large double beds. Lovely kitchen/diner/lounge area - very good size and perfect for my group of 4 adults. Fatimah was excellent at communicating and was very informative. She waited at the apartment for us (we were slightly delayed) and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment felt very secure and safe in a quiet neighbourhood. Nothing negative to say about the apartment. Only slight problem for us (which is my fault for not researching the location enough) was it was sometimes tricky to get an uber/bolt…I assume this is because the apartment was quite far from the centre. But there are public transport options available which Fatimah explained very clearly…we just didn’t try this option as our group filled a taxi! Overall an excellent apartment and I would definitely recommend :)
