I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, too! They were super responsive and always available to answer any questions or provide assistance. I highly recommend this place! :)

The place is very comfortable and is in a good location and is near a lot of convenience stores and café. The room is unique and quite interesting too. Thanks to Ms. Ha for being very accommodating and helpful. We had such a nice stay.

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

Was a good and clean room. Security guy was a very hospital, polite and helpful. Location is perfect especially if you have a night transfer. ) Surely will come back once there. ) Thank you Trang. )

Das Zimmer ist toll, es ist groß, sauber und hat einen schönen Balkon. Die Küche könnte etwas mehr Ausstattung haben z.b. eine Pfanne aber ich glaube wenn ich gefragt hätte, hätte Viktor sogar eine organisiert. Letztendlich habe ich mir immer essen bestellt oder war draußen. Das Angebot an Restaurants und Geschäften in der Umgebung ist genial, man ist komplett mittendrin, gleichzeitig weil es ziemlich weit in einer Gasse liegt ist es Abends relativ ruhig. Manchmal z.b. Samstag Nacht kann es schonmal lauter sein. Viktor kümmert sich um alles und antwortet rasch wenn man Fragen hat. Klimaanlage etc. hat gut funktioniert. Insgesamt war alles zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ich hätte mir gewünscht dass die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher etwas sauberer wären, sie rochen etwas modrig. Gut wäre es auch wenn man auf dem Balkon eine gemütliche Möglichkeit hätte zum Entspannen, eine Hängematte wäre Ideal. Danke Viktor und alles gute Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Thank you to the hosts and residents I had a lot of fun during my stay. Everyone was very helpful when I had questions and I felt safe in a gated area but also had everything nearby which was so convenient :)

We spent 2 weeks at Sarah’s apartment. She is super nice, professional and responsible . Her apartment is so clean , quiet, peaceful that makes you feel comfortable and safe. It takes you just around 15 minutes to get there from the airport. Highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a good place for the business or personal trip . We will be back to stay there for our next trip. Thank you Sarah and her professional staffs.

Host was very polite always made sure my stay was comfortable and provided laundry service and spoke very good English. I would definitely recommend this location for a family or a couple to stay.

Al estar en un piso elevado, además de unas fantásticas vistas de HCMC, puedes descansar alejado del ruido permanente y del humo del intenso tráfico. Equipado con todos los electrodomésticos, nuevos y en perfecto estado. Relativamente cerca del mercado Ben Thanh (zona central y llena de turistas del distrito 1), pero en una zona nada turística donde te puedes sumergir en el auténtico ambiente popular de la ciudad. Las calles de las inmediaciones son seguras para pasear y perderte por el barrio con tranquilidad. Hay farmacias y un minimarket que abre las 24 horas a la vuelta de la esquina, y una cafetería en la planta baja del edificio. Además, el anfitrión es muy eficiente, siempre responde inmediatamente y nos ayudó a resolver algunos asuntos personales con mucha amabilidad. Lo recomiendo absolutamente. Si vuelvo a HCMC no tengo la menor duda de que volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Really recommend would love to stay longer

The room is comfortable with modern amenities like a big screen television and high speed internet. I didn’t cook, but the kitchen is set up for that and even has a full sized refrigerator. Close to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops and even a movie theater. Comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. A good deal and a good place to stay.

С семьей провели несколько ночей в жилье Phuong. Хорошее расположение, в пешей доступности магазины, рестораны, кафе, банк. Также прогуляться можно к другому району ( около 5 км) Или пользоваться такси. Жилье соответствует фотографиям, описанию, немного нуждается в хорошей уборке ( заляпаны занавески), но это не омрачило наш отдых. На кухне есть все для приготовления еды. Есть стиральная и сушильная машина, что удобно. Бассейн, спортзал и другие зоны в хорошем состоянии. Хозяин всегда отвечал на сообщения и на все вопросы по заселению. Спасибо за гостеприимство.

Room look exactly like in the pictures. Host is attentive and helpful, he always respond immediately. Only downside is no elevator so if you have big luggage it might be a bit inconvenient. There’s one coffee shop right on the 1st floor, probably owned by the Airbnb owner as well, they serve pretty good drinks and open 7am-11pm so its pretty nice. Nếu Airbnb thêm khăn tắm/bàn là thì sẽ OK hơn. Phòng đẹp chill như ảnh, nếu có hành lý nặng thì hơi bất tiện vì ko có thang máy. Quanh quanh Airbnb cũng nhiều quán ăn khuya.

Close to District 1 & 3 where most of the restaurants I’d like to go, most of my trips is within 15 minutes. Another plus is it’s also close to the airport. The customer service team always responded within an hour or right away. High recommend it

Lovely flat in a nice suburb. Very close to main road but surprisingly very quiet. Had everything we needed and the host was very kind and quick to respond to any queries. 10-15min grab from district 1.

Phuong, Thao, and Quynh are amazing hosts. They are responsive and friendly. The place is right at the most convenient locations in Thao Dien. At only 10 mins away from District 1 center, you can also find everything you need with 2-3 blocks from the location. 100% more quiet than any place in District 1, if you need it. The internet is fast at 70Mbps and it's more than sufficient for a 50 persons Zoom call with no lag. The bathroom is clean. The cleaning lady cleans the place twice a week so the room is usually always clean. No mold and barely any dust. Highly recommended to stay here.

Had a pleasant stay for a little over a month. There’s a sweet old staff lady that helps service your room twice a week. She’ll pop into your room around 8/9am on your designated cleaning days. First time, it was a little unexpected and shocking but let this be your fair disclaimer. Do note there’s a person who comes to the neighborhood to pick up bottles to recycle at 10:30pm everyday and is quite loud but besides that it’s a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The place is just as pictured however the bathroom is minimally dated. NOTE: There’s a home restaurant (you pass it before you get to the stay). MUST TRY! It’s authentic home cooked meals, just like the ones your viet grandma would cook you! They have a whiteboard in front of their house with dishes they’re serving that day. Everything I tried was amazing! She opens at 7:30am for breakfast and 10:30am for lunch. Come early because she does sell out pretty fast. Only regulars and locals come so you know it’s the real deal!

great place to stay, walkable to a lot of major attractions in HCMC! The wifi can be a bit spotty at times, and the rooster *might* be a bit noisy around 5-6am (for just a short while though), but overall it was a great stay.

Very nice apartment in a Vietnamese neighborhood within walking distance of Landmark 81 and Pham Viet Chan street. Lots of local food. The owner was amazing and his son too
