We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lauren’s Airbnb near Hamilton Park in Jersey City! Lauren was incredibly friendly and communicative, ensuring that every detail was taken care of and that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our 1.5-year-old. The location is ideal—just a short distance from NYC, making it easy to get in the city or out to the NJ suburbs. Hamilton Park is right around the corner, which was perfect for a morning stroll with our little one. The unit itself is beautifully designed, with a modern, stylish aesthetic that still feels cozy and welcoming. The amenities in the building were fantastic—whether it was the kids playroom or the gym, it felt like a true home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough! Lauren’s thoughtfulness and the incredible location, combined with the beautiful space and top-notch amenities, made for a truly memorable stay while we were back for the holidays. We look forward to returning!

We really enjoyed our stay! They are great host. Great location in NJ esp if you are trying to get to the city. I would recommend learning the how the path train and the subway works from nyc to Hoboken.

Great location and stay

The people were super nice. We love the location. A lot of nice such as that I wasn’t expecting like a record player, decanter whiskey, glasses, etc..

We had such a wonderful time and the whole process was so smooth. Jannes was so wonderful and so responsive it felt like staying at a friends house! He was so helpful with everything, and responded so fast to all our questions. Next time I come to New York I’ll def stay here! Thank you so much Jannes!!!

The apartment was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable. Responsive hosts. The building is very nice. Excellent facilities including well-equipped gym and very clean throughout. Professional and friendly staff. The only shortcoming was wifi not working during our stay. This was not a big problem for us but might be if not resolved for the next guest. We notified Greystar on our 2nd day and they were responsive but unable to resolve the issue for whatever reason. I am sure they will resolve, but something to be aware of. Still, I would recommend.

“We had an amazing stay! The views were spectacular, and the place smelled wonderful. The building was very clean, and Jeff was quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was perfect—close to NYC with plenty of nearby options for breakfast and dinner within walking distance. It was also convenient for visiting family in the area. The only downside was the unexpected parking fees, which were not mentioned in the listing. Since we rented a car for family visits in Connecticut, it would have been helpful to know about the costs in advance. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our time here!”

King was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end! He went over and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! We stayed here for my boyfriend’s birthday in New York and it was a perfect trip! King Sven got my bf a birthday gift! I’ll never stay anywhere else in Newark. The place was beautiful! Looks just like the pictures! Thanks for everything I’m beyond satisfied! I was in NY for a week and didn’t fancy being in a hotel room for 7 nights. Wanted a bit of freedom to make toast/dinner and stretch out etc. Helen’s place did the job, and only four blocks from my office. Easy check-in but then a bit of a weird entry to the apartment but don’t be put off - it actually means you can’t hear the going ons in the hallway. Helen warned me about music from a restaurant and whilst I heard it I have to say it did not interfere with my stay at all. You won’t get better location/price equation in NY I would suggest. Thanks Helen worked perfectly for me.

This was our best stay on Airbnb! The condo felt more like a 5-star hotel than a typical rental. It was chic, modern and exceptionally well-designed. Watching the sunset over the river from the living room was truly breathtaking. The kitchen was fully equipped with top of the line appliances. Location was ideal with easy access to the some of the best restaurants, boutiques, NYC attractions and Central Park. 
What made our stay even more special was Alex’s hospitality. Her welcoming and friendly manner added a personal touch that made our visit truly exceptional. We had a great time and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality and fabulous home!

The cleanest listing I have ever stayed in! This Airbnb was beautiful, squeaky clean, and comfortable. Harris met us to personally check us in and had bottled water ready for our arrival. This listing was quiet, close to public transportation, and had all of the amenities we needed (body wash, shampoo, iron, etc). Every detail was thoughtful and intentional. Harris was extremely proactive during our stay and checked in on our needs to ensure we were having a wonderful stay. We 100% plan to book this listing again! We truly felt at home - thanks, Harris!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help. Fantastic place lots of room for my brother and I and our families including 3 small children. The place was super child friendly. There was plenty of floor space for pack-n-plays as well as my daughter’s blackout tent. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. The bathrooms were clean and great with toddlers. Our only unexpected surprise was the airport noise from planes taking off flying over. This caused minor issues during bedtime due to it continuing to distract the toddlers. But once they noise machines were on all was good. We would use the place again. Silvia was a fantastic host and we enjoyed making use of her home for a one night stay.

Our stay in Newark was great! The space accommodated my large family! The house was beautiful! The game room was amazing! The kids loved the many activities! The house was close to everything we needed! Thanks for again for hosting us!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Natalia's Residence. Everything looked exactly like the photos. There was MORE than enough space for my family. Any concerns we had were fixed immediately. Omar responds EXTREMELY fast. I did not have a hard time getting in contact with him at all. Very accommodating. I would %100 rent here again the next time visiting this area!

My Family and I spend Christmas day at Ayo home. It was nice, clean and spacious. Nice quiet area. Ayo was easy to reach and helpful. I would stay at his home again

We were absolutely delighted with this house. Lisa is an amazing host—always very attentive and with excellent communication. She is kind, cheerful, and that truly reflects in her home. Her house is simply beautiful, filled with wonderful details. There are all kinds of different mugs in the kitchen, collected from various places. Masks from all over the world. The house is colorful and full of life. The steam room and sauna worked perfectly. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place, and without a doubt, I’ll be coming back soon—because I won’t be choosing any other house
