The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

First time in Hanoi! Missed the code on the door 3 times and Hang was prompto there to help! (just wait a little). Very nice check-in. Awesome restaurant downstairs with good prices! Overall quite nice. People are super friendly!! I first didn't figure out how to open the balcony door, with you don't push, you slide it haha. And loved that the kitchen had everything!

A lovely apartment near Dai con, gorgeous views from the balcony, nice spacious room with a clean bathroom and a kitchen. Ngo was also very sweet and helpful when checking in and out. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi

Very clean and responsive hosts. Jun and Thao (hosts) are friendly and awesome, always ready to respond and help out within minutes. Definitely super hosts quality! The location is central, lots to do nearby and only a few minutes walk to the lake! Also offers free laundry by a kind housekeeper. Highly recommend!

The host couple were very friendly and welcoming us on our arrival. There was a construction in the building right in front of apartment entrance while we were staying. The host let us know ahead of it and we didn't stay at the apartment much so it didn't matter. It was spacious so we could rest well after the shopping and sightseeing. It was easy to pop on grab and go to Old Quarter. I would recommend this place to someone prefer to stay away from busy and noisy Street.

We enjoyed our time at Lan's place. The location was ideal to walking around the center of Hanoi and gave us a different experience than staying in the hotel. The decor matched the description/pictures.

Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

Place was as described, definitely recommend this place. Huong was so helpful with checkin and did our laundry for us too. She was so helpful everyday and went above and beyond with check in and check out!! ❤️

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

Great stay with spacious, clean rooms and pretty complete amenities. The house feels safe and quiet within a gated neighborhood. Definitely great value as it is located a stone’s throw away from the Opera House and felt like a home (we were a group of 6 adults and we had plenty of space). Check in and check out was very easy! And Diep was a very hospitable host, proactive in communicating and had lots of good food recommendations. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place!

Отличное место. Квартира чистая, со всеми необходимыми удобствами. С балкона открывается красивый вид на озеро. В квартире очень тихо, так как она находится в маленьком переулке, вдали от основных дорог. Есть удобный стол для работы, если вам нужно поработать за ноутбуком. Правда, WiFi не очень стабильный и скорость невысокая. Мне все понравилось. Определенно рекомендую.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt bei Dieu Anh, die Unterkunft entsprach exakt den Beschreibungen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die äußerst schnelle Reaktionszeit von Dieu Anh wenn Fragen aufkommen oder etwas unklar ist. Sie brachte uns zum Beispiel Medikamente weil wir in der Apotheke nicht das richtige finden könnten, von der ersten Nachricht bis zur Lieferung in die Unterkunft vergingen 27min... grandios. Absolut zu empfehlen!

The place is great, spacious spotless clean with all the necessary appliances for you. What stood out was the host! So helpful to accommodate our needs! This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

This location is far from the Old Quarter but the apartment itself is very comfortable! It was clean and looked exactly like the photos. It would work well for a long-term stay.
