Lovely well stocked apartment within walking distance of beautiful Picton. Yes there is a steep hill to the property but just take your time! Lots to do in Picton and good cafes and restaurants for food and drinks.

The photos don’t do this place justice! It absolutely exceeded our expectations. After spending our childhood in the sounds and then moving to Australia, it was so lovely to be back here and this was the most perfect place to stay. It has everything you need and more. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Can’t wait to come back.

Jenny was very accomodating. We had our two young children in town and the place was extremely child/family friendly. They child facilities included a high chair, bath and portacot which were all clean and easy to use. There was also black out blinds and curtains in every room which was amazing!

We had a wonderful stay in Garden view Cottage. Rhonda and Max are incredibly warm and generous hosts and make you feel right at home even before you arrive. The cottage is stunning, incredibly tranquil with an amazing view back down over Picton and the harbour. It is super clean and feels very luxurious. We had some lovely suppers on the balcony and could have stayed forever! Whilst it is up above the town, it is an easy walk down to the harbour and back. I enjoyed a run one morning and it is mostly flat. Max is very proud of the garden and encouraged us to forage for anything we needed. The chickens were fun to watch and their eggs made a great option for breakfast. Don’t hesitate to book. You will have a great stay and feel relaxed and refreshed even if you are only there for a couple of days!

We loved watching the ferries come in and go out from the deck. The place had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. And, we feel in love with Picton. We will definitely be back!
