Un endroit magnifique. Le plus bel endroit pour vivre à Cabarette. Les gens sont gentils, l’endroit est très propre. La piscine est de belle grandeur pour faire des longueurs. Prendre des grandes marches sur la plage. Le service de ménage hebdomadaire. Les serviettes de plage. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance d’avoir la terrasse sur le toit mais quand elle sera faite ce sera encore plus magnifique 🤩. Service de restaurant accessible sur le site pour dîner/souper et boissons alcoolisées. À distance de marche des épiceries, bars et restaurants aux menus variés. Luïs répond très rapidement à toutes les demandes. Tout est parfait dans ce super condo!

No hay mejor Airbnb en Punta Cana. La playa esta a 1 minuto caminando, igual restaurantes y tiendas, los puntos de recogida de tours estan a 5 minutos caminando, se siente seguro y hay adicional seguridad, hay cajeros, cafeterías 24 horas, tiene AC, en fin es muy cómodo, esta muy limpio y con todas las amenidades para disfrutar tus días antes y después de la playa. Agua es muy linda persona y siempre está al pendiente.

We had a great stay here. I love the Perla Marina neighborhood as it’s easy to walk/jog around and has quick access to Natura Cabana for yoga classes. The beds were comfortable and the ac worked well in the bedrooms. The pool was great for our kids and there were so many TVs. Not that we needed that. Kitchen was sparse but big and had most of what we needed, mainly coffee!

El mejor Airbnb de todos. Me encantó absolutamente todo. Mis guest estuvieron encantados y les encantó el lugar. Definitivamente la mejor experiencia de todas y si alguna vez mi familia y yo deseamos quedarnos en un lugar reservaríamos este lugar sin duda. Gracias a Ben, Nina, y Raul (host) todos fueron maravillosos. Y no hay palabras para decir sobre las que se encargan de la limpieza. Fueron muy amables, y dieron un excelente servicio.

This is a great place to stay for a quick jaunt to PC. Easy to walk to amenities and live music at Katz on Thursdays. There isint a lot of kitchen supplies if you’re looking to cook a lot. Lots of stairs but it’s a pent house so to be expected. Wifi was great. Location and view impeccable. Beds were comfy. Host was very kind and responsive. Would happily stay again.

We had a large group stay and the villa was plenty big enough for all. Even though we were in a community we felt we had privacy. The pictures don’t do it justice- it’s clean, spacious, and gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here and getting Daniel (the private chef) to come cook! Thank you for hosting us!

All around great experience! Delis is a wonderful attentive host. Communication was easy and she would occasionally check in just to make sure we were good. The property is very nice and well kept. The beautiful beach is steps outside the apartment. There is a nice restaurant right next to the beach with a great friendly staff. Also a small market that has snacks drinks and toiletries. I definitely recommend this property!

The villa was a great choice for a family of 5 adults. Everything was as listed. I highly recommend. Host was responsive to all my questions.

A very clean and lovely Airbnb equipped with everything you need. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. Paolo was also a great host. He was very attentive and made my stay even more enjoyable. I had an amazing vacation.

This is a very nice property and I had a long stay here. The hosts are very kind and responsive. The property is spotless and everything worked great. I really enjoyed the board games with my friends. There are no TVs in the apartment, so bring a laptop or a stereo if you want some music. Enjoy!

Ocean facing unit, very convenient location in the walking distance to everything you need. Great property management and people . Feels like family. Restaurant within the property is extremely convenient. Restaurant next door has amazing selection of tasty and healthy foods. We will be back

Exactly as described. Wonderful pool. Comfy bed with mosquito net. Screens on windows, but it’s the Caribbean and so a couple mosquitoes will definitely make their way in. Not a big deal. Kitchen has the basics. Nearest supermarket is about 17’ walk and I suggest walking there only during the day (dark country roads). Very close to beach. No air conditioner but in March this was absolutely fine. Good ceiling fan and another standing fan available. Very easy to get into the condo (door code). One point of criticism: the name of the condo complex wasn’t so clear in the instructions of how to get there and there are also two driveways: one is an exit for vehicles and the other is an entrance for vehicles, but on foot you may enter either. Overall highly recommend

We had an excellent week at Liz’s place. Definitely recommend using the taxi service she can arrange for you for airport transportation and if you choose to go further distances exploring. There were so many great restaurants right outside the gate. There is also a small grocery store, a nice pharmacy, and several souvenir shops. The staff was helpful and friendly and the beach was beautiful. The location to the beach and pool can’t be beat!

From the moment we walked in and saw the stunning ocean view, we knew we were in paradise. Opening the sliding doors to the pool area and feeling the ocean breeze was incredible. The front garden is beautifully landscaped, and the backyard leads to the beach with a wet bar by the sand. The pool is always crystal-clear, and every bedroom has AC and ocean views. The house is perfect for entertaining, with a BBQ area, spacious living areas, and a seamless indoor-outdoor design. We explored Salto del Limón, Cayo Levantado, and even saw humpback whales. Off-road 4-wheelers were available for adventure. Jenny took care of the house, arranged grocery deliveries, and cooked delicious meals. Jason handled security and helped with errands. Betty made booking seamless and ensured everything we needed was available. This home, combined with the warm hospitality, made for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return!

Jenny’s dinners (and breakfast) were delicious, fairly-priced & convenient! Plus, she accommodated the vegans in our group! Advice: bring cash as most places don’t take credit cards. This place was lovely & located right on the beach — super! $5 taxi ride to Cabarete downtown (restaurants, shops, bank/ATM). A/C units in 3 of the 4 bedrooms & fans everywhere. Jenny also a skilled masseuse!

This unit was amazing! It was perfect for our family of four. It was just a few steps onto the beach and surrounding beach accessible restaurants. The vibe was great. We dont wind surf but got to watch others enjoy the activity from the patio every day. The place was clean and tidy. The interior was beautifully designed and decorated for an eclectic but comfortable feel. We would definitely stay again!

The villa offers extraordinary views of the ocean and is situated in a prime location with convenient access to restaurants, bars, additional pools, and a mini-market at the marina. The villa staff provided exceptional service, were helpful, polite, and non-intrusive. Please note that the presence+fee of the Cook & Housekeeper during your stay is mandatory, even if you choose not to utilize their services. The mandatory fees for their services are not included in the rental cost and must be paid separately. To ensure transparency and convenience, I’d recommend the host add those fees to the total cost of the rental upfront, instead of having them hidden within the House Rules.

Andreas was a great host. He was very responsive and any issues we had the property management came immediately. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. Great location and wonderful service. My family and I will definitely be back again!
