The apartment is exactly how Nga has described in the pictures. It is absolutely cozy and felt like home! It surpassed our expectations and we wished we had stayed here for the rest of our trip. Located in a private area there are lots of restaurants and cafe and 24hr mart just minutes away. Nga is an incredible host! The best one we have ever come across! Communication was seamless and she went above and beyond helping us book a cab to bring us to the apartment when our first driver brought us to the wrong building and left. We 100% recommend Nga’s beautiful place to anyone looking to stay in Hanoi. The area is super private and secure. Would definitely rebook with Nga on our next trip to Hanoi!

The house is really pretty and i particulary felt like i was at home. It offers all the services indicated. you can't hear neighboors and it was very clean! The building is in a residential area, so there's nothing to do around or to see, however there are mini markets, supermarket, restaurants, cafes and pharmacies at the first floor of every building, so it's easy to buy food and things you might need, so i think this house it's more indicated if you want to rest instead of visit comfortably Hanoi city center since it's a bit far, but we know that and that's why we choosed this house and it was really a very good stay! I would reccomend it for sure. The host is also very friendly and reactive to the messages, he's really kind ^^

Van aims to please. He is a great host and his space is fantastic. Masteri West Heights is an elite location in the Smart City where activities abound. I really REALLY liked that Van’s place had a filtered reverse osmosis system, which meant drinking as much clean/purified water as one would like, from the space. Van was awesome at connecting me with a soccer team game, and responded back to any questions I had immediately. Unfortunately, I was not able to complete the full AIRBNB stay, as unforeseen circumstances called me back home. HIGHLY recommend Van’s place.

The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a cozy atmosphere and unique decor. I particularly loved the cleanliness, amenities, and location which made my stay even more special. Communication with Riena was seamless, she was always available to answer questions or provide recommendations for anything. Overall, I highly recommend Riena's place to anyone looking for delightful stay, I can't wait to return...
