Our family was visiting from the States and Western Australia and the location was perfect. The place was very clean and exactly as described. We were very happy with our stay.

This is very nice place and suburb. 15-20 mins drive to Hobart city and Bruny Island ferry. Sleep very well here!

Very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the stay so much. Will come to stay here again next time. It would be better if aircon was available upstairs.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning holiday house in Sandy Bay and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding on the deck, the river view was breathtaking! It was the ideal place to disconnect and unwind. The house itself was immaculate, with every detail carefully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The private beach access was an absolute gem! Being able to step directly onto the beach whenever we wanted made the whole experience even more magical. Overall, this holiday house offered an exceptional blend of comfort, tranquility, and natural beauty. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with spectacular views. Loved this place. Perfect for our needs and exactly as described. So many amenities and lots of extras in cupboards from previous guests which is always very handy. Felt like home. Beds very comfortable.

Perfect location. Recently renovated. Colonial home. Beautifully decorated. Large rooms. Homely feel. Personal touches. Host kindly had champagne and cheese platter on arrival as requested . 6 ladies absolutely loved our stay. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Dean and Moya’s place. Beautiful, high end, spacious apartment with a stunning view of the harbor. Sitting out on the sunny deck in the morning was a great start for the day. We loved the heated bathroom floor! They were very friendly with immediate responses to the one or two questions we had and suggestions for restaurants we might enjoy. We had a truly wonderful and relaxing time there.

We had a wonderful 4 days workation at Michael’s humble studio apartment. The neighbourhood was quiet. It’s nice how it’s got its own little front yard, gas stove, huge laundry and toilet with sliding door and a cosy comfy bed with all the amenities necessary. The heater kept the place in just right temperature. We had wonderful encounters with Michael who told us when it was time to take out rubbish for bin day. Always with great smile and amazing hospitality we could not have asked for better stay. I walked to Grand Chancellor Hotel each morning and the walk was so nice, lucky weather was lovely also. Overall a lovely experience. Thank you.

I booked it for my family and friends coming from the mainland and overseas for my son’s wedding. It was a perfect space for us to spread out and come together at the same time. Overall, well tended and a great location to come and go from most places on foot. Also found out that my hairdresser is great friends with Kathryn- that’s Hobart life! Thanks so much!

Spacious and comfortable apartmen with all necessary amenities. Great location close to town. The host responded promptly and answered any questions. Enjoyed our stay.

Quite a big private space, really unique and homey feeling. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, which is very typical of Tassie! They took lots of time to make sure that their space was both comfortable and practical.

Lovely place. All amenities. Fantastic location to restaurants and pubs. Only criticism would be the third bedroom was too small for luggage of two adults.

We loved the location of Damien's unit, being right in the heart of beautiful Battery Point. The unit was functional, and had everything we needed. It was very handy being able to walk everywhere.

Vi havde en dejlig overnatning i James’ hyggelige lejlighed. Vi havde spurgt om tidligere indtjekning, men det var desværre ikke muligt. Derfor var det en dejlig overraskelse, da James skrev til os om morgenen og fortalte at det alligevel godt kunne lade sig gøre. Hyggeligt med en lille hilsen og en flaske vin, da vi ankom til lejligheden. Meget praktisk med parkeringspladsen kun 10 m fra lejligheden. Stille og roligt område, og man kunne følge kysten til Hobart efter 15 min gang.

This was a return stay for us. We loved the unit for its amenities (especially toddler extras like portacot and high chair), easy access to the unit, great host communication and perfect location - step out into Salamanca :).

Our stay was exactly as we thought it would be - but better. The accommodation was fresh and clean and welcoming. The beds were the most comfortable we have very slept in! We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit and breakfast supplies! The unit was so close to the amazing beach and local eateries yet we felt we were much further away as it was so quiet and peaceful. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place! The place had everything you could need, we especially enjoyed the multiple fruit trees around the property. The area was clean and tidy. The bed was a little creaky but was very warm during the cold taste nights. We would happily stay again as the location was awesome 😄

Great place for a weekend getaway. From booking to check in to check out Jacquie and the team were great and really responsive. The property was lovely and felt very homely. We also can’t recommend pigeon hole cafe round the corner highly enough, great coffee and some of the best food we ate on the whole trip!

Coralie and Costa are great hosts - the apartment was comfy and incredibly well stocked with food and goodies. They are very attuned to what visitors want (games and library too) and it was a pleasure to stay. Fabulous views too.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It was a fantastic location, walking distance to so much of Hobart’s CBD. We didn’t have any issues with noise from the hospital or helicopters landing and didn’t need the supplied earplugs. The kitchen had great amenities and we appreciated the Nespresso machine and the basics in the cupboard such as salt, oil, butter etc. The shower had excellent pressure and was fantastic. The king bed was also fantastic and extremely comfortable and the bedroom had very effective black out blinds. The check in process definitely would have been difficult if you were by yourself with a vehicle as there is limited parking nearby. However we had no issues and the parking space was great and very close to the apartment. We did find there was a lack of airflow through the apartment as there was no windows or screen doors. However after opening the large doors we did get a great breeze. Loved our stay here. It was everything we needed for a week in Hobart.
