Loved our stay at Vicky's place. A cute little cottage with everything you need to make you feel comfortable and welcomed with all the amenities you need - The bed was super comfy!! Vicky was an incredible host, who couldn't have been more accommodating and responsive during our communication, we even got to meet her upon departing. Thank you so much for having us and we look forward to booking again with you when we're next in the area.

We had the best stay at the house! My toddler didn’t want to leave! The amount of toys for him to play with was amazing!! His bedroom looked like a childs bedroom, lots of soft toys and toys to play with along with a dvd player and a tonne of kids dvds! The house was big, all bedrooms were an amazing size! We were very comfortable and happy! We all said this will be a base for future now! We come to the peaks every year! Kitchen was very well equipped, even has a slow cooker which we took advantage of! Nothing better than walking in after a long day to smell dinner ready to go! Rona was so lovely and very reactive to messages, when we got there we messaged about getting in and within a minute she was there in person! She also owns the shop next door with lovely gift bits in! Alot of which is made by her! Thank you!!

Jacks house is a wonderful place to stay! You have an amazing vista from the huge bi fold doors fronting the open plan kitchen and lounge & this space feels huge through the impressive vaulted ceiling. Everything feels brand new & luxurious especially bathroom & kitchen. Peace perfect peace is what awaits you at Jacks cottage total privacy and you feel you are outside when indoors because of the huge windows. We were lucky enough to see a barn owl fly over the pond outside several times!!During our stay we ate out at the Twisted Spoon, Toast & The Boot PH all were great and within 10 mins drive. I already want to return. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind and soak up the beautiful Worcester countryside!

Pear Tree House was a delight. Beautiful, clean, cosy accommodation - the pictures do not do it justice! Tastefully decorated and well stocked, perfect for our get together - everyone was amazed! Our hosts were communicative and super helpful and organised the rooms for lots of single sleepers. Kitchen had lots of cultlery/utensils, crockery and glasswear - often overlooked by other Air BnBs. The Coffee Maker was a hit! The Living room was cosy and using the Smart TV was a breeze. The Bedrooms were well stocked with space for clothes, additional charging cables and side tables! The showers were lovely and hot and lots of lovely extra touches were provided which really made the stay easy, homely and comfortable. Lots of additional information was left to help us, all the amenities and facilities worked brilliantly and there is plenty of parking! It is easily one of the best stays I have ever had! I would highly recommend for families, couples get aways or friends catching up.

We had a wonderful stay - a rural retreat set in lovely grounds. The accommodation was very comfortable for our party ranging from 5 to 81 years old. The hot tub got a lot of use! Thank you.

This was our second stay at Paul’s place. He was kind enough to hold the dates for us at short notice due to a family illness and we can’t thank him enough. I’d forgotten how comfy the bed was which was a godsend! It truly felt like a home from home which was exactly what we needed. Paul checked in with us during our stay to check all was well & we had everything we needed which was so thoughtful, and post checkout to wish us a safe journey home too. A lovely, accommodating host and home. Thank you Paul!

the place was absolutely amazing. Ant was very responsive. I do overall recommend this Airbnb. it was cozy and comfortable. the only two complaints were the shower head was a bit strange, but not bad enough I would say it's a deal breaker. the closest bus stop is an hours walk. if you give this location a try I'm sure you'll love it as well.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

A beautiful, cosy cottage, perfect for a quiet long weekend. The gardens were stunning and the location rural and peaceful. We found local walks and country pubs, and enjoyed glorious sunshine! Thank you, Izzy, for making your cottage so comfortable!

We had a great stay - the house is peaceful, quiet, clean, and especially cosy with the woodburner on! Richard and Jo were excellent hosts, very friendly and accommodating, and offered great advice on places to visit nearby with our two small children. We all slept amazingly well (very unusual with a 1 and 3 year old); the beds were comfy and it was so quiet. The house is well set up for visiting with toddlers - there are toys, books, stair gates etc. and the large garden is great to let them run around in. We would absolutely return, especially in the summer to really make use of the beautiful garden.

A fantastic family long weekend. The house is great for large groups with plenty of entertaining space and facilities in addition to the fab pool and hot tub.

Clean and modern accommodation. Nice setting. Country park close bye and only 15 minutes from Northampton. Ideal for visiting my son. Would stay again.

8 of us had a wonderful time staying here, the space is beautiful and well laid out. The space is fantastic social space for family get togethers; Sonos speakers, comfy sofas and a huge dining table made for cosy and fun evenings. We loved lighting the wood burner in the evenings and starter kindling is provided to get you started. We cooked large family meals in the aga. Many hours were spent also playing pool and ping-pong in the basement. There is however a musty smell in there which is quite strong and I would personally not want to sleep down there (there are bunkbeds for kids). The bedrooms are large and there is lots of room. Some of our party needed to work remotely and there is a lot of space to find a quiet area and actually two desks with desk chairs which was very handy Susan is very communicative and a very friendly host. Thank you!

I had a lovely stay left early in the morning and got back at different times so not the easiest person to talk to but the paperwork that was in the B&B explained everything lovely clean and neat and I'm back in May sorry isAbbie was barking a bit. Really loved the place and very dog friendly left treats water bowl and towels for my dog amazing

I recently stayed at clematis cottage it has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The cottage is a great place to unwind after a day of muddy walks in the beautiful surrounding countryside. The cottage was well-equipped and maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. I couldn't fault anything during my time there it was simply delightful! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to escape into nature and enjoy a peaceful retreat.

Perfect stay whilst researching family history of a relative who lived in Belper in 1880 for my book. Emma was kind enough to let me stay an extra hour so that I could finish the piece I was working on!

Had a great stay, comfortable bed, good shower pressure and temperature, Rachel was quick to reply to any of our messages. Had everything we need for our stay, only regret is we didn’t stay longer to explore the area but will next time.

Had such a great stay. Gorgeous accommodation and perfect for the dogs with gated garden. Lovely friendly and helpful hosts on hand to help. Nice area with lots in driving distance and some lovely restaurants. Would definitely visit again
