Leng was a wonderful and welcoming host. He was communicative and very helpful. The place is a little tucked away so make sure you watch the instruction video on how to find it. The directions were very clear with this video. The entire building has a studio on each floor and a cute little balcony at the top. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Also, the neighbors are quite kind. They can only speak Vietnamese but they were still welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again (and probably will when I come back for another visit)! Veldig fin leilighet som ligger perfekt til i hanoi. Kort unna train street! Leiligheten var stor og veldig ren, akkurat slik som på bildene. Virkelig verdt å besøke i hanoi!😊 Trang var veldig hyggelig og vennlig. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

Logement 3A fidèle aux descriptions, très bien situé dans le vieux Hanoï, à proximité des principaux 'lieux touristiques'. Logement spacieux, calme (même si la petite rue est très animée), bien équipé, entrée autonome, au coeur d'un immeuble habité par des vietnamiens donc impression de vivre comme un local :) Les toilettes sur le pallier ne sont pas un probleme. Seul point 'gris' c'est la salle de bain très petite (il ne faut pas être trop corpulent !), et la quantité d'eau chaude pour la douche qui s'épuise vite (limite pour 2 douches à moins de laisser le système se recharger). Très bons restaurants à proximité (canard grillé, bun cha, coffee shop...). J'ai adoré mon séjour et recommande ce logement. A bientôt !

Very clean and spacious apartment as advertised and close to Hanoi's Old Quarter. The staff were exceedingly kind and helpful. Unlike the usual business establishment, the three of them whom I met had an air of close family. One evening I had a terrible misstep into a turd while picking up dinner on my way back to the hotel. The receptionist immediately asked what was wrong when I walked in carrying my left shoe. I was going to go clean it myself but he took the shoe and sprayed it clean for me. I'm very grateful to him!

The space is exceptional. We have a little kid and the room is large enough for him to play around. A big bathtub is a plus point. We was also able to invite friends to our room for a cozy dinner, and the fullt-equipped kitchen helped a lot. But for hygiene stuff like toothpaste, shampoo, etc., it’s necessary to text the host before it runs out coz there’ll be no one who come to check during your stay.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location couldn’t be better….super convenient for exploring the city, with plenty of cafes, shops, and sights within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Place is really nice, probably I’ve had the easiest checkin ever :) Location is convenient ( you have a shopping centre, couple of cafes nearby ) and a famous train street in walk distance as well! *just be ready to walk up and down stairs a lot :) and don’t forget to checkout the rooftop

Safe place to stay with family

The host was exceptional and very responsive to our needs. The location was perfect, with restaurants, coffee shops, and numerous activities within walking distance. I particularly appreciated the daily cleaning service, which kept the place immaculate. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb for future trips.

It was an obvious gem given the view, how quite it is and the price paid for clean living space. This angle of the apartment is also advantageous if you book in the summer or hot seasons bc it’s not directly facing West

Great spot near Bach Mai hospital. Clean, spacious room and a nice kitchen area to use as well. The family were very accommodating!

If you have the chance to stay here and be hosted by Tim & Hana, you should be so lucky. It's out of the way and for people who want peacefulness. You get to just look at green, the garden and the trees every day. It was exactly what I wanted. They also have such a sweet little neighborhood they have made with their friends, everyone was very welcoming. There's a pickleball court, Tim & Hana are incredibly helpful, accomodating, open-hearted and kind, not to mention insanely competent. Anything we needed they accomplished so well and quickly I was blown away. The little scooter was great so you don't have to get a bike/car if you don't want. The home is so beautiful and clearly lived in, in the best way. It was made to be lived in and I felt so at home. It also felt so spacious and beautiful, it felt like many hours of love, care, thoughfulness, meditation and kindness were put into the home and even without anyone else there, it's easy to be impacted by it.

I had a fantastic stay at this villa in Hanoi! The space was incredibly clean and spacious, with everything thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable visit. The hot water worked perfectly, and it was such a nice touch to have clean towels and bottled water provided. The location is truly unbeatable—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in the city. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
