Great location!! Lovely place to stay

Our stay at this Airbnb was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted with genuine warmth and impeccable hospitality. The attention to detail throughout the space was evident, from the stylish decor to the pristine cleanliness. The location of the Airbnb was perfect, offering both convenience and tranquility. Whether we were exploring nearby attractions or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, we found ourselves immersed in the beauty of the area. The 4 stories building is actually Mr. Ngoc's private house and office at the same time. It has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the 3rd one. There's no lift, so we kept our luggages on the ground floor bedroom and stayed at the 3rd floor one which is quite spacious and fits for 4 people. The bathroom is clean and has all the toiletries we need. We could do the laundry on the 4th floor, and washing soap is also provided. Mr. Ngoc speaks fluent English, thus he's friendly and helpful. Btw, he spilled to us his plan to renovate the ground floor and we think it would turn out to be sophisticatedly great. Once again, thanks Mr Ngoc for your hospitality and sharing your place with us. Such a cozy place! Felt almost like staying at my sisters place. Super cozy and such a pretty outdoor area and lake view. The lighting is soft and cozy. The location itself isn’t the greatest. But it’s only a 7-10 minute grab from a nice part of the city and only about 15 min from turtle tower.

Ngoc was very friendly and helpfull and really nice host and the apartment was great!

The place was easy to find and the hosts were very accommodating. I love how there's a coffee shop downstairs. My only concern was that the bed was too hard, almost felt like I was sleeping on the floor including the pillows. The air-conditioning wasn't working properly but it was resolved in a few hours. Nonetheless, it was a good stay.
