Huy is a great host and very accommodating. He is very quick to action your request to make your stay here even better. The place is nice and we also enjoyed the pool on warm days. The Danang beach is only a 5 min walk. There are restaurants, massage, hair salons, mini marts and markets all within walking distance to here. If you love to walk and explore it’s amazing how many great restaurants there are. We loved this place and extended till the end of our trip. Totally would recommend!!

Tram’s place is a great choice if you are staying in Da Nang or if you are traveling Hoi An or seeing the Lady Buddha. Right on the beach and near great restaurants, Tram’s place is close to the action. The staff were great and so helpful. Inside the unit. It’s clean, spacious, and has everything you need. All the tour companies we used were familiar with the building so it was very easy to get to all the sites. I highly recommend Tram’s place.

Ngoc’s apartment was in the perfect location in the city. You can see the dragon bridge from just outside the hotel. This location makes it easy to walk to anywhere in the city. Ngoc was responsive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location.

We were extremely happy with our stay here. The location right across the road from the beach was very convenient and easy to hail Grab taxi rides and get dropped off. It’s relatively close to many attractions and there are adequate affordable restaurants in surrounding streets. I wanted to make a special mention to the firmness of the bed because this is something most people don’t mention and throughout our holidays we had to endure extremely hard and uncomfortable mattresses, apparently typical of many Asian countries but the mattresses here were comfortable. We stayed at 5 Airbnbs and 4/5 places had extremely uncomfortable hard mattresses where I could literally feel my hips digging into the mattress. We were so thankful these mattresses were not like that!

Thuy war eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Pool und Fitness Raum waren ebenso super. Restaurants, Supermärkte und der Strand sind direkt um die Ecke. Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert und schnell.

we were in danang for a couple of days. the place is in a great location, right by the beach. there are lots of options to eat around. The area had a great vibe. we would definitely come back to Danang.

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

We stayed three weeks in the apartment and the location was ideal. It has great views of the ocean, the city, and in the far distance, the Dragon Bridge and Lady Buddha. The place is VERY close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants with local and international food, bars and karaoke places. We requested a couple of items needed for the kitchen and the co-host came the same day and provided new ones for us (forks and kettle replacement). The kitchen was adequate and the host provided dish washer soap, shampoo, and body wash. Fast and reliable WIFI. During our stay the price included cleaning services once a week which is a great perk. While the apartment was fine the building gets a lot of vacationers and the hallways and lobby could use a refresh. Because of the overall humidity of Da Nang, the apartment gets a musty smell when it has been closed all day. Cigarette smoke can come in from other balconies which was a minor nuisance. We highly recommend this place.

Duc was very friendly and accomodating. We booked a bit last second but he was still very responsive and made sure that we we’re comfortable and settled in. The place was clean and spacious with the master bed room having a huge a bathroom that was very clean. The kitchen was nice and the dry cleaner and washing machine came in very handy for us too. Overall this place is amazing and would highly recommend booking with Duc and staying here at altars suite da nang.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!

While the place is labelled as condominium it's pretty much ran like a hotel, when it comes to service standards. Rooms cleaned daily, great breakfast. Their banh mi is one of the better ones I had in Vietnam and we had quite a few The only reservation I had was the state of the bicycles - no lights and some of them were a bit 'weathered'. Given the location of some 20 min walk away from the centre, better bikes would help a bit. Nonetheless, a go to place for me when in Hoi An

we had a pleasant stay wit dao. The entrance was a bit strange as it was part of fusion suited da nang, but when we arrived a letter said that they were closed as of the 1st of January 2025. on reality there was still someone at the reception that welcomed us, but the rest of the building looked quite empty. that didn't harm as we still had a nice and clean room!

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

Good place. Was very disappointing that contrary to all the info regarding the place that the gym and pool was NOT available to use for AirBnb guests at the A La Carte Hotel. We met other Airbnb guests in the facility and their host included the cost in their rental rates.
