This was my second stay at Evara suites and I definitely enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The hosts were very accommodating and the flats were just like the pictures. The flat felt just like home and was very clean, pristine and secure with 24/7 security. The location is very serene and peaceful, away from the hustle bustle of the city life yet close enough to Hyd's biggest mall. Definitely worth every penny. Would recommend!!

The host is very humble and responsive. We checked in around 2am and the caretaker ensured smooth checkin experience. All the listed amenities are available in good condition plus they have extra mattresses and linen for more people. Would recommend for 4-6 people.

We chose this place for 6 nights as it looked non intrusive and quiet and that is the way it turned out to be! All amenities are in place and the apartment is great if you are looking at the basics of a comfortable stay. Though there were limited options of eateries at walking distance, Swiggy was easily delivering everything one wanted. I would not hesitate to be hosted again at Prashanti's for a getaway free from the metro's hussle and bussle at a great value for buck.

The location of the property is near to Apollo Jubilee Hills. Online grocery, food and other amenities are easily available. Host is extremely cordial. It was a nice stay.

Had a good time at this place. It is a studio apartment with a terrace. The TV and 5.1 was of great quality. If you're looking for a movie night, this is a great place with all the amenities. Ruhina was a great host. She is very responsive and guided us throughout for a hassle free check-in

Well where do I begin. The place is immaculate. It is much much better than it looks in the pictures. Very aesthetic and very beautifully decorated. The location is very easy to find and the neighbourhood is very peaceful. It is one of the best BnBs that I have ever been to. What should I say about the Host - he was so welcoming, it felt like home. He shared everything in detail and that helped throughout the stay. He was very quick to respond to any questions that I had and was very considerate about everything. These are the kind of Hosts that actually live the spirit of Airbnb. Overall had an amazing stay and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Extra services that my family and kids loved - PS5, home cooked meals, cab service from airport and daily free housekeeping .

Clean and good location, the housekeeping staff was present everyday, the only problem was mosquitoes. Would recommend to everyone.

Spacious and well maintained apartment will all the amenities you need in an Airbnb. All three AC units worked well, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. A first aid kit was also available which was very nice to see. The location of the apartment is very good. Within 5 minutes of walking, you have everything you need. Communication with Smriti was always very easy and she gave all the required information. Definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.

This was literally a home away from home for me. From 14 days to 24 days extension we had no issues at all. The owner is so friendly that you can have a conversation and hang out with them as friends. Any time we asked or requested anything it was done. Gaurav went out of his way to make us feel at home and was always just a message away. The house is beautiful with a very relaxed vibe. It was cool throughout and didn't need to switch on the ac during the day. It is very accessible with a convenient car parking. The surroundings are calm and there is no noise around. It's just about the main road so there is no traffic outside the house. It's a perfect place for all types of people. My parents were full of praise for the superb experience. Looking forward to a stay once again soon
