Celebre mi boda en el alojamiento, todos los invitados coincidieron en que el lugar es un sueño, el clima fue perfecto, aunque llovía en la mayoría de los lugares, en la villa fue ideal para un evento al aire libre, la vista desde el cuarto principal en el segundo piso mientras me arreglaban para la ceremonia fue perfecto🩷 me enamoré de la vista desde la piscina, por eso me case ahí.

Another great trip at the villas. Second time here with a large group and we had an amazing time again. The villas were extremely peaceful and relaxing. This was my third trip with Orlando and Onieda and they always make us feel like family. Onieda blessed us with home cooked meals every day which were top notch. I can’t say enough good things about Orlando. He is very personable and always makes sure we are comfortable and having a good time. Orlando offers one of a kind service. I will be back soon

Excellent stay at this stunning property. The view from the pool area is simply extraordinary. The whole house was pristine clean and has everything that you would need. Amazing beaches are only 15 minutes away. The house staff (security, cleaning, cooks/chefs) were amazing and willing to help with any requests. Overall there is not a single complaint from 4 days of amazing holidays.

My family enjoy our time spent at the villa. Everything was wonderful and great. The garden views on the pool area were very relaxing. Backyard, feels like you in the country side. The nice thing is that the villa is in a very quiet area, very peaceful. Will definitely Recommend it. Thanks Bryan for all !!!

Estuve con mi familia en esta hermosa villa, aunque nuestra estadía fue corta disfrutamos y pasamos un momento muy ameno, nos hubiese gustado quedarnos más , es muy acogedora , bonita, y lo que más nos encantó es la vista maravillosa que tiene , todos quedamos con la convicción de que si volvemos a samaná no lo dudaríamos dos veces en volver a rentar este lugar .

A few of my girlfriends and I stayed here for our spring break trip. We loved the open style house and all the accommodations were amazing! Dilicia who works at the home is so sweet and made us the best food. Highly recommended this listing, it also felt very safe in the private golf course.

This was a great place to stay. All the guys had their own rooms and bathroom in each. The upstairs pool table area and outside dining area were our favorite hangout spots!

Casa Coco was a dream! The house is spacious and well kept, and our group was so well taken care of by the staff (house manager, housekeeper, and chef). It's extremely close to the amazing and peaceful Playa Coson. Leo was so helpful, providing detailed instructions, local recommendations, and answering any questions. Our group of 16 had an amazing and relaxing time celebrating my 50th birthday. We had other friends stay in two other houses in Los Nomadas, but this one was the best by far. Other activities I highly recommend for groups - hire a private catamaran for a day trip around the area from the Dive Academy Las Terrenas, dine at Porto by Mosquito beach restaurant, walk to the fish shack on Playa Coson for snacks and pina coladas! I want to go back!

If you want a nice big house for your boys, or even for you and your family this Airbnb Villa is a must for you. Shaun and his team were extremely helpful. Shaun responded quickly, effectively and efficiently. The manager is the best. She made sure there was cleaned there to clean our rooms and also provided us with clean towels. Shaun had a driver waiting for us with cheap rates, they also have cars for rental. All in all this was a great experience and i highly recommend. Thank you shaun and team

Alex and Thomas were amazing from start to finish. Made the unknowns of traveling stress free. Always answered and helped out. And Thomas is a great cook!!!

Brenda was amazing and so was the villa. The staff was perfect. The chef prepared some of the best food ever. Give Brenda a chance I promise you she won’t disappoint.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Casa Pauli. The house is grand, tasteful and spotless. The 1km walk to the spectacular beach was a daily treat (really) with beautiful landscaping throughout Residence Esperanza (and other breathtaking properties to gawk at). We loved Chef Luis’ delicious dinners (cheaper than eating out!). This is a tastefully decorated and expansive Villa, with lots of comfortable spots to sit, relax and enjoy the view. We all loved our stay. And, we took a particular shine to Nanci, our very hard-working, diligent and charming caretaker. Nanci made our holiday extra special. We hope to return. Thanks to all.

We had a great stay here. I love the Perla Marina neighborhood as it’s easy to walk/jog around and has quick access to Natura Cabana for yoga classes. The beds were comfortable and the ac worked well in the bedrooms. The pool was great for our kids and there were so many TVs. Not that we needed that. Kitchen was sparse but big and had most of what we needed, mainly coffee!

Not only did he recommendations and advice for all of our requests but in many cases he actually managed them directly with the vendor or third-party. And Wendy, she was amazing, she catered to all our families needs and desires. Her chicken wings were out of this world.

La pasé súper bien, la casa es acogedora, bonita, es como en fotos , tiene todas la comodidades para una excelente estadía. Gracias a José por sus atenciones y a Lisbeth estuvieron siempre atentos a nosotros. La verdad que volvería , definitivamente.

Las instalaciones estaban bellísimas, el sitio es muy tranquilo y excelente para pasar una estancia amena. El único inconveniente que tuvimos es que la ubicación que está registrada en el perfil no es la correcta, entonces tuvimos que esperar que nos la enviaran para poder llegar al lugar correcto. Fuera de eso Michelle es muy atenta y siempre está dispuesta a ayudar. Definitivamente volveríamos a quedarnos aquí.
