Really well located near Beer St in Hanoi. Accessible to most cool areas of the city. The place was great with nice amenities, having a washer and dryer was a great plus. Khánh went out of his way to accommodate us, he was nearby at his spa and it was great to meet him!! He’ll even give you a discount for his services!!

The host was very very helpful and clear with her instructions. Gave us information about restaurants and markets near by extreme comfortable stay ! Would love and recommend this stay for sure

The place was spacious and comfortable for our group of 9 people. The host met us outside the gate and guided us to the entrance. One thing to note was there were 4 stories but there were only stairs. Regardless, really recommended.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Trang, le logement est très bien agencé avec 2 chambres indépendantes qui communiquent par un espace extérieur, cela permet d'avoir toute son intimité tout en étant à proximité. Trang est très disponible et s'est montrée très réactive lorsque nous avons eu des questions.

Logement 3A fidèle aux descriptions, très bien situé dans le vieux Hanoï, à proximité des principaux 'lieux touristiques'. Logement spacieux, calme (même si la petite rue est très animée), bien équipé, entrée autonome, au coeur d'un immeuble habité par des vietnamiens donc impression de vivre comme un local :) Les toilettes sur le pallier ne sont pas un probleme. Seul point 'gris' c'est la salle de bain très petite (il ne faut pas être trop corpulent !), et la quantité d'eau chaude pour la douche qui s'épuise vite (limite pour 2 douches à moins de laisser le système se recharger). Très bons restaurants à proximité (canard grillé, bun cha, coffee shop...). J'ai adoré mon séjour et recommande ce logement. A bientôt !

My friends and I booked this place and the owner kindly gave us the biggest room he had! He replied super quickly and he’s helpful throughout our stay. The room itself is located in a good area with bunch of restaurants, bars yet quiet enough at night. Totally recommend! :-)

I rented two rooms on the same floor at the homestay. I thought I was renting one large two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite but they were actually two separate rooms with their own locked entrances. The larger room was spacious and had two baths. The road noise might bother some people but the whole area around the old quarter is loud. The second room was behind it, was much smaller withno window but it was much quieter. My mistake for mistaking this for one suite. Both apartments were very clean. It was nice that both came with a full 5-gallon jug of water like a Sparkletts. Front apartment had a small microwave but we never needed it. This homestay is conveniently placed on the edge of the old quarter and it was a short distance to lots of food stalls and establishments. The price for one week was unbeatable. They also did our laundry for us. Highly recommended.

This accommodation was really beautiful and perfectly located in the old quarter of Hanoi. There's loads to see and do all within a close walking distance. The hosts were brilliant and very friendly. They sorted an extra night stay for us on short notice and arranged taxis to and from the airport for us. One of the best places to stay in the city, I highly recommend.

Initial I only booked it for 3 nights 4 days but I kept on extending it for one more night. Even when my current airbnb was already booked he was able to put me in a different that was even closer to Old Quarter. Great host and great communication skills, would highly recommended it to anyone.

The property was presented very well and very clean. The host was amazing and friendly and helped us into our accomodation as we arrived late into the night. The location was great and a short walk from the old quarter. Would highly recommend and love to stay again someday when returning to Hanoi.

기대했었던것보다 방이 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 소음도 없고 조용하게 잘 지내다 갑니다. 숙소 바로앞에 레스토랑은 모두 좋았습니다. 단지 관광지다 보니 주변 맛사지샵은 가격이 비쌌습니다. 유명한 성당은 도보로 2분이면 되고, 숙소 바 앞에서 오토바이를 렌트할 수 있습니다. 다음에 호안끼엠 방문시 무조건 여기로 다시 올것같습니다. 감사합니다

Great spot near Bach Mai hospital. Clean, spacious room and a nice kitchen area to use as well. The family were very accommodating!
