Excellent location within walking distance from everything in the city. Very close to 2 Skybus stops so that was very convenient. Check out times are strict which is fair although I did try to request a later check out due to my flight being in the late afternoon but it wasn’t possible. I really appreciated the Dyson air purifier fan in one of the bedrooms on the middle floor, which seemed to be warmer than the other two rooms. Extremely fast replies from the host and the service team via a phone call whenever I needed assistance.

Enjoyed 4 nights at Michelle’s at the beginning of our Tassie holiday. Location was fabulous as we could walk everywhere in the city. Close to Pigeon whole bakers 😉 and a Woollies just up the road. Unit was spacious and very clean. A great experience for us.

Spacious and comfortable apartmen with all necessary amenities. Great location close to town. The host responded promptly and answered any questions. Enjoyed our stay.

The location was great and the apartment was exactly as described and perfect for the 5 of us. Also, the hosts were very proactive and responsive/helpful. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Hobart.

Great spot for a Hobart stay-over. Short walk to bakery and restaurants and Salamanca Market. No hesitation to stay there next time.

Lovely place. All amenities. Fantastic location to restaurants and pubs. Only criticism would be the third bedroom was too small for luggage of two adults.

We stayed at Maya’s home for 4 days. Beautiful big beds, lovely views from the backyard of Mt Wellington. The house was stunning & had everything there. It felt like a home. Maya was very responsive. We would definitely stay again & definitely recommend.

This is very nice place and suburb. 15-20 mins drive to Hobart city and Bruny Island ferry. Sleep very well here!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning holiday house in Sandy Bay and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding on the deck, the river view was breathtaking! It was the ideal place to disconnect and unwind. The house itself was immaculate, with every detail carefully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The private beach access was an absolute gem! Being able to step directly onto the beach whenever we wanted made the whole experience even more magical. Overall, this holiday house offered an exceptional blend of comfort, tranquility, and natural beauty. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with spectacular views. The house is stunning, very comfy and well located. Every thing works perfectly, zero stress staying there. And there is a coffee shop/ restaurant right in the corner, which was also very handy to have it so close.

The house was absolutely perfect as walking distance to the Calvert hospital. Also walking distance to Banjos Bakery and a cafe. Only 10 minute drive to a great strip of Restaurants on Elizabeth St and close to the city. Everything as shown in the pics and a very easy and flexible stay. Cheers

This was a return stay for us. We loved the unit for its amenities (especially toddler extras like portacot and high chair), easy access to the unit, great host communication and perfect location - step out into Salamanca :).

Vi havde en dejlig overnatning i James’ hyggelige lejlighed. Vi havde spurgt om tidligere indtjekning, men det var desværre ikke muligt. Derfor var det en dejlig overraskelse, da James skrev til os om morgenen og fortalte at det alligevel godt kunne lade sig gøre. Hyggeligt med en lille hilsen og en flaske vin, da vi ankom til lejligheden. Meget praktisk med parkeringspladsen kun 10 m fra lejligheden. Stille og roligt område, og man kunne følge kysten til Hobart efter 15 min gang.

We had a great time staying at Robert’s Condo. The location was great for walking everywhere. Close to good cafes and restaurants. Robert added some lovely unexpected little additions which made us feel right at home. Thank you! The condo itself is large and has modern amenities. We look forward to travelling back someday with our 1 year old son.

Our stay was exactly as we thought it would be - but better. The accommodation was fresh and clean and welcoming. The beds were the most comfortable we have very slept in! We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit and breakfast supplies! The unit was so close to the amazing beach and local eateries yet we felt we were much further away as it was so quiet and peaceful. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

Heidi's apartment is absolutely beautiful with outstanding views, including Mt Wellington, Sandy Bay, Wrest Point Casino, Hobart and the harbour. Heidi's willingness to make our stay effortless, yet providing that absolute WOW factor, turned our stay in Hobart from pleasant to one of the best Air BnB experiences ever. I would recommend Heidi's place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Hobart.

Very lovely accommodation within walking distance to city and a little further walk to dock area with fantastic restaurants. Lots of parking also around docks. Easy to access condo everything you need for a lovely stay. Great value for a lovely home. Only down side was no wifi which didn’t really bother us we hot spot from phone. Easy to get to site seeing spots. Overall a fantastic stay.

Great place for a weekend getaway. From booking to check in to check out Jacquie and the team were great and really responsive. The property was lovely and felt very homely. We also can’t recommend pigeon hole cafe round the corner highly enough, great coffee and some of the best food we ate on the whole trip!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Hobart. One of the major reasons was the place we stayed. First of all, the room was very clean and well decorated. Next, there were many available items and kitchenware. Also, there was a fireplace that came surprisingly handy when we got to roast marshmallows. The location is very close to many famous places in Hobart and the hosts were very friendly and recommended a local restaurant to us. The only problem was the steep and narrow driveway. But overall it was a very nice place to stay.
