Our stay at Minh’s place in Hanoi was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, Minh and his team made us feel like family. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay — from helping with luggage, arranging transport, recommending local spots, to even assisting us with our personal requests. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly stood out. The home itself is perfect for families. It’s spacious, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches. Our kids absolutely loved the dedicated playroom — it kept them entertained for hours while we could relax and unwind. There’s even a bar area for adults to enjoy a quiet drink in the evenings, which was such a nice touch after a day of exploring the city. If you’re traveling to Hanoi with your family (or even as a group), I can’t recommend Minh’s place enough. It’s rare to find a combination of such a fantastic space and genuinely caring hosts.

As fellow hosts in the community, Nhung and I have known and supported each other for some time. I was already impressed by the beautiful listings she manages and have had the chance to assist with a few in the past. But this time, during a short trip to Hanoi with a friends, I finally got to book her listing myself—a little surprise I was truly looking forward to. And it did not disappoint. In fact, the apartment became a highlight of our trip, even though our stay was short. The space looked exactly like the photos—if anything, the living room felt even more spacious in real life. Everything was spotless, carefully maintained, and what I personally loved the most were the artworks sourced by Nhung herself from Northern Vietnam, crafted by local artisans. Me and a few friends had the loveliest time and thought the home was amazing! Looks exactly like the pictures, really spacious with comfortable beds. Location is great too. The host even dropped off a spare frying pan as I wanted to cook dinner for everyone. 10/10 would recommend to anyone to stay there!

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

We are a couple and a mother traveling together, so Lyn‘s apartment is perfect for our need - with 2 separate bedrooms and easy access to toilet from both rooms. The apartment is very clean and located near the old street so we can walk easily to the places we want to go. Lyn also gave clear introductions to help us find the apartment easily and offered us to store our luggages at another place nearby after our check-out. Will come back again if I visits Hanoi again.

I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious place to stay. The host was incredibly attentive, kind, and accommodating. The place was spotless and well-maintained, perfect for our family's needs. We all had a great night's sleep thanks to the quiet surroundings and comfortable beds. The host also provided all the basic personal hygiene essentials, which was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen and dining area were clean, well-equipped, and spacious, making mealtime a breeze. We were also grateful for the host's flexibility when we needed to stay an extra hour without any extra charge. Overall, our stay was perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back someday. We stayed for 5nights and it was totally good place to stay in Hahoi. The location is nice, near the old district and lots of restaurants and bar. It only take around 15-20 minutes on foot from Tea’s place. For the place, we rent the whole house which includes 1/F, 2/F, 3/F and the roof. Everything was clean and cozy as the pictures provided. Especially for the roof, the mini-golf game provided was fun, we were having a great time, and it was a good roof for us to chat and chill. Also, it would really appreciate Tea, Deci, especially Ryan that hosted us. First of all, they are very responsible and reply quickly all the time. When we are visiting in Hahoi, Ryan and Deci provided the tour guide to us and they are very friendly. Love to chat with them , also Ryan took us to a local restaurant for having a dinner together. It was memorable. Tea arranged the 16-seater car for us to the airport as well. Also the price was reasonable. All in all, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for this lovely B&B!

謝謝Tuan的幫忙，四個晚上我們住的很舒適，第三天下午還有清潔人員來打掃，讓我們的空間保持很乾淨。 整體而言是一個很愉快的經驗，房東回覆也都很即時，吹風機燙衣版洗衣機烘衣機應有盡有！很推薦跟Tuan訂房，同一棟大樓我們其他的朋友的住宿經驗就沒有這麼好，所以我們很幸運能找到Tuan!

We enjoyed our stay here. We had an issue and Cindy sorted it out the same day. Very good at communicating. The view from the apartment is cool and handy being near the shopping mall.

I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.

Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer 3 monatigen Vietnam Reise. So viel Platz!!! 2 Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten! Balkon, Waschmaschine, Küche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist dass dort keine Touristen wohnen, sondern eher Einheimische und koreanische Expats. Direkt daneben ist ein Vincom Center. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut! Eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man Hanoi auf eine nicht touristische Weise erkunden will, weit von Touristenfallen. Excellent!
