Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Apartment. Dieses gehört zu einem ziemlich großen Resort am Rande von Da Nang. Das Meer liegt ca. 200 Meter entfernt und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick vom Balkon auf die Anlage und das Meer. Nachdem trubelingen Wohnungen die wir vorher im Da Nang und Hanoi hatte diese eine wohltuende ruhigere Lage. Alles picobello sauber, super ausgestattet und sehr bequeme Betten! Auch vielen Dank an den Verwaltungsservice für den unkomplizierten Austausch.

위치가 너무 좋아요. 그랩기사 모두가 이곳을 알고있구요. 걸어서 비치에 나갈수 있고, 숙소 뒤쪽으로는 먹거리며 각종 샵들이 가득해요. 다음에 또 오고싶어요. 특히 배려 가득하고 따뜻한 호스트에게 감사드립니다.

We had an excellent stay at Đông and Chau’s apartment. The block was secure and quiet. The space was clean and well-maintained, everything worked properly, nothing was broken. The kitchen suited our needs and the work spaces were suitable for two people. The proximity to the beach was a real treat and really made our stay special! Taxis could easily find our apartment, and we were very close to convenience stores, restaurants, hawker stalls and bars. One improvement could be to add a microwave to the apartment. We cooked at home a lot (the induction stove was great) but we couldn't warm up leftovers. Đông and Chau were very responsive and kind, and even gave us advice on where to go and what to do during Tết. There were zero communication issues. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Da Nang! Just a note: there are some karaoke bars nearby, and sometimes they sing late into the night, so bring earplugs for those times.

Had a perfect 2-day stay at Hien’s place. The place is spacious, clean, walkable and has everything you’d need for a stay. Everything in the apartment is high-quality, from the bed and mattress to the sofa and the shampoos/ conditioners and towels. Heck I could even see myself living at her place for a long time. Highly recommend Hien’s place!

The view of Kristine’s place was absolutely beautiful. The surprise of having the apt cleaned daily kept the apt clean and nice. We were so appreciative of it. The apt is a little off the main area of my khe but we loved the location because it was quieter and we got the full view of the beach. Kristine is also responsive and communicative

+ very good locations with lots of shops, cafe + supportive and helpful owner and stuff +seaview +cleaning twice per week included + has 2 separate bathrooms and bedrooms - can be noisy because of traffic and sea, i guess it effects all building on the street that is close to the sea - we were not lucky with weather during our stay, so air felt humid and moldy. Problem was solved during cleaning, I suppose stuff had some cleaning solution against mold. I didn't see mold itself but it felt in the air. In sunny days and after cleaning it was much better. And again this probably happens to all apartments in the area.

Nice stay. It's far from the centre of the city that has pros and cons

A group of 6 adults + 1 child enjoyed this place throughout our stay there for 4 nights. Its very spacious for the number of pax we have. Dinning table was large enough to accommodate all of us. We have 2 birthdays celebrations this trip and the host was kind and thoughtful enough to decorate the dining area and gave us 2 surprises for each of us. Thank you host for the hospitality! Airport transfer was provided and as we have 3 different groups arriving on the same day at different timings, checking in was a breeze for all 3 groups. House is clean and we appreciate the daily housekeeping and laundry services. Amenities was great as the house has both swimming pool and pool table! The only child in this trip was thoroughly entertained wiyh the pool table that she hardly watch any TV! Its a stone throw to the beach and seafood restaurants yet at a quieter corner of the street. There is a minimart down a street, good massage parlor across and a few coffee place around.

Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, einige Tage in dieser wunderschön gestalteten Villa zu verbringen, und unser Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Lage ist perfekt: Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, und dennoch nur eine kurze, etwa 10-minütige Autofahrt nach Hoi An. Ein besonderes Highlight war der tägliche Frühstücksservice. Das Team war unglaublich aufmerksam und erfüllte alle unsere Wünsche – von lokalen Spezialitäten bis hin zu individuellen Vorlieben. Auch der Shuttleservice von und zum Flughafen war hervorragend organisiert und verlief völlig reibungslos. Vielen Dank an das Team!

Very pleasant stay, everything was as advertised and hoped. Hien was very helpful and friendly.

Our family of 6, Grandparents, our son and his family with 3 children under 7 years old stayed here at the end of our Vietnam/Laos adventure. It was absolutely perfect for us! Hanh was so helpful and flexible. The home is really beautiful and owners have thought of so many extras to make you feel right at home. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the beach that is just steps away. It’s a quiet, peaceful, extremely friendly and safe area. Be sure and rent bicycles…we rode all over the area and so much fun and felt so safe. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you Hanh! Thank you Hoi An!

Świetne miejsce położone bardzo blisko plaży, wiele lokali dookoła. Do miasta też blisko. Było bardzo czysto i duży plus za baniak z wodą mineralną do picia.

Leo was a fantastic host! Very easy to communicate with and was very helpful throughout our stay. The place is in a perfect location, very close to the beach and the main road with lots of restaurant options. Would definitely recommend staying!

Beautiful home. We had a great stay here. Convenient location with many walkable options. Our hosts, Brian, was very friendly and responsive.

My daughter and I stayed one week and I wish we could have stayed longer. Huong recommended various things to see and do and organised a lot of it for us also. Kim Anhs breakfast each morning was fantastic, we stuck with Vietnamese breakfasts the whole stay. When we needed a doctor Huong was also there to help us. The most special touch that we were tototally blown away by was the birthday cake Huong had organised as we had both just celebrated our birthdays a week or so prior. Would go back in a heartbeat. Die Unterkunft war super eingerichtet, vor allem sauber und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Der Pool war schön, jedoch zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten sehr gut besucht, dadurch auch sehr laut. Sofern es ein Problem gab habe ich sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Zum erreichen von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten braucht man ein Grab. Sofern das jemanden nicht stört ist die ruhig gelegene Unterkunft wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Had a great stay. Well located, less than a block from the beach. Plenty of restaurants with delicious, affordable food. Safe neighborhood. Kind, attentive host. Would stay here again!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

The location is wonderful and the hosts are very flexible and responsive!

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

Duc was very friendly and accomodating. We booked a bit last second but he was still very responsive and made sure that we we’re comfortable and settled in. The place was clean and spacious with the master bed room having a huge a bathroom that was very clean. The kitchen was nice and the dry cleaner and washing machine came in very handy for us too. Overall this place is amazing and would highly recommend booking with Duc and staying here at altars suite da nang.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was nice with a spectacular view, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is not located in the touristy area so we got a real feel for the Vietnamese culture. The people in the area were so welcoming to us. We walked all around and found all kinds of interesting things. It is about an hour walk to the centre of town but you can walk along the seafront all the way and it’s beautiful (or take an inexpensive Grab ride.) Or you can walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes and rent a chair and enjoy the quiet atmosphere. Zoe is the best host! She helped us out many times and she was always available any time we reached out. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you want to immerse yourself in the community and really see what daily life is like in Danang for the locals.
