This is by far the best experience I’ve had on Airbnb. The hosts are super responsive and helpful! The property was so nice & packed with resources, my family & I had the time of our lives!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The Villa's in a compound with all the amenities I could hope for, and at a great price too. We were pleasantly surprised with how well-equipped the place is, with smokers and utensils for a large party, and bikes to explore the compound's landscaping features. The neighborhood also isn't too populated as is, which makes it great for our attempt at escaping Saigon's chatters 😬. Definitely looking forward to making a return in the future! And thanks to the Host for being so responsive to our inquiries!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. ☺️ Perfekt, um den Jetlag loszuwerden, da das Zimmer durch die Rollläden sehr dunkel gemacht werden kann.

One of the best option to feel Saigon spirit. Located on the 1st floor in a typical Vietnamese house. It was clean and quiet despite the fact it's 2 min from Bui Vien street :) I enjoyed the experience and I recommend it to everyone. Chi is very friendly and suppotive <3

숙소가 평화롭고 매우 깔끔합니다. 호치민에서 정말 보기 힘든 귀한 숙소입니다. 호스트님이 매우 친절하세요. 주변에 관광지가 가깝고, 특히 동물원이 가까워 자주 갈수있었어요. 다음에 꼭 다시 머물겠습니다.

7군 푸미흥 내 다소 안쪽에 위치한 숙소입니다. 사진과 동일한 숙소였으며, 굉장히 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 2일마다 한 번씩 숙소를 청소해주었습니다. 건물 내 호스트가 귀여운 고양이를 키우는건지 저녁에 한 번씩 엘리베이터 앞에서 고양이를 볼 수 있엇습니다.😊 그리고 밤에 잘 때, 주변에 시끄러운 술집이 없어서 조용하게 잘 수 있는 점이 정말 좋았습니다. 다음에 언제 또 호치민에 갈 지 모르겠지만 다시 예약하고 싶은 숙소라는 생각이 들었습니다. 잘 이용하고 갑니다~!

My wife had a very pleasant stay at Twosix, the place is cosy, clean and quiet. The staff are friendly. We will stay here again in the future.

A perfect stay if you want to get some rest in a quite place at the evening after taking in the very busy city ! Also lots of space there !

Very cozy apartment , quite easy living for 3 adults, couldn’t tell it was 2 floors from the photos but it was ok. Our host was amazing , always answering fast and helping us. The location was quite central among very kind and friendly locals .

호치민 시내 관광지역의 복잡환 환경과 베트남 특색이 없는 아파트먼트 숙소에서 여행을 보내고 싶지 않아 이 숙소를 선택했습니다. 베트남 현지 주민들이 주로 살고 있는 높은 형태의 주택. 1층 2층 모두 테라스는 아름다운 경험을 갖게 했습니다. 더위에 불편함이 전혀 없도록 1층에는 에어컨과 대형 선풍기, 2층에는 방마다 에어컨이 있어 오히려 추위를 느꼈습니다. 화장실도 1층 2층 모두 있어 편리했습니다. 1층 샤워실에서는 뜨거운물이 정말 잘 제공되어 행복했습니다. 냉장고와 세탁기의 성능도 너무 좋아 1주일 동안 숙박하는데 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 숙소 앞에는 구글맵에 나오지 않는 현지 로컬 시장이 있어 간식과 채소, 생선과 해산물을 사서 집에서 직접 요리를 해서 먹을 수 있었습니다. Coop 슈퍼마켓, 약국도 가까워 필요한 물품은 언제든지 구매해서 사용할 수 있었습니다. 도보로 10분 거리에 맛있는 쌀국수 집들이 있어 아주 맛있게 먹었습니다.(Pho Yen, Pho Lam) 롯데마트는 그랩으로 10분 거리에 있어 필요한 물건은 가까운 거리에서 구매할 수 있었습니다. 현지 주민들의 생활 지역으로 Tet기간을 맞아 새해 자정을 넘어갈 때에는 골목마다 폭죽을 터뜨려 불꽃놀이를 즐겼습니다. 전 세계 어디에서도 경험할 수 없는 소중한 시간 이었습니다. 가장 기억에 남는 추억은 옆집 가족과의 교류 입니다. 매일같이 화분에 물을 주던 옆집 아저씨는 저희 아들에게 Tet을 맞아 과자와 음료수를 주셨습니다. 저희는 보답으로 아저씨의 2명의 자녀들을 위해 Tet 용돈 봉투와 수박을 선물해 드렸습니다. 아저씨는 다시 보답으로 저희 아들에게 Tet 용돈 봉투와 베트남 전통 떡 케이크를 주셨습니다. 이 기억은 정말 소중한 경험이었습니다. 이 숙소는 2~3일 호치민 단순 관광을 위해 숙박하는 사람들에게는 추천하지 않습니다. 지역 주민과 현지 진짜 체험을 하고 싶은 분들에게 추천합니다. 아. 추가로 집 앞에 카페의 커피도 맛있습니다. 단돈 16K 동 입니다.

Highly recommended for a local experience. Great selection of local restaurants if you know how to look. Host is very friendly. Place is very new and clean. Excellent for friends.

My stay at Katy’s place was absolutely wonderful ! The home was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal—close to Đ. Bùi Viện. Katy was an exceptional host, always available for questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in HCMC ! Our family booked the entire building for a week, occupying both units. The layout features multiple staircases (one without railings), which worked for us but may be challenging for elderly guests or very young children. We absolutely loved the location! Right across from Chợ Bến Thành, it’s a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the city center. The property was clean, with cleaners visiting during our stay, and the dual washer/dryer was a bonus. Our host Qui was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioner in the lower unit was non-functional, and despite a technician’s visit, it remained unrepaired, causing uncomfortable conditions, poor ventilation, leading some in our group to seek alternative lodging. Also, one bathroom in the upper unit lacked water pressure, limiting us to one bathroom. We recommend confirming these amenities before booking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the unbeatable location, cleanliness, and responsive host. A great spot for city immersion!

My friends and I had such a great time staying at Nguyen & Thu's place! Rooms were spacious and the location was great. They were both very responsive and helpful.

Hồ bơi riêng rất sạch sẽ, nước trong và mát, cả nhà tôi đều thích thú khi được ngâm mình và thư giãn mỗi ngày. Bàn bi-a chuyên nghiệp cũng là một điểm cộng lớn, giúp mọi người có thêm những khoảnh khắc vui vẻ bên nhau.

Chị host rất dễ thương, nhiệt tình, reply lại các thắc mắc rất nhanh chóng. Vì mình cần check in phòng sớm nên có liên hệ, chị cũng rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ. Phòng sạch sẽ, giống như hình trên app. Vị trí thuận tiện để di chuyển đi chơi giữa các quận cũng như ra sân bay. 💙💙
