The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

I stayed at Rosebuds the night before my wedding and couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. Everything was absolutely lovely and exactly as described. Emma was a fantastic host and communication was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

Clean, quiet and great for stepping out of the door for lovely dog walks. Russ was really communicative and had thoughtfully left some milk and wine for us.

Joy has been great at communicating with us from the start. Clear instruction and the house made us feel welcomed right from the start. There was no hassle and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay, and Elizabeth couldn’t have been a better host. This is her home and therefore it is homely and warm. Nearby they are a few pubs (Plough and Harrow is about 2 minutes walk and pleasant) and there is a parade of shops with numerous takeaway options about 5 minutes walk away. If you have food allergies the nearby Budgens has frozen meals available that are gluten free, dairy free, vegan etc and there is an oven and microwave at the property. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property if you are happy to use an Airbnb that is someone’s home. Thanks!

The flat is lovely and ideal for a short break in Stratford Upon Avon. It is clean and we were so surprised how close we were to the RSC and the many eateries. Susie communicated well with us and we would definitely like to stay again the next time we have tickets for the RSC! Also, seeing a swan outside the window with her eggs was a delight

Perfect stay - close to the train station and on site parking was a bonus. Equipped with everything we needed and hosts were super responsive.

Kristin's apartment was lovely - it was very clean, well furnished and beautifully designed. We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants. Kristin was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend!

An Airbnb that sports original sash windows, provides a sofa bed you sleep well on and includes Tom Waits in its record collection, gets my vote everytime! Robin is an attentive host - quick to respond when needed and, we felt, always there if required. As other guest have noted, Flat 2 is ideally located in a quiet residential areas of Moseley and provides an ideal base for adventures further afield. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Robin & Emily’s place and fully recommend it to future visitors.
