Amazing warm and homely! Helen was so very kind and lovely to chat with, super host! Her kitchen was a dream to cook in, too sitting on the deck too being cozy with the fireplace was magic! You will be very impressed and won’t want to leave! I’ll be back for sure!

Lovely getaway long weekend for us and our dogs. Great walks, peaceful and quiet.

We were traveling as a family group of ten and this house accommodated us so well. The location is so beautiful and we loved exploring the local region and then coming home to wander the beach each evening. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive and helpful

Fabulous views and 70’s style charm! Gorgeous location near the water, rolling mountains and everything you need inside the house, a home away from home. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating! Wish I booked an extra night.. I would go back again..

We loved staying in this beautiful cottage (situated below the main house but completely private). Everything was perfectly inviting. We arrived late and the cottage was ready for us with wine, bread, cheese and berries. The linens were top notch and the setting is private, quiet, and very beautiful. We easily could have stayed for a week. Our host Nicholas was very helpful when a small issue arose. We loved driving down to the Hastings Cave area and even all the way down to the beautiful beach at South Cape. The drive along the river when you come and go from this location is very lovely with black swans swimming and adorable local animals hopping along the road (although one must drive carefully as to not drive into them!). There is nothing that could have made this stay better. We love forward to coming back again one day to take a river cruise.

We had a lovely stay at Annie’s place. Very responsive and helpful host. The house was very clean and tidy. In a quiet neighbourhood, lovely water view from the living room. Would highly recommend.

My friend and I had the most beautiful stay — the space was peaceful, thoughtfully styled, and incredibly relaxing. The highlight was definitely the bathtub on the balcony — such a treat to soak while listening to the sounds of nature. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up to watch the sunrise from the balcony was pure magic. We would absolutely stay again — such a calming and memorable experience.

Couldn't recommend nel's place more highly . Wonderful location, beautifully appointed , stocked kitchen with all the bits and pieces you need. We really enjoyed the location which was close to everything we needed but out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist part of Hobart. It was a great spot to use for visiting the Huon Valley, Bruny Island and Hobart itself. Although a bit further to go when going to the Coal River Valley, the traffic was light and easy to navigate.

Debbie’s home was beautifully presented, well stocked and spotlessly clean. With breathtaking views and just a minute from the beach, The Meeting Place was all it promised and more. We loved the home, especially the way it was furnished and decorated. The large indoor living space, together with the expansive outdoor deck and barbecue facilities, were perfect for our celebratory family get-together. There was plenty of seating and space to comfortably accommodate our family of nine. The kitchen was well supplied with crockery/cutlery and cooking utensils and the bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable with first class linen. The location is ideal for beach activities for our younger family members, however the access track is somewhat steep and could be difficult for an older person. Already looking at a return visit.

Beautiful location. Accommodation was perfect for our stay with everything we needed. Would stay here again if visiting in the future.

I can't thank Paquita enough for allowing us to host our very intimate wedding at The Pearl. It is an incredible, special, beautiful place. The Pearl is somehow even more beautiful in person, and the pristine beach at our doorstep was a ln incredible bonus. Hosting our immediate family for dinner on the back verandah as the sun was setting, listening to the ocean and watching the sun set over the water, is now one of my most treaured memories. We are already talking about staying again. Paquita went above and beyond as a host - providing recommendations for local florists, celebrants, hair stylists etc - and even left us a beautiful congratulations card and gift. Beyond amazing. Beautiful location and siting of the building. Wonderful framed views. Beautiful sunlight. Lots of seating. Comfortable beds. We saw an echidna, pademelon and quoll on the property. We took lovely walks and watched the changing weather from the windows. Our stay was an unforgettable experience.

A beautiful property with stellar Harbour views. A short Uber to the airport and Salamanca, so a great option for large groups and short stays.
