Thank you for a wonderful stay in Vikedal. This was, without doubt, one of the most pleasant vacations we ever spent. Not only because of the location and surroundings, but also because of your friendly and warm welcome.

I think, this is one of the best places I have ever visited...! Me and 5 other friends got to Ole's apartment to do some hiking around, and it was great! - Ole's communication - always responsive, always polite and proactive. Provided tips about the hikes around the house - Ole allowed us to arrive earlier than official check-in time - Ole changed the sleeping layout before we arrived - we slept in different bedrooms, which is amazing considering the group consisted of 6 snoring men. - Public transport from Stavanger airport to Ole's house is very easy. Bus stop is just couple of meters away from the house - Big kitchen - Big living room - Good wifi speed - And most importantly - the view from living room! There might have been some cons, however I am not gonna mention it, as all the pros outweighs them by thousand! Sadly, we did not get a chance to meet Ole, but we all say big thanks for the welcoming stay, and we definitely recommend his place to everyone!

Fantastisch huis aan de rand van het centrum van Stavanger. Alles op loopafstand. De bakker naast het huis bakt op vrijdag en zaterdag waanzinnig lekker brood! Kjetil is vriendelijk en reageert heel snel op vragen of berichten. Heel prettig en behulpzaam. Op alle fronten een echte aanrader!

Fantastic house, well suited to a family. Kids loved trampoline and apple trees in the backyard. Easy to catch bus into town. Andy was very responsive and gave us great tips during our stay.

Alltid kjekt å bo her. Rent og ordentlig og ingen ting å klage på. Vennlig og hyggelig vertinne, som alltid følger opp.

Huset var som vist på foto, veldig fint, stort og praktisk. Vi hadde god kommunikasjon med utleigar.

E' una casa vissuta, ricca di fascino dove ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. I letti erano comodi e i tre bagni a disposizione la rendono adatta a gruppi di amici. Il centro città è raggiungibile a piedi. Molto pulita anche se la presenza di tappeti e tanti oggetti non può renderla impeccabile. Soggiorno caratteristico, host cortese e pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande, lo consigliamo !

We had a wonderful stay at Espens place. The house was very clean and had more than enough space for our family. We would stay again if we get the chance.

Hi all, the house is a little bit old, but absolutely CHARMING and we missed nothing! :) There is a great terrasse with a wonderful view, even when it is raining you can sit outside in a very cosy corner. Even if we stayed in July and there are around 50 mobile homes around you, it was veeery silent and the children could use the great common pool often on their own. ;-) We also liked the play barn (with table tennis, billards, dart board, etc. (but the dart board should be replaced, because it is really old and not in a good state - suggestion: replace the board, buy new darts and put a carpet on the ground to protect the darts... ;-))! We really can recommend to stay in the house of Hege! :) Cheers, Michael and family

Flott hytte med fine uteområder for grilling og litt aktiviteter i snøen. Innvendig er hytta en kombinasjon av noe nytt og noe gammelt, men det fungerer godt sammen og gir den gode hyttefølelsen. Gode møbler og plass til mange. Kan anbefales 😊

Très bien placé pour du ski de fond sur Hovden. Emplacement central, proche de la rivière, des commerces et des restaurants.

Wir waren eine wunderschöne , gute Woche zu acht (vier Erwachsen, vier Kinder zwischen 9 & 13 Jahre alt) im Monat August im Fischerhaus. Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, tolle Aussicht, alles sehr authentisch. Die Räume sind zweckmäßig, aber auch mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es gibt ein paar Spiele, einen Kickertisch und das Angeln war gleich vor der Tür möglich. Wenn man außerhalb von Ombo etwas unternehmen möchte, muss man die Fährzeiten gut im Blick behalten. Kleinere, entspannte Wanderungen kann man aber auch direkt auf der Insel Ombo machen. Wir haben dabei sogar einen Elch gesichtet. Fazit: Ein altes, Stück für Stück liebevoll saniertes Haus mit viel Seele. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Lise’s place exceeded our expectations. In the listing she notes that the upstairs is not yet fully renovated. That is true but it is mostly minor cosmetic things. The bed was very comfortable. We slept great. Everything but the beds is downstairs on the ground floor. The downstairs which has mostly been renovated is spacious and very comfortable. Having the ability to store our bike in the garage was a nice plus. The area around the house is breathtakingly beautiful. Don’t miss the walk to and through The Fairytale Forest (Eventyrskogen) - a truly unique Norwegian experience.

Zeer mooie, rustige locatie met hele vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurders, inclusief spoedcursus Noors :-). Het verse fruit stond al op ons te wachten. De woning is best gedateerd, maar heeft erg veel ruimte en is zeer compleet. Buiten zeer veel ruimte en goede mogelijkheden om te vissen of om lekker aan het water te zitten. Wij hebben het erg naar onze zin gehad. Bedankt voor de fijne tijd!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, es war gemütlich und herzlich eingerichtet. Besonders der Seeblick ist toll. Ohne eigenes Auto ist es jedoch schwierig einfach an andere Orte/ Sehenswürdigkeiten zu kommen. Ansonsten auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!

Geti war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Immer mit guten Ratschlägen zur Hand. Sie hat immer sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet. Die Lage der Hütte war sensationell mit einem umwerfenden Ausblick. Die Hütte selbst war für unsere Bedürfnisse (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 1 Hund) von Größe und Ausstattung her perfekt. Wir würden die Hütte wieder mieten. 😎

Hyggelig og fin plass. Stort område og tursti rett utenfor døren. Alle bekvemmeligheter man trenger og meget bra internett.
