We had a positive experience. The place is ideal for extended stays. The host has taken great care to maintain the place. Even minute details are attended to. The host is a perfectionist, and actively responds to queries. He also respected our privacy. I highly recommend this place for long term stays.

Very comfortable stay

Neat and cozy 2 BHK in a reasonable neighborhood. Good for budget solo/couple travellers in the area. Apartment was fully furnished, and the price was fine too. Harsha was very prompt in communication as well.

I along with my wife stayed for 3 nights. We went for medical checkup at AIG. The place is very near (approx 2 to 2.5 km) to the hospital. OLA auto cost you around Rs.80/- and will take around 10 min. to 15 min. during pick office hrs. This is just the opposite lane of DLF Cyber city gate no. 4. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. If you like shopping then IKEA around 3km and inorbit mall is around 3 to 4 km from this place. from Airport it is around 35 to 45 min. This place is very safe and secure and really value for money.

Loved the location. The place was clean. The ac’s were noisy and throwing lights as if they came out of a torch. Mosquitoes were a real issue but overall I loved my stay. If he could work on these small things. I would still recommend the place to stay!!

Staying with Rahul was a joy. Initially I was nervous to come to Hyderabad alone as a solo female traveler. I messaged a few Airbnb hosts in advance of booking, and Rahul was extremely kind and responsive. He felt like a brother staying in the area. Upon arrival, it turned out that the Airbnb address was incorrect - I gave him a call and he immediately talked to someone nearby and arranged for an Uber to come to the correct address. From then on, I used Green Bucket Biryani as the landmark for Olas and Ubers. His family is super sweet and accommodating and overall I really enjoyed my stay. It made me feel significantly safer knowing that I had a kind family right across the hall. The house had hot water for showers and was perfectly located. There is a phenomenal chai stall to the right of the house and great saffron and dum chai at Pista house, a 15 minute walk away

The host is very humble and responsive. We checked in around 2am and the caretaker ensured smooth checkin experience. All the listed amenities are available in good condition plus they have extra mattresses and linen for more people. Would recommend for 4-6 people.

I totally enjoyed my 2 week+ stay at Meharunissa's place! She and the community there were always super friendly, plus the place looks even better than the pictures once stepped inside. It is spacious, plus the roof balcony was incredible. I also enjoyed how comfortable the bed was, plus a kitchen with a great view. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable, smooth, unique, memorable stay while visiting from the USA for a wedding!

This is my first airbnb booking, and my first experience was amazing. The place was really pretty and well maintained. I went there with my family and 2 cats and the stay was very comfortable. Srikanth was very approachable and any issue he was just one call away. The balcony is also very pretty. I would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Hyderabad and looking for something peaceful. Moreover if you are going in car, as its in a residential area, parking is also safe.

We came from America. We wanted to get true Hyderabad experience and neighborhood. If you are looking for the heart of Hyderabad this is the place for you. The pictures are exactly how the apartment looks. Having a washing machine was a plus. You have your own entrance so privacy and safety is assured.Syed is very very responsive. He knows exactly where to go. If it comes to exchanging money, SIM cards he knows. He lives downstairs and doesn't mind helping. There's many Mosque very near and street food is very close. My wife loved that he catered to our needs, like where are the best restaurants, and stores, and that Syed had his place stocked with some personal hygiene products, my wife hurt herself while we were at a festival and Syed had a first aid kit handy which aided her in healing. You are truly in a Hyderabad, local neighborhood which I love. You maybe only foreigner in the general area, but this was a plus for us. For the price you won't be disappointed.

No one ever could set this low pricing with all the amenities, also the owner was so active and gave immediate response for whatever queries we had. Everything is perfect even the location, it is quite near to most of the sightseeing places in Hyderabad so it ticks all my boxes

Wonderful, clean place for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in hyderabad. Similar cost to most hotels in the area but includes a kitchen, hot tub and balcony space. The team were very patient and friendly to myself and my friend also staying with me.

I had a fabulous stay at Krishna's place which is in a prime location in Gachibowli, and is very near to many offices. Krishna's brother Narayana and his wife are very nice, polite and kind-hearted people; madam very kindly prepared food for me sometimes, for which I am very thankful. Overall an amazing stay, and highly recommended.
