Perfect place to stay in Hua hin- the location is extremely convenient close to the beach and villa market. The pictures didn’t do justice. Imo, the place looks better in person. Highly recommend. Mihael was extremely responsive and made sure we had a smooth stay and is kind and helpful.

our host was very nice and the home is beautiful. we enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. love the cedar smell in the house. everything is clean and welcoming...even better than the pictures.

It was lovely to be back for our 2nd visit - we had such a relaxing time & the kids loved the swimming pool. The beach is only a 5 min walk, and even shorter if you use one of the available bicycles. A few great seafood restaurants nearby, and kite surfing spots, for those interested.

Ich habe eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos und ist in Richtung Meer ausgerichtet, Allerdings liegt die Hauptstraße nur etwa 20 Meter vor dem Balkon. Es stört nicht wirklich, weil die Wohnung im 5. Stock ist, aber wenn man in Ruhe liest, hört man den Verkehr. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und komfortabel. Innerhalb der Wohnanlage gibt es einen Pool und ein Fitnessstudio. Der Pool ist gut und lädt zum Entspannen ein, während das Fitnessstudio für die Größe der Anlage etwas klein ist. Insgesamt war es jedoch ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, und ich würde die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Tst ist immer sehr reaktions schnell und antwortet sofort.

Firstly, Frank’s communication is spot on, helpful and friendly. Secondly, the photos really don’t do this place justice. The accommodation is roomy which I don’t think comes across on the Airbnb ad. The complex accommodates full time residents of various nationalities and other holiday eras. It’s a very friendly place in a quiet spot close to a lot going on. The pool is really good and the garden really well maintained As others have mentioned, you really need transport to get about but so many restaurants/eating places nearby. Frank has employed a manager so any issues can be resolved easily. She lives on site and is very friendly.

We are a great two weeks stay at Eric’s place. The apartment is clean, neat and had all the amenities (apart from the restaurant, the restaurant is closed) as mentioned in the listing. The pools below are very well maintained by the society and it’s a lot of fun as there are many pools & great place to be with kids and family. Overall great amenities, great location, friendly host and we definitely recommended it. Thank you Eric 🙏

My friends and I were looking for a good price accommodation near the beach in Hua Hin, and Bantita’s place was perfect. We could easily walk to the beach and nearby malls. Bantita was a great host who recommended us to take the green truck to the Tamarind Market, where we enjoyed delicious street food. We had a fantastic time and get along together so well, would definitely stay here again.
