Me an my husband just had a week in villa Madi what can I say the villa was perfect and beautiful the villa is exactly how the pictures showed it was immaculate and comfortable I have never stayed in a villa where the host has thought of everything we really felt at home we was greeted by the host who made us feel so welcome the pool was great and cleaned often and the surrounding area I did not want to leave I could of stayed longer We hired a quad bike but it is walking distance to the shops bars restaurants and beach about 20/30 mins from villa It was that wonderful we have booked to go back next year with the family I cannot find any fault with this host and villa I would highly recommend Smaragadi and yiannis and family are lovely people we even went to there sports bar mikes an felt at home thank you so much for letting me rent your villa and making our holiday so special

Emmanuel ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Mit vielen Empfehlungen und einer wunderschönen Unterkunft, hat er uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub ermöglicht. Wir sind sehr begeistert! Vielen Dank Emmanuel

Es war uns eine Freude, für eine Woche Bewohner dieses wunderbaren Hauses mit dieser spektakulären Aussicht zu sein. Einfach nur auf einer der Terrassen zu sitzen und den Schiffen im Hafen zuzusehen ... Eintauchen in das Leben auf Symi. Wir liebten die Außenküche und das Essen unter dem Olivenbaum. Daniela hat vorab alle unsere Fragen geduldig beantwortet und vor Ort konnten wir jederzeit Auskunft und Beratung von Janine erhalten. Vom Haus runter und in die kleine Stadt geht es gut zu Fuß über viele Stufen zum Bäcker oder in den Lebensmittelladen oder zum Bootstaxi, das einen zum Strand bringen könnte. Und nach oben fährt für 5 Euro ein Taxi - nicht ganz bis zum Haus aber fast. Einfach herrlich!

Hôte extrêmement accueillant, maison magnifique. cadeaux de bienvenue à notre arrivée (gâteau de la grand-mère : un délice, grosse corbeille de fruits, miels,...). Je recommande Ioannis sans hésitation ! nous reviendrons Merci Ioannis pour votre hospitalité et votre gentillesse. Tout était parfait

Despina war sehr zuvorkommend und stets erreichbar. Die Villa überzeugte mit seinen schönen Lichtern in der Abendstimmung, dem Pool und dem Whirlpool. Einige Klimaanlagen tropften ein wenig, was Despina aber reparieren lässt. Die Sauberkeit war allgemein nicht auf höchstem Standart aber der Klimazone entsprechend. Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen und wir würden wiederkommen. Hatten eine wundervolle Zeit!

Stayed for 5 nights, lovely view and house in general. The host was very responsive and organised transport to and from the airport. 5 stars all round.

We had a wonderful time at this property and it met all our expectations. We rented all three buildings for each family that joined us. The place was very clean, well kept, the Cleaner and Pool staff were on top of everything. The host was extremely helpful in recommendations for restaurants, which all proved to be very, very good and helped us organize a private chef for a gathering we had with local family members and was truly the highlight of the trip. The host was proactive in taking care of any issues that would come up and was always there to help. One of our members locked the key in their suite and response was almost immediate. We are seriously considering staying there again next year and definitely highly recommend this place. I strongly recommend a rental car. Grocery stores are about five minutes away, good restaurants are fairly close. Rhodes is about 10 to 15 minutes away to the ferry and to the old castle. It’s about 50 minutes away from Lindo’s..

The villa was a haven for us - beautifully decorated and lovely to stay in a classic villa with a refreshing pool. Spend the day at the beach and then return to the haven! Short drive in Rhodes Old Town and only a 4 minute walk to the bakery in the morning…Bliss!

We were a group of 8 adults and 7 kids who felt right at home! It was a perfect get away place peaceful and relaxing. Esra's communication and responsiveness was second to none. It made the stay so much better for us. She was always trying to support and help with all of the group's requirements. The property itself was tastefully decorated and adequately furnished. The whole group had private space and when we wanted to get together the communal space was equally good. Would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic host, great communication received to alleviate any potential problems from arising. We will definitely be booking to return at a later date.

Maria was a great host, very accommodating and helpful. The house was great and as described. There were a few doors that needed repairing meaning we couldn’t use the largest terrace on the roof and the A/C was broken in a few rooms. The pool was fantastic and a good size. The kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery and utensils. Overall a great experience.

We had a lovely stay in the Sunny Rhodes Villa. It is a very nice modern villa with a large well fitted kitchen and living area. Very comfortable bedrooms all air conditioned. The pool area is sunny but with a shaded area at the bottom of the garden with mature trees which provide shade in the heat of day if required. George is a great host responding to all our enquires prior to our arrival within minutes. He provided a very generous welcome hamper. He dealt with any issues no matter however minor very promptly. We could not fault the villa or our host.

Can was extremely approachable before our trip and whilst we were in Dalyan . His mother Arife was equally as approachable considering her limited English . She was a kind lady always willing to help ! On our final day she came to say goodbye and offered us water melon . The pool is well maintained , the maintenance guy comes every second day . The neighbourhood is peaceful but within easy walking distance to the town and supermarkets. The weekly Saturday market is 300 metres away so very close to get all your fruit and vegetables. I highly recommend Can’s property and we will return to this oasis in Dalyan.

Villada konaklama mükemmeldi. Evde ihtiyaç duyacağımız her şey mevcuttu. Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Merkeze çok yakın olmasına rağmen sakin ve huzurlu bir muhitteydi. Richard çok iyi bir ev sahibi , ihtiyaçlarımıza çok hızlı yanıt verdi. Yakınlarında Aşı koyu var , mutlaka ziyafet etmenizi öneririm. Konaklama için tekrar geleceğiz. Teşekkürler.

Merkeze yürüme olarak mesafeli ancak sakin ve huzurlu bir bölge. Ulaşımda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibinin yerel yönlendirmeleri ve geri dönüşleri oldukça hızlı ve anlaşılırdı. Daire oldukça geniş, temiz ve konforluydu. 3 ayrı oda ve 2 Banyo olmasından dolayı 2 ailenin bile rahat kalabileceği bir daireydi. Havuz temiz ve kullanışlı. Sitede çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Yeşillikler içinde tatil yapmak isteyenlere tavsiye ederiz.

Property is new and clean. Each room has air conditioner. 5-10 min walk from the shops, bars restaurants and pier. Two Wi-Fi networks (one pw one without pw). Peaceful and quiet place. Very helpful property manager (called Ozgur). Large swimming pool which was checked regularly in the morning. GF bedroom ideal for people with mobility issue (like my mother). I highly recommend the place.

Very grateful for the service that Savvas provided, also a big thanks to his parents who brought us around the first day because we did not booked a rental car yet.. amazing experience and the bests hosts someone can wish for!!! Amazing accommodation, keep on going like this, if it was possible to rate more stars i would, really recommend this place and host!

Ein wirklich schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage. Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es sieht nicht wie ein typisches Ferienhaus aus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Alles war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation einfach und schnell. Eine wirkliche 5-Sterne-Unterkunft!

Es war wunderschön! Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderbare Zeit! Wir als Familie haben es sehr genossen! Das Haus ist wunderschön; der Pool riesig und sauber; jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, womit man die Privatsphäre schön wahren kann; der Garten ist wunderbar gepflegt; das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl; die Reinigungskräfte waren sehr benüht; alle sind sehr hilfsbereit; der Blick aus jedem Zimmer und von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend - kurz, wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub!

Emrah war ein toller Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar und hat sich um all unsere Angelegenheiten sofort gekümmert. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz das er in seinen Flitterwochen war, war er immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Villa entspricht 100% der Beschreibung es wurde mit viel Liebe gemacht. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen wo in der Region eine tolle Unterkunft sucht. Wir werden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an Emrah.
