The room we stayed in was absuletuly great. Very spacious, rustic, huge balcony with a street view. The staff were 10 stars, most of them have an excellent English and they are very caring. They helped us organising our trip to Ha Lonh Bay and gave all the touristic tips about Hanoi. We really love it and certainly recommend it.

I don't need another word. It is a hotel heavily armed with enormous location and kindness from its staff. I'll stay here if I come back. Very kind. Everyone.

Tony was an outstanding host from start to end! As soon as I booked, he contacted me to confirm details, offer a driver to pick me up at the airport, and send me some information on some day tours. I took the driver, and would highly recommend it! Air conditioned and nice car for just ~$4 USD more than a taxi. I also opted for the day trip to Nimh Minh (vietnam's largest pagoda and river boat rowing through caves). My guide was Kimi and loved having him as he made the whole group a big family (and I am not a huge fan of tour groups!). The hotel was nice and in a great location for the night market. Lots of things to do and see right nearby. Breakfast was included and the staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again :)

The best part is location, location, and location. It is located very close to the lake. I was really impressed with the staff who were very friendly and helped make many good choices for sightseeing.

We stayed in a quiet place, the room located in a green villa next to the lake. Beautiful decorage and nice view . Bich very helpful We will comeback and introduce to my friends

Great for a few days. 30 mins to the airport. Room was accurate to the photos, hot water, nice towels and very clean. Friendly staff.

Perfect experience. We booked the apartment last minute and only 1 night stay here but I enjoy with our stay. quiet space, great location for jogging around west lake in the morning. The room is fully equipped, clean and the staff is very f Helpfull, enthusiastic support for everything

This location is ideal as close to Train Street and Hoen Kiem Lake. Hot water, great wifi and clean sheets...what else does one need when traveling.

This is a beautiful hotel which is so close to the bustle of Hanoi, but it's so peaceful inside that you don't even notice that you're in a big city. We stayed there for two nights and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, we could even check out and leave our baggage in the hotel because we had to go to Hà Long Bay, and we could pick it up the day after. Their breakfast is delicious. I would visit this Mathilda boutique again ☺️☺️
