We had an amazing stay, we hiked up behind the home and saw some beautiful waterfalls. The home was warm and inviting, and the hot tub was perfect!

So far, our stay at Elsa’s is the most memorable. My son and me enjoyed chatting with Elsa, being greeted by the dogs, then having this whole converted barn / turned living and kitchen space, to ourselves. Being on the farm was so peaceful and with wide open sky. We played cards, listened to great timeless Dylan, Stones, Floyd … music (on the Bluetooth stereo there). If only we had the Aurora that night would’ve been a 6 outa 5!!!

Julia ist eine tolle Vermieterin. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war super.Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sehr gemütlich, so dass man sich gleich wohl fühlen konnte. Die Lage der Wohnung war toll. Eingebettet in die Natur, ruhig und doch schnell von der Straße zu erreichen. Die große Terrasse und der wunderschöne Pool ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche war toll ausgestattet und es standen viele Lebensmittel zur Verfügung. Wir würden sofort dort wieder einkehren.

Absolutely fantastic stay - the perfect break from a lot of road-tripping. Kitchen is fully equipped and loved being able to properly cook for a couple of nights. Felt at home immediately. Definitely didn’t want to leave!

This place is magical! One of the best places I’ve stayed in Iceland and one of my favorite airbnbs of all time. The cabin is so cozy and comfortable and the views are glorious. You can tell how much care Francesca and Giacomo put into these cabins and making their guests comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed, the hot tub was fantastic and we totally loved the sweet little scavenger hunt. Had the pleasure of meeting Giacomo as he stopped by with some treats and to check in on us. This place is really special, we didn’t want to leave!

Miejsce w widokiem na fjord, z wszystkimi udogodnieniami w okolicy. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Serdecznie polecam.

Pretty nice stay for 5 people. We had a great time with the TV and the nice sofa bed.

Un super séjour, le logement est spacieux et très agréable avec sa terrasse extérieure donnant sur une petite rivière. Charmant ! 😊

這趟冰島，超棒回憶之一，就是住這間溫馨舒適的小屋了。 房東的熱情款待，讓人倍感溫馨。尤其那自製麵包，香氣撲鼻，口感鬆軟，至今仍回味無窮。小屋設備齊全，廚房用具一應俱全，淋浴設備完善，還有令人驚豔的室外溫泉！在冰島的夜晚，泡在暖呼呼的溫泉裡，仰望星空，人生一大享受。 小屋本身就是一道風景，獨立的空間，三個人入住綽綽有餘，精緻的佈置更增添了幾分雅致。房東家的狗狗也十分友善可愛，為旅程增添了不少樂趣。 總之，這是一次完美的住宿體驗，強烈推薦給所有來冰島旅行的朋友！

Nous avions les appartements 1 et 2. Les appartements communiquent donc idéal pour une famille jusqu’à 6 personnes. Je n’ai pas trouvé la machine à laver indiqué sur l’annonce, dommage.

Bergþóra's place is at a very picturesque location, well located to do a day trip around the East Fjords. We got quite late checking in, but were able to check in quite smoothly. Bergþóra was very helpful - she helped us out with some kitchen requirements as well. The place is okay for a small family (we were 3, with a toddler), but the common area could be a bit small for a larger group. We stayed here for two nights and had a lovely stay. Thank you Bergþóra!

Very cozy, far enough away from Egilsstadir to feel peaceful and quiet, but very close to be convenient. House had everything we needed!

Wonderful, cozy cabin in a beautiful area. Lovely view. The host is very helpful and responsive and we would happily stay here again!
