We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

We were so blessed to find this space. Family came from across the country for a celebration of life for a passed on loved one. We needed a space where we could gather to laugh and cry but also have our own comfortable rooms where we could retreat to when we needed time to process. The place was conveniently located, filled with sun, and decorated in such a way that it felt warm and inviting. We're just so appreciative of having found the perfect place to provide us respite from the storm we were enduring.

Lauren’s home was wonderful! Our family had a great time staying there. The abundant books and cozy fireplace make for such a lovely restful visit.

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

My family and I needed to find a place to house us all to attend a family wedding and Andrea‘s house was just the spot! Conveniently located to the venue as well as close to town, we found a little oasis tucked away in Cohasset. We will definitely be back the next time we visit the area. The property is beautiful, unique, private, and very large. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Very large space. bedrooms are equipped with the necessities. Kitchen isn't stocked immensely well if you plan to do any real cooking but it's fine in a pinch. The house is a little draft in the winter, probably because the window ac units were left in and the exterior doors have large gaps on the bottom of them, but for the price is was fine. There is a park nearby which is convenient for those bringing pets. Communication was sparse but existent prior to the stay and covered the explanation regarding how to get in, but nonexistent during and at checkout when concerns/questions arose. There is only parking for 3 cars, even though the house sleeps 8. Something to keep in mind. It is very obvious that the house is exclusively used as a budget airbnb and it shows in the care in which the property is kept. that said, it gets the job done.

We had a wedding at the Barker House in Scituate for my niece. We booked Melissa’s beautiful home a year ago. Since that date Melissa has been nothing than a perfect host answering all my questions upon arrival. Her house was so clean, the kitchen was stocked with any and everything you would need. She even had a welcome bottle of wine and snacks to start our weekend. The location of this house was even better than described, we loved starting our morning with coffee and a walk on the beach (which is literally across the street) with amazing sunrise. The neighbors around us were so friendly. All of our family and friends were jealous of the accommodations we had. We will definitely be back Thanks Melissa

Haochi was understanding and was easy to communicate with. Very proactive when he was going to be out of touch for a little bit.

Great location with lots of charm in a very walkable area of Boston. The hosts recommendations were excellent! This was the perfect place for our vacation.

Perfect place for our weekend trip! We planned to visit Salem & Boston, and it’s located pretty much in the middle of the two places so it worked perfect!! It was a good amount of space for the 4 of us! We enjoyed the patio on evening, that was a very nice additional space.

This is a fabulous Airbnb for a large group. We were an extended family group of 8, and it was perfect. It's a beautifully furnished old house, with a user-friendly living area on the main floor, and 2 floors of bedrooms upstairs. There is lots of space to gather and enjoy the evening, with a well-stocked kitchen and dining area, which was great for making dinner for 10 people. But with space to get away to the bedrooms if desired. The bedrooms were what we expected, one huge, one small and 2 medium sized, just as described. All comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were great. There was convenient free parking for our 2 cars. It was easy to walk to the T to get into downtown Boston, or easy to drive in. We loved our stay here, and were the envy of our friends! Our only negative is that it was hard to control the temperature, as it is a lovely old house on 3 stories, so the downstairs could be cold or the upstairs too hot, but we worked with it, no problem. We loved our stay, highly recommended

I've stayed at Mary and Frank's place twice already and just booked my third stay. I love staying here when I'm in Boston. Some highlights are 1) the fully stocked kitchen -- I like to cook when I travel and find everything I need. The dining table and chairs are so comfortable (seats 4) and I just love the morning light! Honestly, I think the place is even prettier than the photos show. 2) The beautiful living spaces face out onto woods--from the many windows in the kitchen and also the french doors in the living room, all you see is nature. Just lovely, very peaceful. 3) The fireplace! Being from a warmer part of the world, I just love the gas fireplace, which I can turn on or off without a worry. It's lovely to set my mug on the stone hearth to warm up as I prepare my morning coffee, and I just love spending time cozying there with a book at night. 4) Convenience and quiet all in one: the house is near a main highway connecting to Boston, but the neighborhood is very quiet!

Great place! Clean, easy check in, and a quick 5 minute walk to the subway that goes right into the city. We loved it here!

No, this place wasn’t located in downtown Boston, it was very easy to get there via Subway, which was only two blocks away from the place. It cost us less than five dollars for a round-trip each time we went into the city. There is also a running path right near the home and several parks for our kids to play in. There is also Whole Foods about a 12 minute walk away and a little corner store/coffee shop which had excellent coffee only about a five minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again. The kitchen is amazing!

Rong was very friendly and helpful and communication with her was very reliable and uncomplicated. We had a good stay and the accommodation is a good base from which to explore Boston.

Mark and his villa were perfect for us during our "displacement" for almost 2 weeks while our floor was redone. He was the perfect host: 1 - being beyond accommoative with our quick displacement 2 - was an excellent communicator and lightning quick responses before/during/after our stay 3 - the villa is in a gorgeous area, with plenty to do nearby and all the amentities you could want: grocery stores, restaurants, and things to see/do super close 4 - there's plenty of room throughout the house for everyone (including our dog!) 5 - the kitchen is well-stocked both with cooking staples and equipment, even had a fresh bag of coffee waiting for us! I can't recommend him and this listing enough, whether you are displaced during reno's like we were or just in the area and looking for a place that can feel like a home away from home. It has everything you could need/want from my perspective, and I am very picky when I am spending an elongated period of time. Thanks Mark, was a pleasure :)

This is my third stay at Anna & Samuel! The house is always very clean, warm and comfortable. The neighbor is quiet and inviting. Anna is always very accommodating, helpful and friendly. She is a sweetheart and takes pleasure and pride in hosting.

Visiting Anna and Samuel's home allowed for an immediate positive impression of Boston/MA. We felt lucky to be in such an enchanting house and room. More importantly, Anna was extremely kind and helpful. She was always present to guide us and all of her efforts for us (and other guests) felt genuinely friendly - I'd never seen anything like it, but she truly brought guests together and created a cozy environment for all of us. Very unexpectedly nice... I'd love for us to return next year! I recommend this place to any visitors of Boston/MA.

I stayed with my friends for one night and it was an amazing stay. Anna and Samuel were very nice and the room was beautiful, clean and well kept. location was excellent as well.I recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Boston.

Host states that the beach in front of the property is really not accessible and could be dangerous, and this is true. Beach with restrooms and restaurant is right down the road. but the view from the porch overlooking the ocean is terrific.

Beautiful well appointed home with lots of space for sleeping, bathing, and common spaces for gathering. Beautiful modern kitchen with everything we needed for our seven person group. Comfortable beds and overall surroundings, beautifully decorated in great condition. We stayed in the winter so we did not get use of the pool or hot tub, even though I believe the hot tub was ready to jump right in, but it was 25° out with wind chills in the teens. The master bathroom suite was probably our favorite thing about the home, heated floors and towel bar with a soaker tub and multi outlet shower as well as a heated toilet seat with modern bidet features. Didn’t use the fireplace or the sauna, but the massage chairs were a hit. We will definitely stay here again!
