Himarë : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Als Familie haben wir das wunderschöne Haus von Socrates über den Jahreswechsel besucht. Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll mit vielen Naturmaterialien eingerichtet und hat alles was es für einen perfekten Familienurlaub braucht. Im Aussenraum steht eine Feuerstelle, Liegestühle, Strandliege und viel Spielzeug für die Kinder bereit. Die ruhige Lage direkt am Strand mit Sonnenuntergang ist genial. Trotzdem sind viele schöne Ausflugziele im Hinterland, aber auch zu schönen Buchten rasch erreichbar. In der Ortschaft selber gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausserhalb der Saison sind viele Restaurants geschlossen. Socrates hat uns aber ein Restaurant vermittelt und wir haben sehr gut griechisch gegessen. Socrates wohnt in der Nähe und ist online immer rasch erreichbar für Fragen und Tipps. Dank seinem herzlichen und freundschaftlichen Umgang haben wir uns mit zwei lebendigen Jungs sofort wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank Socrates für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Besser geht es nicht!

Vi havde fundet et dårligt hotel, men Eriko var hurtig på tasterne og vi boede i stedet for i hans fine, renlige lejlighed.

Excellent séjour passé dans le calme hors saison. L’appartement est très propre et fonctionnel et idéal pour visiter Corfu surtout la cote Ouest que nous avons préféré. La maison est située sur la plage , un vrai bonheur de boire son café sur le sable face à l’eau le matin. Marilena a été très conciliante sur notre horaire d’arrivée de nuit et très réactive au niveau communication. Nous avons déjà l’intention de revenir.

the place is beautiful. view of the bay is awesome. the host is very proactive and helpful. this place is highly recommended. I travelled with my family with two little kids. and we enjoyed the stay. I think the home is freshly renovated and very very well done. 👍🏻

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub bei Maria. Das Studio ist super ruhig gelegen und man kann das Meer und den wenig besuchten Strand nur in wenigen Gehminuten erreichen. Maria ist eine super liebe Vermieterin. Mit dem Mietwagen kann man viele schöne Ziele erreichen. Das Studio ist für zwei Personen ausreichend. Auf der eigenen Terrasse kann man sich sonnen und den Abend genießen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

We had a very nice stay in Ksamil. Leonard and his family are very kind and helpful. We needed to go to a doctor and they drove us there or they would get us a taxi. The house was clean and spacious. It is a calm neighbourhood but if you walk 10-15 minutes you get to a lot of beaches, bars, shops, restaurants…(our favourite was “grill and chill”). We really recommend this place if you want a nice, peaceful stay in Ksamil that is not to far from everything.

We hebben hier een geweldige week gehad, precies wat we zochten; rustig gelegen met een zandstrand plus 2 Griekse tavernes en 1 café (snack)bar op loopafstand. We hadden een klein appartement nr. 2 dat grenst aan het woonhuis van de ouders van Joakim. Ontzettend aardige mensen, we kregen bijna iedere dag wel wat lekkers; koffie, gebakken eieren of een zelfgemaakt stoofgerecht. Het appartement heeft 1 slaapkamers met een 2-persoonsbed en 1 slaapkamer met twee 1-persoonsbedden. Kleine keuken en kleine badkamer. Geen koffiemachine wel een cafetiére. Vanuit de slaapkamer met 2 persoonsbed stap je rechtstreeks het terras op met prachtig uitzicht op zee en Albanië. Er zijn 2 luxe ligbedden, een luxe tuinset en een ronde eettafel met comfortabele stoelen. Je hebt een auto nodig om de omgeving te verkennen en in het stadje Roda zijn supermarkten, leuke winkeltjes en veel restaurantjes aan zee. We hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie hier!

What an excellent home base for our stay in southern Albania. Bes’ place is large, comfortable, immaculately clean and well situated near the port and the lungomare where you can find a ton of restaurants, cafes and markets. Bes was really easy to communicate with and flexible with our unpredictable arrival and departure times. Parking in the lot next to the building was easy and the view from the large balcony was just gorgeous.

Fantastic apartment in a great location amongst bars and restaurants. Host was super helpful and responsive to any queries about Sarande. Highly recommend staying here. Views and sunsets are sublime.

Great location - only about a 15 minute walk from the main boulevard, but far enough removed that it was a relaxing stay. Great restaurants nearby, beautiful views from the balcony, and plenty of space. A little challenging. to find the place at first, but Lorik gave very clear instructions and was available to chat when we needed help. Would definitely stay again!

Alloggio pulitissimo e la posizione è fantastica, si affaccia direttamente sulla piscina e sulla spiaggia semi-privata. Abbiamo soggiornato in 10 amici per un addio al celibato, dispone di 5 camere matrimoniali, ognuna con il proprio bagno, una cucina spaziosa, una sala, ed uno spazio all’esterno dove poter mangiare. Dista circa 15 minuti di auto dal centro di Ypsos.

We had a wonderful stay, and everything was just as described in the listing. Robert was highly responsive and quick to address any issues, which made our experience smooth and enjoyable. The direct access to the beach was a fantastic feature, and the clean, well-maintained locality added to the charm of the place. While the door locking system was a bit inconvenient, and the Wi-Fi could be faster, these minor issues don’t take away from the overall experience. It’s a great spot, and we definitely recommend staying here!

Superbe séjour fin octobre à Kassiopi dans cette très belle villa. Nous nous sommes baignés dans la mer chaque jour, juste en poussant le portillon. 10 jours extraordinaires pour profiter du charme de cette île et des belles randonnées de la partie Nord-Est de l'ile qui nous ont permis de découvrir plein de petites plages cachées, de criques adorables ou de petits ports avec une excellente Taverna. À cette saison, avec le ciel toujours bleu, c'était quelque chose d'assez proche du paradis !

Nos avons passé un peu moins d’une semaine dans le logement proposé par Arta et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Le centre de Saranda est accessible à pied mais ils faudra marcher un petit peu (15-20 minutes) La vue depuis le balcon offre de très beaux couchés de soleils sur la mer tous les soirs ce que nous avons particulièrement appréciés. Arta a été une hôte agréable, disponible pour répondre à nos questions et ses instructions pour rejoindre le logement sont très claires. Seul petit bémol, le lit est confortable mais grince pas mal au moindre mouvement.

Entelas Apartment ist wunderschön - der Ausblick, die Einrichtung - wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Man kann in Saranda fußläufig viel unternehmen, schöne Strände sind auch in der Nähe. Entela ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank! 🙏🏼

Absolutely wonderful stay. It’s nicer than the pictures. The beach is your backyard and the sunsets are breathtaking. Krista was very responsive and helped us with everything. We had the whole beach to ourselves and it was great for a family vacation. There is a wonderful restaurant nearby called manxrurane which had incredible food and a very friendly staff. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Eine tolle Wohnung mit Meerblick und allen Annehmlichkeiten. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der Promenade von Himarë, mit tollen Restaurants und Wassersport-Möglichkeiten. Egerin und sein Vater waren sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

This place is something special. Marcos and his family are very nice people and excellent hosts. The bungalow is clean and equipped with every gadget one could need. The arcadian garden not only provides plenty of shade but also offers ample space for relaxing, dining outdoors, or for children to play. Excellent bars and restaurants are a stone's throw away (we recommend Woody's). A hotel within a five-minute walking distance has several large pools that can be used for free. Finally, the iconic beach, often with crystal-clear water that becomes deep very slowly (and is therefore ideal for children), and the unforgettable sunsets you can enjoy from the sunbeds in the garden, make this place unique. We will surely come back.

Enida was an excellent host. We needed to arrive and consequently leave earlier than planned. Enida helped us with a place to stay withvery little notice from us. She was very friendly and professional. Her place was very clean and in a good location. We were able to park our car easily and enjoy touring by foot. We would recommend Enidas place to other travelers!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is so close to the beachfront, walking street, and grocery stores. Having the basic kitchen essential helped us be extra comfortable since we could choose to stay in and cook dinner or go out to the nearby restaurants. We had no trouble with parking or using any of the flat's amenities.

Our stay at Ana’s Airbnb was nothing short of wonderful. Ana created an endlessly warm, almost familial atmosphere with her incredible responsiveness and attentiveness. She was always available to help, offering valuable advice, and keeping the house spotless. The property is also perfectly located, just steps from the sea – literally ten steps, and with an immense global warming the water is getting even closer! The adjacent beach is not crowded, and private sunbeds and umbrella were provided. I faced some challenges with the weak Wi-Fi signal indoor, but it could be seen as an upside, as it finally gave me a chance to simply read a book. Guests should be open and friendly, and in return, you might be lucky enough to receive a bottle of wine and fresh grapes from Ana’s home vineyard, even if, as in my case, you accidentally got coffee carafe broken. Ana's cheerful mother, "Mama Maria," brought so much joy to our stay with her genuine kindness. This experience was truly unforgettable.

Wow!! What an amazing time we had and would 100% recommend. Villa Kalamia is in a beautiful location overlooking Kalami bay with stunning views. There were so many places to sit - whether under the olive tree for a morning coffee or to the private jetty giving direct access to the sea. The villa is a short walk to Kalami bay where there are nice restaurants and kiosks to rent a boat for the day. There are also lots of nice walks along the coast to other nearby bays. Vittoria and Nico were fantastic hosts - super friendly and welcoming with quick communication. They even provide you with a welcome basket of fruit, bread and crisps etc. Overall 10/10 stay and couldn’t recommend more!
