It was the last stay of our itinerary, and we never thought it will be so peaceful. The place was so happening and so soothing. The best part was the food it felt like home. We really enjoyed the stay. The barbeque session was so awesome. Naresh was so helpful in arranging all the things we needed. He also guided for a wood fire pizza which is near to this place and it was a lifetime experience. The location is so peaceful and still untouched.

we were a party of 4 and stayed for six nights in Anuradha's little corner of paradise. The combination of nature surrounding us and the homely feeling we had made us not want to leave. Mrs.Meena who lives on the premises is a wonderful person and was always at the ready to help. Highly recommend this place, and will visit again and again.

Arun has excellent communication skills. Arun is very professional with his guests. He explained everything to me after I reached his location. Arun is a retired air force personnel(not sure about his post). We had a great conversation about his work. He is also an artist. He has made wonderful paintings. There was construction work going on which blocked the path to the homestay. Arun picked up my suitcase till the apartment. Arun was extremely helpful and courteous. He made sponge Dosas for me which was very tasty. The bedroom was spacious. The kitchen had all amenities. Arun had also kept eggs, butter etc. for the guests in the fridge. I also liked the terrace of the homestay. Lots of beautiful plants, and enough space to dry your washed clothes. Amazing view from terrace. All in all, it was a beautiful experience. I wish to stay here longer when I come next time.

Prabha’s place felt right at home. A quiet room with all basic amenities provided. The tea and coffee sachets were restocked without asking and that felt really nice. It was a great stay. Would recommend!

I loved every last moment of my 55 days at Abhaya’s home. A very short walk to many shops and restaurants, but on a sweet back road with a slower pace. The apartment felt warm, comfortable, and private - but with the timely care of a wonderful and friendly family. Everything was available and managed incredibly well. More than just thankful for the experience, I was touched that a family had such time and guidance for someone such as myself - who just happened to make this booking on AirBnb. Thank you so much for everything! For sure I hope to consider this my home base in the future while in Kathmandu, and I do hope to make it back very soon.

Swaran is incredible warm and an amazing host. We instantly felt at home and that we were welcome and appreciated as guests in her home. This is the perfect stay for anyone looking for a more personal experience in a lovely home. Her place is really beautiful and peaceful, on a quiet gated street right by lots of great things like the market, park, subway and shops/restaurants. We had a great experience at this place. Me and my mother first time visit to India. Weather was cold these day and we stayed in this Ravi place for 13days. As a ladies, we felt really safe and sound staying in this accommodation. Nearby famous shopping mall & Cyber city etc. Room comes with full sets of kitchen amenities (mommy’s favourite) ,TV,aircon,heater,iron, bathroom accessories, Wall fragrance plug, etc. Washing machine provided share usage.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Staff are really warming and kind to the guests. They were so easy to communicate with and left the place clean and tidy. You can upgrade bigger room by adding additional. (PS. Although you can get offer price for long stay, you still need to pay electricity bill additional separately per usage. The amount is not a lot . Do not worry) THANKS AGAIN TO ALL THE STAFF AND HOST FOR GIVING US GREAT SERVICE. We enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to our friends also🙏🏻

It was a wonderful stay in (Battisputali) Kathmandu. I visited with my family (7 members). Actually Google map will divert you by route to find the location but the Host was responsive enough on phone so you will find the location easily. Pasupatinath temple is on walking distance. Local shopping is also nearby (5-6km). overall enjoyed staying here.

The place has very cozy ambiance . Host has been very responsive throughout are stay. Location wise it is perfectly located few spots are just walkable distance. I would recommend to be perfect place to stay.

This was one of the most responsive, well communicated, honest to shared description experience ! The place was clean. The house help who was appointed for daily cleaning etc was polite, great at her job and active ! The rooms were spacious, well described and also the amenities helped us experience a home like experience ! We were 5 people and we loved the peace and privacy, the location accessibility for Zomato, Insta mart etc make choices easy. We would recommend this place if you are looking for a home away from home ♥️ Thanks Akshay and the entire team who took care of us !

Amazing Place to stay with both family and friends. Have all the amenities.Clean rooms and Toliets. Surrounding also has recreational space like pool, gym, indoor sports court..Host is very friendly and cooperative.Overall it's a must visit space with great ambience
