The stay was comfortable, and the property had everything I needed for a pleasant visit. The host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. However, there was some noise from nearby construction, which could be a minor inconvenience at times. Aside from that, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again.

1. The accommodation is new and luxurious. There is an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool on the top floor. The gym on the second floor is also well equipped. There is a ping pong table and a billiard table on the second floor. 2. It is convenient because there are restaurants, cafes, and marts nearby. 3. There is a rooftop garden on the top of the 39th floor of the accommodation, which is cool and comfortable to sit down. There is also a place for about 10 people to get together. 4. I appreciate the host's sincere efforts to solve the problem which I asked for. 5. From the accommodation to Hoankiem Lake, it costs about 190,000 vnd for grabs.

The owner is extremely responsive and very customer-oriented, he will always help solve absolutely any issue, I sincerely recommend him )

Our overall stay at Tuân’s was great. The helper was prompt with her cleaning and helped us out whenever we needed anything. The location is away from the hustle of the city and is quiet. It definitely has an incredible view.

Clean and tidy room. Easy to find location. Good destination if you need a short stay. The host is enthusiastic and supportive.

The apartment is in a great location if you want to stay away from the central hustle and bustle. The neighborhood has almost everything you might need. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with various spices for cooking. The WiFi works perfectly. We felt at home and are super happy that we chose to stay here. Getting into the apartment was a bit tricky since we had to find the right mailbox where the elevator card was left. Without help from locals, it would have taken much longer. If you have a scooter, there is an additional fee for parking it in the basement. One night with one exit costs 33k VND.
