Place is very modern and cozy and is nearby many good places to eat!

Beautiful views, amazing building to stay at, literally 10-15 minute drive from all the fun things to do in Saigon. Host was amazing, always replied and helped out to the best of their abilities. Only issue is they only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper and when we asked for more they gave us another roll for 6 people. But besides that this place was amazing. Comes with speakers, washer and dryer, everything you could think of.

Very friendly host and communicative. The place was nice and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.

Wydaje mi się, że nie ma w Sajgonie lepszego miejsca, w którym możesz zostać! Apartament stylowy, przestronny i bardzo czysty. Wejście do budynku zapewnia poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Mieszkanie znajduje się na bocznej ulicy, co zapewnia ciszę i spokój, ale wystarczy wyjść na spacer i jesteś w samym centrum głównej dzielnicy miasta. Po całodziennym zwiedzaniu można odpocząć na balkonie lub udać się do świetnej kawiarni na przeciwko apartamentu na parterze. Kontakt z hostem był rewelacyjny, błyskawicznie odpowiadał na wiadomości. Myślę, że to najlepsze miejsce w jakim zatrzymaliśmy się podczas podróży po Wietnamie i w każdym kolejnym wspominaliśmy ten apartament. Jeśli uda nam się wrócić do Ho Chi Minh na pewno zostaniemy właśnie tutaj! ❤️

The place was lovely and had everything we needed. We were offered a free clean and sheet change which could be arranged at our convenience. The location was also great with a car park if you were hiring a vehicle. Loved it. Quiet but also close enough to the hustle and bustle of Vietnam

The place is as shown in the advertisement. Gilbert is a very friendly, helpful and can easily engage in conversation and discussion.

Great location and space. Would definitely come back next time in Saigon. The host is also very nice and responsive. Recommended!

A very nice apartment close to everything you need in the city center of Saigon. The only con is that there is a construction site right next to the building so if you plan to rest during a day, there is no chance. However if you plan to be outside all day long and then come here to sleep only, you're good to book Victor's place.

Host was very responsive and helpful, he even assisted in booking a restaurant for me as I had trouble doing so. Place was squeaky clean and the entire stay was pleasant. Would definitely stay again if I’m back in Ho Chi Minh.

I've stayed in this unit a couple times now with my family. It was great, like all the other units I've seen in the building. Perfect size for my wife, son and I. Very comfortable and clean. Great location near food and friends. Not sure what else I can add that I haven't in previous reviews. They were super helpful this time with a very late check in due to flight delays, which was greatly appreciated. As usual, I will look to BuckList first to see if they have an apartment available for my next trip to HCMC.

Clean, spacious and comfortable stay. There’s a security on site 24/7 so it’s very safe. Similar to a hotel, there’s a placard you can put outside to have the apartment cleaned daily if needed. There’s a small washer you can use to do laundry as well. 5 stars, highly recommended. Would stay again for future visit.

This spot was very nice, clean and comfortable. Quan was amazing, extremely responsive and friendly and I was very impressed with the service! When we needed something, she responded quickly. She even dropped off toilet paper for us :) would definitely visit again!

I’ve stayed at AirBnBs all over the place but the level of kindness and hospitality at this was just great. The place looks exactly like in the pictures and had everything I needed. The location is also great and closer to everything. Grab taxi network in entire Vietnam is too good and they find you even if you’re hiding. No hassle. Xuan who is one of the people taking care of the guest is just FAB. She was proactive in helping, giving local suggestions and also checked on how things are going. If you want to spend time in Ho Chi and don’t want to stay in those hotels (traffic is bad in that area).. this is highly recommended. If I come to Saigon again.. I am staying here for sure.

The pictures do not do this place justice. This airbnb is absolutely worth the price. It looks even better than the already amazing photos. Super romantic and lovely. The host is very responsive, helpful, kind, and generous. What a great place to stay!!! Thank you!!!

Extremely beautiful, air conditioner was reliable and loved the turnaround for taxi drop off. Laundry in unit and having 2 bathrooms was luxurious. Newly built and private. Would definitely airbnb again! small note that is outside the host's control: Grab doesn't recognize the building drop off location yet and will suggest a spot close by. Not a huge issue. Most of the time, the drivers understood where we wanted to go.

Beautiful, modern and clean apartment in District 1. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we required assistance. Highly recommend!
