The 4 stories building is actually Mr. Ngoc's private house and office at the same time. It has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the 3rd one. There's no lift, so we kept our luggages on the ground floor bedroom and stayed at the 3rd floor one which is quite spacious and fits for 4 people. The bathroom is clean and has all the toiletries we need. We could do the laundry on the 4th floor, and washing soap is also provided. Mr. Ngoc speaks fluent English, thus he's friendly and helpful. Btw, he spilled to us his plan to renovate the ground floor and we think it would turn out to be sophisticatedly great. Once again, thanks Mr Ngoc for your hospitality and sharing your place with us. The Apartment is beautiful, high quality and huge for a family. Around the location you have enough of restaurants, supermarkets, sports activities and the public transport. Hong Mai offers a excellent service. 6 out of 5 stars.

Excellent séjour à Hanoï. L’emplacement : quartier vincom times city à 30 minutes jusqu’a 45 minutes en fonction des heures en grab du vieux quartier d’Hanoi où toutes les activités et départ des excursions se trouvent. Le calme du quartier où on peut se balader sans risquer de se faire écraser comme au centre ville est un véritable plus 😅. Le moins est qu’il faut se réveiller très tôt pour arriver aux départ des excursions. Conseil: demander un départ et une arrivé de vos excursions à l’opéra d’Hanoi, c’est le lieu le plus proche de l’appartement et généralement le dernier départ avant les excursions, c’est toujours ça de gagner en sommeil… L’appartement: ce n’est pas celui en photo mais dans le même état d’esprit, literie et propreté ok. Vaisselle et couverts pas suffisant pour 3 personnes. Connexion wifi ok. L’hôte: bonne communication. Séjour: très bien

Nos alojamos en la casa de Amy y fue una experiencia increíble. El alojamiento es amplio, cómodo y con una excelente conexión a internet, ideal para trabajar y subir vídeos para WOOFREELANCE ACADEMY. Lo mejor es la experiencia inmersiva que ofrece: está en un barrio típico de Vietnam, con motos, vendedores ambulantes y el ajetreo diario que tanto nos gusta a los extranjeros. A pesar del bullicio de la calle, dentro se está muy tranquilo y cómodo, perfecto para descansar después de un día explorando la ciudad o trabajando. Si buscas una experiencia auténtica sin renunciar a la comodidad, este alojamiento es totalmente recomendable. ¡Gracias, Amy, por una estancia inolvidable!

I have been back here 3 times. Ms. Thuong responded quickly, friendly and helped me check in earlier. The apartment is clean, full of bedding and towels The apartment is near Vinmec and Vinschool, high floor with good view, everything is convenient for my trip. Recommended

Nice place to stay, clean and convenient

Had a great long stay here, this apartment is perfect for remote work. It is also rare to find an apartment with two work desks in two different rooms. The neighborhood is pretty nice as are all vinhomes neighborhoods in Vietnam. This one has a huge mall underneath the entire neighborhood which is cool. A lot of restaurants and attractions in the mall including a cinema, arcades, bowling, gyms and other cool activities. Sophie is a great host and provided recommendations, help and great customer service overall.
