Wir hatten das große Vergnügen, einige Tage in dieser wunderschön gestalteten Villa zu verbringen, und unser Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Lage ist perfekt: Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt, und dennoch nur eine kurze, etwa 10-minütige Autofahrt nach Hoi An. Ein besonderes Highlight war der tägliche Frühstücksservice. Das Team war unglaublich aufmerksam und erfüllte alle unsere Wünsche – von lokalen Spezialitäten bis hin zu individuellen Vorlieben. Auch der Shuttleservice von und zum Flughafen war hervorragend organisiert und verlief völlig reibungslos. Vielen Dank an das Team!

Had the most lovely stay here! the villa was so cool and the pool was perfect! the breakfast included was absolutely delicious and there were so many options! host was very accommodating and offered a clean throughout our stay! she is really very kind and made the experience so lovely! it feels lovely and secluded whilst being a perfect distance from the old town! highly highly recommended such good value for money 🌞

Prachtige villa. Het heeft een bijzondere bouw. Het is groot met een mooi zwembad. De villa is zeer rustig gelegen. Je hebt wel vervoer nodig om ergens te komen. Het centrum is 15 minuten met een Grab. Het is op loopafstand van het strand dus met mooi weer is dit een geweldige locatie. Zo kan je rust en drukte met elkaar afwisselen. De villa is zeer schoon en de schoonmaaksters zijn erg aardig. En de hosts zijn fantastisch. Zulke vriendelijke mensen. Reageren snel, geven veel tips en regelen alles voor je. Wij raden deze villa dan ook absoluut aan.

We loved our stay. Thank you so much. The pool was so clean and even though it was cold, we managed a lovely morning swim. The location was nice. Away from the hustle of old town but still lovely places to explore all around. The bikes were in good condition and we loved being able to bike everywhere. Thanks

We had a great stay at Life Of! We celebrated my birthday and Tet here and the location couldn’t be better for a long weekend on the beach - we even extended our stay by another night. Such good value for money!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Apartment. Dieses gehört zu einem ziemlich großen Resort am Rande von Da Nang. Das Meer liegt ca. 200 Meter entfernt und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick vom Balkon auf die Anlage und das Meer. Nachdem trubelingen Wohnungen die wir vorher im Da Nang und Hanoi hatte diese eine wohltuende ruhigere Lage. Alles picobello sauber, super ausgestattet und sehr bequeme Betten! Auch vielen Dank an den Verwaltungsservice für den unkomplizierten Austausch.

Thao and Eddy we so kind and welcoming. Anything you need, they are on it. Thao showed me around the area the first day so I was familiar with where to get local produce. As I was there for a week, Eddy arranged for me to get an electric scooter. It was just so nice to be hosted by such lovely people. As with all the other reviews, this place is ideal. The apartment is large, comfortable and well equipped. While I didn’t try out the pool, it looked inviting for on a nice hot day. As its a little ways out of Hoi An or An Bang beach, which is a positive attribute, your own transportation is ideal, however Grab is relatively inexpensive to easy to arrange. This is by far one of the best accommodations I have stayed in. There were no surprises, only good ones. I would not hesitate to stay again, in fact have already made plans to do so.

This is probably the most difficult and easiest 5 star rating i can give It is the most difficult 5 star because I 100% want to gatekeep this place. The ambience and privacy of the neighbourhood is already excellent, but the room and its amenities is simply worth every penny, and exactly as depicted in the photos. The only things to take note of are the lack of lifts, and you will have to climb 3 flights of stairs so dont carry heavy luggages; and there is drinking water provided but its hidden out of sight above the sink. TL;DR, Love love love this place, many stairs

The apartment is small but I felt comfortable during my stay. The area is quite busy with a large local open market across the street. Next door and close by there are other minimarkets so shopping for groceries is quite convenient. The beach area is a short 10 minute walk. Carol is a great host; always proactive and responsive to make sure you are taken care of. Overall I had a nice experience and would recommend.

Had a perfect 2-day stay at Hien’s place. The place is spacious, clean, walkable and has everything you’d need for a stay. Everything in the apartment is high-quality, from the bed and mattress to the sofa and the shampoos/ conditioners and towels. Heck I could even see myself living at her place for a long time. Highly recommend Hien’s place!

We appreciated the serviced building aspect of this apartment, providing a secure and convenient experience with friendly front desk staff and luggage assistance. The apartment was spotless and well-organized, with thoughtful touches like extra towels and water. The decor gave it a pleasant, hotel-style ambiance. Quyen, our host, was exceptionally helpful and responsive, offering early luggage drop-off and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location is ideal for exploring, with the beaches, numerous dining and shopping options within walking distance and easy taxi access to attractions. Just a heads up, there's an unfinished building next door, so the view isn't perfect. Overall, it's a great stay.

Qui was a great Host. Very proactive and always responded very quickly to any questions. The condo is very nice, right across from the ocean and easily walkable to many restaurants in the area. My wife and I would definitely stay here on our next trip to Da Nang.

Green Tea Villa was highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Sen and her helpers took care of our needs and our room was palatial and overlooks the lovely infinity pool, which I love swimming in. Breakfast was a la carte and many great choices. Easy walk 1 km to old town or borrow bikes for free to explore. I would go back anytime!

Very responsive to needs. Love how breakfast is included. Very close to the main action but without any late night noise to keep you up. Good fast laundry facilities. Overall we had a lovely stay.

If you are lucky (no pun intended) enough to stumble across Lucky’s Homestay with Tân and Peter, and it happens to be the rare off chance that there is room availability for the dates you are looking at, then booking with them is an absolute no brainer. You will not find a more genuine and accommodating host in Tân - he will go the extra TWO miles for you. From food recommendations (he and Peter personally go out to places to try the local food to determine the quality as well as value for your money - avoiding big name restaurants that will charge higher prices) to tour recommendations (both mainstream ones as well as ones that are more quiet), the value you will get from staying here will be much more than what you pay. Our only regret is not knowing how nice of a stay this would be and that we already had our itineraries planned out - leaving us with only two nights here. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely be back to visit.

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! Perfect for a big group. Had bottled water delivered everyday to the house, which was wonderful. The host was attentive and house was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay!

Chủ nhà còn chu đáo chuẩn bị sẵn xe đạp miễn phí, giúp việc khám phá Hội An trở nên thú vị hơn rất nhiều. Đạp xe qua những con đường nhỏ hay ngắm dòng sông Hoài thật sự là một trải nghiệm khó quên! Chủ nhà rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần. Đây là một nơi tuyệt vời để tận hưởng không khí yên bình của Hội An. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại nếu có cơ hội và rất khuyến khích mọi người nên chọn nơi này khi đến Hội An!

Nice location near the rice fields. Lots of options for the breakfast and wine. Especially we like the cuisine offer in the house. The kids really like the house. The manager HOA is nice and offer good suggestions and help us book the local restaurants. The pick up service is professional. Really recommend to stay here for the holiday in Hoi An.

Nhi is very kind, helpful and can give you a lot of good tips for Hoi An and the surroundings. We enjoyed our stay very much in this beautiful and clean homestay. We highly recommend to stay here.

Un de mes meilleurs hôtels depuis mes 5 premiers mois en Asie du Sud-Est! Un excellent rapport qualité-prix, une chambre et un lit très confortables, une piscine de rooftop très agréable, un petit-déjeuner varié, une équipe professionnelle et attentionnée, une localisation parfaite pour des restaurants variés et locaux et, finalement, à quelques pas d’une très belle plage avec buvettes de bord de mer et DJ! Je vous recommande l’hôtel sans hésitation! Bel accueil du personnel!
