This accommodation was really beautiful and perfectly located in the old quarter of Hanoi. There's loads to see and do all within a close walking distance. The hosts were brilliant and very friendly. They sorted an extra night stay for us on short notice and arranged taxis to and from the airport for us. One of the best places to stay in the city, I highly recommend.

Shockingly quiet!! Small place but very comfortable with a nice balcony spot. Near the south end of the lake so away from the craziness and great for walking to the Old Town alone the lake. I wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately it was booked. Great spot.

For the price you pay, it is definitely fair. Place was clean, instructions were clear to get in, the location is perfect if you want to go around the old town. Another bonus is it is quiet at night which a lot of other places around there aren’t. Down side is it’s got a low roof under the bed (obviously) so if you’re a super tall person, consider it :)

Wszystko było naprawdę wspaniałe! Linh poszedł nam na rękę, bo chcieliśmy się szybciej zameldować i zaoferował nam większy apartament, który miał dostępny wcześniej. Jedyne co się nie zgadzało to cena basenu, powiedziano nam, że jeden bilet na basen dla rezydenta jest za darmo, a reszta gości po 150 000 vnd za bilet. W rzeczywistości musieliśmy wszyscy zaplacić po 177 500 za bilet, dla rezydenta była jedynie 15% zniżka. Możliwe że basen nas oszukał

일단 호스트의 피드백이 엄청 빠름 질문하면 거의 챗봇처럼 답이 바로바로 옴. 또한 한건물을 통째로 써서 뭔가 호텔 전세내서 쓰는 느낌이 듦! 그리고 내부 또한 굉장히 청결하고 무엇보다 수질이 굉장히 깨끗했음(필터 샤워기로 2일 썼는데 새하얌) 하노이 중심부와는 살짝 떨어져 있지만 그렇기 때문에 오히려 조용해서 좋았구 그랩으로도 올드쿼터까지 약 20분 이온몰은 7~8분 정도 걸려서 전혀 문제가 없었음! (아 그랩 주소 찍을때 2 Lane 318/80 Ngoc Tri Thach Long Bien 이 주소 찍으시면 집 바로 앞에서 내려줍니다!) 다음번 하노이 방문시에도 재방문 예정임! 적극 추천 추천 👍👍👍👏👏👏

The accommodation was really clean, quiet and had a very easy checkin. Tuan is the most responsive host I have ever encountered in my 45+ countries I have visited until now. Every message I’ve sent him, he would reply back in just a matter of minutes or even instantly. He was very attentive and helpful. I definitely recommend his place! Great stay! Internet was really good, which was a necessity for us!

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It was beautiful and spacious, and is located in a lovely area of Hanoi. The building feels safe and the staff are all so friendly. The apartment is cleaned regularly and the host was great at communicating. I would highly recommend staying here!

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

We had a great time at Diep's place. The apartment was as described. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and flawless. The host gave us personal recommendations to move around which were great. We felt like we had a friend who took care of a lot things for us here in this new place. The apartment is at a walking distance to all the major attractions and is a bit away as well in a separate street from the crowd making the stay peaceful and comfortable. I would highly recommend Diep's place to anyone staying in Hanoi.

Austin was an amazing host, very proactive and friendly. He made sure that we are well oriented to the house and the surrounding. The airbnb itself was a cosy place, well located, good security and very clean. Definitely recommend!

I had a good stay at Hien’s apartment, everything was as expected, the apartment is spotlessly clean and has nice lake view. Everything works - hot water, aircons etc. There are many eateries and cafes around. I chose the place as it’s near my parents’ house, and definitely hope to lease it again.
