From the moment we stepped through the door, the property exceeded our expectations with the thoughtful inclusions and the well thought out facilities. There is so much space, that even with our large family, it never felt crowded. The children were safe, easily occupied, and content in the environment. The outdoor pizza oven and BBQ provided even more options for meals in the beautiful garden filled with roses and fuchsias! Because the property offered such a variety of activities and entertainment, we did not need to leave for the entire long weekend. We had the most incredible time. There really are no words that can adequately describe the experience. Thank you, Jason, for providing such a beautiful and well equipped space for us to enjoy. I'm sure we will be back!

We really enjoyed Bowen’s property. It was clean, had a great view and had a lovely pool. Bowen was responsive with help and allowed us an early check in which was much needed since we had a small infant with us.

This is an outstanding property with a wonderful and responsive host. We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. The house is very private and well appointed, maintained and stocked with quality produce and supplies - we were also welcomed by a beautiful hamper, and warm service. The property itself has stunning views from almost every window. We enjoyed using the gym (located in an adjacent private building which can also be used as a study), pool and spa. We had a few things on our list to visit for the Huon Valley but were very content to stay at the house and enjoy all the amenities. We would most definitely return here when visiting Tasmania.

Had a wonderful stay. House was clean and had everything we needed to use during our stay. The kids loved the pool and having some floatation toys readily available to use was a much enjoyed bonus! Hubby and I enjoyed sitting outside once the kids were settled in bed to enjoy a drink and the view. Would definitely stay here again

We had an excellent few days with our family at Marina’s house. The house is simple with large rooms and lots of space indoor and out. The view is lovely and ever changing and the kids loved the ducks and native hens. An ideal place for a family gathering.

One of the best air bnb’s I have stayed in. My toddler son had the best time in the pool, playground and especially talking to the chickens. Julie was an amazing host will definitely stay there again on future visits.

We stayed at Maya’s home for 4 days. Beautiful big beds, lovely views from the backyard of Mt Wellington. The house was stunning & had everything there. It felt like a home. Maya was very responsive. We would definitely stay again & definitely recommend.

Shane's house is beautiful. It was perfect for our family catch up holiday. There were 7 of us and because the house is spacious, it was very comfortable. It's closeness to shops, restaurants and the city made it easy and convenient.

This is very nice place and suburb. 15-20 mins drive to Hobart city and Bruny Island ferry. Sleep very well here!

The Glebe Emporium is the most charming accommodation with rich history and in a stunning area. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived at the airbnb and everything was as described. Freya and her partner Graham were very hospitable and had some fantastic recommendations and advice around activities we were interested in. You can tell that meticulous detail has also been taken to ensure that a guest has absolutely everything they need, which was greatly appreciated! A highlight for us was catching sunset from the porch, absolutely phenomenal views!! Thanks so much for everything.

My partner and I stayed at Denise‘s place in Hobart for 10 days. It was lovely. Well kitted out for cooking. It is on a hill and has stairs for those of you that are mobility impaired. We often walked into town and took an Uber back. Which was very reasonably priced. Hobart was beautiful and this was a lovely comfortable place to stay. the-action was a particularly nice space to eat in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again. The host was very friendly and responsive even though she was traveling also…

We have stayed at the Provider House twice now, with a car it is an easy drive in and out of Hobart. Always wonderful to return to the peace and quiet of Lenah Valley and this house. We have spent time in Japan and our stays here feel like a continuum of that experience. When visiting be sure to allocate time to actually enjoy the house, we loved it. J & M

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning holiday house in Sandy Bay and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding on the deck, the river view was breathtaking! It was the ideal place to disconnect and unwind. The house itself was immaculate, with every detail carefully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The private beach access was an absolute gem! Being able to step directly onto the beach whenever we wanted made the whole experience even more magical. Overall, this holiday house offered an exceptional blend of comfort, tranquility, and natural beauty. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with spectacular views. Loved our stay at the Bends House. A fantastic, relaxing spot with an amazing view. Will definitely be back.

We were satisfied with our three night stay here. Location was great, very close, walking distance to shops, chemist, restaurants. Easy walk into Salamanca and CBD. We did cook and found kitchen and dinning area very nice. Front and back gardens are cosy. Even though on main road, inside was quiet. Two Queen rooms are up stairs, with the twin room on the bottom floor where the entry, kitchen, dining, living room and bathroom is. The lounge area is comfortable with smart TV and good Wi-Fi. We used the washer and dryer and they worked well. Our only drawback was the art in the hallway, which we found dark. We know art is subjective so it’s understandable it doesn’t suit everyone’s taste. I hope they will take these comments with the kindness intended and maybe find something more neutral in subject.

Lisa’s house is an absolute gem! The location is perfect, and we felt so welcomed with thoughtful touches like cold water in the fridge and a freshly cut garden. The house is beautifully maintained with modern amenities and was spotlessly clean. It had so many little extras that you don’t usually see in Airbnb homes, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We had no issues with the house, noise, location, or garden, and Lisa’s communication was flawless. Highly recommended!

This home in Sandy Beach has been a highlight of our Tasmania trip. a beautiful and rustic home that was meticulously clean and felt just like out of a story book. So close to everything, and yet still felt peaceful enough to wind down at the end of the day. The sunroom was an ultimate favourite of mine. Thank you to our lovely hosts.
