Place is very modern and cozy and is nearby many good places to eat!

Beautiful views, amazing building to stay at, literally 10-15 minute drive from all the fun things to do in Saigon. Host was amazing, always replied and helped out to the best of their abilities. Only issue is they only gave us 1 roll of toilet paper and when we asked for more they gave us another roll for 6 people. But besides that this place was amazing. Comes with speakers, washer and dryer, everything you could think of.

The location is easy to get taxi and safe. Even though the air-conditioning was not working well (not cooling), the technician came to check it in 10 minutes right after I reflected the issue. I do recommend my friend to stay here next time. very quick response and sincere to apology with gifts. love it

The apartment was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. The location was very central and great to explore the city. The host was phenomenally helpful and responsive. One of the best hosts I've encountered. I would definitely stay here on my next visit.

The place was lovely and had everything we needed. We were offered a free clean and sheet change which could be arranged at our convenience. The location was also great with a car park if you were hiring a vehicle. Loved it. Quiet but also close enough to the hustle and bustle of Vietnam

Great location and decent price

Great little place with everything you need. I like the area, lots of little coffee shops and local eateries. Quick ride to get to places around D1. Hang was very responsive and that made things nice and smooth. Would recommend!

The location is perfect, within walking distance from all the major attractions. The street is beautiful and quiet despite being so close the heart of everything. Reception and security is helpful and friendly.

A very nice apartment close to everything you need in the city center of Saigon. The only con is that there is a construction site right next to the building so if you plan to rest during a day, there is no chance. However if you plan to be outside all day long and then come here to sleep only, you're good to book Victor's place.

Host was very responsive and helpful, he even assisted in booking a restaurant for me as I had trouble doing so. Place was squeaky clean and the entire stay was pleasant. Would definitely stay again if I’m back in Ho Chi Minh.

I've stayed in this unit a couple times now with my family. It was great, like all the other units I've seen in the building. Perfect size for my wife, son and I. Very comfortable and clean. Great location near food and friends. Not sure what else I can add that I haven't in previous reviews. They were super helpful this time with a very late check in due to flight delays, which was greatly appreciated. As usual, I will look to BuckList first to see if they have an apartment available for my next trip to HCMC.

Clean, spacious and comfortable stay. There’s a security on site 24/7 so it’s very safe. Similar to a hotel, there’s a placard you can put outside to have the apartment cleaned daily if needed. There’s a small washer you can use to do laundry as well. 5 stars, highly recommended. Would stay again for future visit.

The place is very well maintained, very nice and very clean. Located within District 3, very convenient to walk around to try the different local delights. At the same time, its a nice private apartment providing peace and tranquility. Chloe together with her team provided me with fast and efficient communication. They are very friendly, flexible to my requests and always ready to help. I will definitely stay with Chloe again!

One of the best Vietnamese airbnbs we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Fabulous decore. Very comfortable bed and good quality linen. Very clean. Hosts are generous, responsive and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend for folk who have mobility problems as the apartment is up one flight of stairs and the shower is over the bath. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This place is exactly as described and in a great location. There are many good restaurants and coffee shops in such a short distance. very peaceful. Our host was so friendly and quick to respond to our enquiries during our stay. highly recommend!

Extremely beautiful, air conditioner was reliable and loved the turnaround for taxi drop off. Laundry in unit and having 2 bathrooms was luxurious. Newly built and private. Would definitely airbnb again! small note that is outside the host's control: Grab doesn't recognize the building drop off location yet and will suggest a spot close by. Not a huge issue. Most of the time, the drivers understood where we wanted to go.

Will definitely come back in Vietnam and will stay again here. Feels like home .
