What an amazing room! Through the photos, I knew that the room would be cozy and had an immense view, but when arrived, I was still surprised. The room was clean, well-decorated. The balcony and the view was really chill and beautiful. It even had the chairs and small table to experience the outstanding view. The amenities are fully provided and the host is really responsive and hospitable. Besides, the room is a bit noisy, and the kitchen is a bit small, but it’s okay for me.

Amazing apartment, very clean, with a kitchen for cooking. The location is excellent, close to the center. Highly recommend staying here!

Parfait pour quelques jours dans la belle Hanoï. L'emplacement est juste parfait, juste à côté du lac dans un quartier toujours animé. Mais comme le logement est situé au fond du petite ruelle, c'est très calme pour dormir. L'hôte a été adorable. Très réactive dans sa communication, elle nous a donné des conseils et a toujours répondu dans la minute. Je recommande fortement !

Really grateful that Tracy allowed early check. Place was very clean with lots of natural lights during the day. However be cautious when booking through a weekend since the street may get some party noise and that the windows aren’t very soundproof. Overall the stay was worth it.

Perfect place to stay in old quarter, walking distance to everything you need. Apartment was clean and spacious and bed was comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

As advertised, this place is a cozy space. Clean and handy amenities (laundry/kitchen). It's a but hidden off the main road but overall really great value for the cost.

Great place to stay! It’s 10 minutes walk from the lake and Old Quarter, so there is no crowd and noises. The apartment is really nice, decoration and lights looks cute. Chinh is awesome host, always answers very quick. Totally recommend this place!

This place was amazing! It’s perfectly located, just a short distance from museums, restaurants, and major tourist attractions. The house was spotless, and Cao was an exceptional host—always attentive and ready to assist with anything we needed. They even helped us arrange transportation to other cities, long after we had checked out. Staying here truly made our trip to Vietnam unforgettable

We enjoyed our stay here. We had an issue and Cindy sorted it out the same day. Very good at communicating. The view from the apartment is cool and handy being near the shopping mall.

사장님이 아주 친절하고 대응도 빠르게 해주십니다. 숙소가 조금 외진곳이 있지만 클락션 소리고 안나고 저는 오히려 좋았습니다. 1층의 편의시설도 많고 만족스러운 숙소 였습니다

The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. Looks brand new in an upscale building with a nice restaurant on the first floor. I didn't use the building amenities but it has a good gym and pool. I stayed there for 6 weeks and the kitchen had everything I needed, the king size bed was very comfy and strong water pressure in the shower (my top 3). There are lots of shops and street food within an easy walk and more around West Lake. Lotte Mall is 3 blocks away with nice restaurants, a big grocery and would be competition for any mall in the US. Very quiet neighborhood with Old town a convenient Grab ride away (about $2). I did 4 street food tours, great way to meet other travelers and learn how to order and eat the local food. Ms Hoa is a gem. She was very proactive, preparing me for my arrival and checking on me. Though I didn't need to contact her often because I never had a problem, she always replied quickly to my requests for info or recommendations.

Tuan's apartment was very comfortable. It's about a 30-minute drive from the Old Quarter due to traffic but with the price of Grab, it wasn't an inconvenience. Tuan was very responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. He even provided a driver to pick me up from the airport. There is a coffee shop, markets and spa facilities right downstairs which is very convenient. And the GO Hypermarket is within walking distance. I loved that he had nice wine glasses and I made it a point to buy a couple of bottles while I was there.
