well thought out design with 3 separate toilets, with separate shower rooms - ideal for bigger groups. a washer and dryer were really useful, kitchen cutleries were generous and adequate. The host even left some local souvenirs and coffee for us to have. Great location, easy walk to great food and the local market.

We had an excellent stay here. The apartment is very well located and beautifully designed, we felt right at home. We had a problem connecting to the soundbar when using the projector, but got immediate support and could resolve the issue within minutes. They helped us also storing our luggage with the security guard before and paid the storage fee for us. We wish we could have stayed longer, it was one of the best accommodations we booked in Hanoi!

이 숙소는 정말 훌륭했어요! 도착하자마자 숙소에 대한 자세한 설명도 해주셨어요. 방은 깨끗하고 정리가 잘 되어 있었으며, 침대도 매우 편안했어요. 특히 숙소 주변은 조용하고 안전해서 정말 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 주방에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있어 간단한 요리도 가능했고, 욕실도 매우 깨끗해서 좋았어요. Wi-Fi도 빠르고, 추가로 제공된 편의시설 덕분에 더욱 편리하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 호스트님은 정말 친절하고, 질문에 대한 답변도 빠르고 정확하게 해주셨어요. 체크인과 체크아웃 절차도 아주 간편하고, 모든 부분에서 신경을 많이 써주신 게 느껴졌습니다. 정말 이 숙소를 추천드려요! 다음에도 이 지역에 오게 되면 다시 이용할 예정입니다. 호스트님, 정말 감사했습니다!

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed with AirBnB and also one of the most helpful, responsive hostesses we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. Miss Trang gave great instructions upon arrival and answered our many questions quickly, always with additional helpful information and assistance. The apartment is well-equipped and clean, and the hostess made it a completely lovely experience! We'd stay again!

Wszystko było naprawdę wspaniałe! Linh poszedł nam na rękę, bo chcieliśmy się szybciej zameldować i zaoferował nam większy apartament, który miał dostępny wcześniej. Jedyne co się nie zgadzało to cena basenu, powiedziano nam, że jeden bilet na basen dla rezydenta jest za darmo, a reszta gości po 150 000 vnd za bilet. W rzeczywistości musieliśmy wszyscy zaplacić po 177 500 za bilet, dla rezydenta była jedynie 15% zniżka. Możliwe że basen nas oszukał

We had a fantastic time at Bach’s place! The place was spacious, clean, well equipped, perfect for our group. The billiards table and Netflix projector made our evenings really enjoyable. Bach and his team were super responsive and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location was also convenient, with great food options nearby. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely recommend it to others visiting Hanoi!

Beautiful place to stay in Hanoi. Full worth of money spend. Very neat and clean place to stay. New towels and good toiletries. Kitchen is fully equipped. Ms Quynh is Very responsive and helpful. Less than two km from Old Quarter Market.

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

Thinh & My 님의 숙소의 숙소는 아름다운 서호 인근에 위치한 매우 매력적인 숙소였습니다. 오래된 건물이지만 잘 관리되고 정돈되어 있었고, 무엇보다 관리자인 Hieu의 적극적인 서비스가 매우 인상적인 숙소입니다. 숙소의 특성 상 호텔 수준의 청결과 정돈 상태를 기대하는 것은 매우 어려우나, 아름다운 지역으로의 접근성이 매우 우수하고, 우리가 필요한 모든 것을 보유하였으며, 여름철에는 아름다운 정원에서 매우 즐거운 시간을 가질 수 있을 것으로 생각됩니다.(우리는 겨울철에 머물러 그럴 기회를 가지지 못했습니다.) 하노이 숙박시설의 특성상 난방이 되지 않았지만 Hieu의 적극적인 지원으로 우리는 춥지 않게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 우리는 Thinh & My 님의 숙소에서 매우 인상적인 아름다운 추억을 만들 수 있었습니다. 만약 하노이에 다시 간다면 또 머무를 의사가 있습니다.

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

We stayed here for just one night and booked the place at the last minute. The place was clean and comfortable. There were a few good restaurants and a mini market around. The host was nice and helpful. Thank you.

It was just one day stay. but it was really good. very nice location to go to center of the hanoi ^^!

I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.

This was my 2nd time staying at Ms. Thu's place. She and her staff were incredibly great. Definitely will stay again next time.

Everything was so magnificent that words cannot describe it. The apartment is beautiful, and the hosts were so attentive that I felt like a baby being cared for. Whenever I needed something, they responded immediately. The location is in a wonderful area, with a very large shopping mall nearby. I absolutely loved the apartment, the hosts, and everything about Vietnam. I requested cleaning for the apartment, and I’ve never seen anyone do their job so well. The apartment is beautiful and quiet. It truly feels like home, with all the amenities you need. There are amazing walking areas. Check the maps and go explore. While walking, enjoy fantastic coffee and drinks to make your day even better. Everything felt like a dream. Your hospitality was amazing. Your home was incredible. Everything was perfect. I offer you my endless thanks. I love you so much. Thank you very, very much for giving me such a wonderful experience. Everything was flawless ❤️❤️❤️
