lovely 4 bed house, plenty of parking space on the drive. Close to shops. So convenient for getting around. A few minutes to the motorway. 10 minutes to get to center of Wolverhampton. Would be great for a much longer stay.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Great place which met our needs. Also only 10 minutes into town. When the weather was very cold would have appreciated more control over the heating. Good breakfast provisions and bathroom supplies.

Really enjoyed my stay with Sophie. Everything was as described and the communication made me feel right at home before I got there. I had intended arriving earlier than so Sophie wasn't in when I got to the house but it was no problem, Sophies's instructions were clear and I got right in a settled. It was only a 10-15 minute walk through a lovely park to some shops and restaurants. After a long day I fell into bed early and slept really well. In the morning Sophie was up and kindly made me toast. There were a good choice of cereals and some lovely home made jams and marmalades to try. I will definitely stay with Sophie again when I'm in the area. Thanks Sophie. D

Great place, great location

Booked this place for a two day trip to Crufts. It was in an excellent location for the NEC. Faydene has thought of everything in the house with candles in the bathroom for nice relax to little chocolate and sweat treats dotted in various places around the house. Faydene had even left us some bagels for breakfast if we needed them. She responded well with any queries I had before our trip. Excellent host and will recommend.

Rebecca is a brilliant host, was very responsive and flexible, she really went out of her way to accommodate our stay and was so easy to contact when we were there!

This is a delightful place to stay. The room is spacious, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the location is convenient. It has 2 large comfortable chairs, a large couch, and a nice double bed. Andrew took care to stock the kitchen with milk, fruit, bread, jam, and an array of spices, condiments, and other convenience items. There is a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, kettle, etc. I couldn't think of anything the kitchen needed. It is ideal for someone needing to be at the University of Nottingham for a period of time, since it is about a 15 minute walk to the entrance. Woolaton park is also only 10 minutes away, and getting on to a bus route to other locations is also close by. There is a "Dairy Box" convenience store next door to the location, which is excellent for getting breakfast foods, dinners, and most convenience items. The television and internet both work at a top-notch level. Overall, this is one of the nicest and most convenient Airbnb's I have ever stayed in.

Wendy was extremely helpful and informative. Responded quickly to any queries which I had. The flat was perfect for my needs as I was visiting family locally. The flat was adequately equipped and cosy. Very clean, private and good value for money. It was a very cold week and the heaters in the lounge and bedroom struggled to keep the flat warm, however Wendy had provided two extra electrical heaters to use if required. These were very welcome. Overall I was very pleased with the accommodation and would recommend to anyone. Hopefully I will be staying there again when I visit Lichfield next time. Thank you Wendy for enabling me to enjoy my stay.

Genuinely super hosts. Beautiful home and extremely friendly hosts. I recommend khusi grill only a short walk away and the Ricoh is a short drive. Would not hesitate to stay again.

What a special place and a special couple. Jon and Muriel were warm and welcoming and we loved visiting with them. The chapel was a "spiritual treat" and we were honored that they shared it, and it's history, with us. I hope we meet again! B and B

We had the loveliest stay at Castle Folly in Warwick, made even more special by our amazing hosts! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every little detail had been thoughtfully planned. Julie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—a delicious cake for a birthday celebration, leaving a bottle of prosecco, and even our initials in wood on the windowsill! The breakfast was just as thoughtful—fresh bread, two perfectly placed eggs, and many sweet little treats. Every part of the stay was sprinkled with kindness, from the handwritten notes to the charming knights. We just couldn’t have asked for a better or more generous host. The warmth and hospitality made this one of the most memorable Airbnb experiences we've ever had. If you're looking for a truly magical and unique getaway, this is the place to be!

Loved Dawns place. It was cosy and warm absolutely spotlessly clean, smelt lovely too, everything you could possibly need and more. What a wonderful thoughtful host.

A perfect farmhouse B&B with great hosts. Lynn communicated brilliantly with clear directions. The room was exactly as shown on the listing, very clean and comfortable. Mick was the perfect host, communication excellent and couldn’t have done more to make our stay comfortable and easy. The rooms are spotless with beautiful and extremely comfortable linen and towels. Bathroom was spotless and had every toiletry you’d need. Breakfast was plentiful and Mick went to the trouble of providing vegan options for my daughter, offering for us to take provisions with us for a picnic. Such a lovely stay and would highly recommend. We had a race at Alton Towers and it was only a 20 minute drive. Absolutely perfect. We’ll be back.

Joanna was incredibly flexible around our late arrival, warm welcome, accommodation exactly as described. It was a bonus to have the private snug to relax in the evening. Very hospitable and very friendly. Showed us how to make tea, use the microwave and provided crockery. Tap water from their built in water filter was fabulous (tasted "light" and noticeably different). Would definitely book again if we return to the area.
