Eine unglaublich schöne Wohnung ganz oben im 11. Stock mit einem fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Es gibt dort oben keine Mücken und man kann mit offener Balkontür schlafen, schon alleine das ist ja in Vietnam eher selten. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt, mit zwei großen Pools, die sehr erfrischend sind. Am Strand gibt es kostenlose Liegen und im Garten noch einige mehr gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen. In der Nähe kann man auch günstig Roller mieten, um dann die Strände und die bezaubernde Stadt zu erkunden. Harley ist als Gastgeberin sehr sehr herzlich und bemüht, damit sich der Gast wohl fühlt. Sie hat immer ganz schnell geantwortet, wenn ich etwas gefragt hatte und hat mir einige gute Tips gegeben, was in Hoi An zur Zeit los ist. Ich komme sicher wieder und kann die kleine Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Huy's apartment is modern and in a perfect location. Apartment is just like the photos. The lovely Hannah greeted us in the lobby making check in smooth and seamless which was much appreciated after a long flight. Hannah was very responsive providing local suggestions and attending to plumbing issues we had promptly attending to resolve it. I can't fault anything about our stay and already look forward to returning in the near future. I highly recommend. Thank you Huy and Hannah for a memorable stay

Great stay close to the beach. apartments are full of tourist great place to meet people and the owners are welcoming and nice.

Kristine was an amazing host! She was very helpful and responsive. This was the nicest AirBnB we've stayed in, especially for the price. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full size bathtub plus a dedicated shower in the master bath was a real treat. The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom was dark at night. WiFi was fast at 390mbs down / 320mbs upload. Kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked most of our meals. It's close to the DT Market and Moonmilk for groceries. You can walk either way along the beach to enjoy the boardwalks. The unit smells a little musty. The AC probably needs to be cleaned. The view of the abandoned Holiday Inn construction site is a bit disappointing, but it's not the first time we've had a view of an abandoned building in SE Asia. They're everywhere. This place would probably be a lot more expensive otherwise. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect spot for a one month stay. It is on a quiet street, away from the hustle of Hoi An which I appreciated; however, folks who are looking for easier access to restaurants with Western-style food might not appreciate the 20-30 minute walk for this. If you are into Vietnamese food, options are nearby and plentiful. Likewise, there is an abundance of coffee shops in the area. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the market for fresh produce if you want to prepare your own food. I look at this as opportunities for exercise. Since the kitchen is shared by nine different apartment dwellers, it is probably not a surprise that some folks are cleaner and tidier than others. An excellent feature of this stay is that Nam is very fast about responding to messages. For instance, the hot water kettle broke while I was there and he replaced it the same day it was reported. There also needed to be a minor repair in my apartment and the handyman was sent right over. Thank you!

사진보다 실제로 가니 더 넓어보이고 좋았어요. 하우스 키핑 해주시는 분도 최대한 배려해서 아침 10시나 11시쯤에 벨 눌러주시구요. 위치도 한시장까지 걸어서 약 7분 정도니 다음에 또 다낭에 가면 묵고 싶을 정도입니다.

Our family of 6, Grandparents, our son and his family with 3 children under 7 years old stayed here at the end of our Vietnam/Laos adventure. It was absolutely perfect for us! Hanh was so helpful and flexible. The home is really beautiful and owners have thought of so many extras to make you feel right at home. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all loved the beach that is just steps away. It’s a quiet, peaceful, extremely friendly and safe area. Be sure and rent bicycles…we rode all over the area and so much fun and felt so safe. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you Hanh! Thank you Hoi An!

Beautiful home. We had a great stay here. Convenient location with many walkable options. Our hosts, Brian, was very friendly and responsive.

Prachtige villa. Het heeft een bijzondere bouw. Het is groot met een mooi zwembad. De villa is zeer rustig gelegen. Je hebt wel vervoer nodig om ergens te komen. Het centrum is 15 minuten met een Grab. Het is op loopafstand van het strand dus met mooi weer is dit een geweldige locatie. Zo kan je rust en drukte met elkaar afwisselen. De villa is zeer schoon en de schoonmaaksters zijn erg aardig. En de hosts zijn fantastisch. Zulke vriendelijke mensen. Reageren snel, geven veel tips en regelen alles voor je. Wij raden deze villa dan ook absoluut aan.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison qui est décorée avec goût. La propreté est irréprochable, on se sent bien à l’intérieur. Très facile d’accès et a proximité des attractions. Très bon accueil et à l’écoute de nos demandes. Je recommande fortement ce logement si vous êtes de passage à Hoi An, vous ne serez pas déçu !

We have been to Hoi An many times over the years and Hieu’s place was one of the best we stayed at. It’s off the main road bit still only a short walk away from the beach and restaurants. Hieu was a great and friendly host who will explain everything around the house. We would definitely come back.

Huy is a great host and very accommodating. He is very quick to action your request to make your stay here even better. The place is nice and we also enjoyed the pool on warm days. The Danang beach is only a 5 min walk. There are restaurants, massage, hair salons, mini marts and markets all within walking distance to here. If you love to walk and explore it’s amazing how many great restaurants there are. We loved this place and extended till the end of our trip. Totally would recommend!!

Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

Ngoc’s apartment was in the perfect location in the city. You can see the dragon bridge from just outside the hotel. This location makes it easy to walk to anywhere in the city. Ngoc was responsive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location.

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

Great location with lots of restaurants downstairs. There’s also a toddler friendly play area downstairs. Place was very clean and had nice views of the river/bridge. Tran is such a friendly host and was so helpful and responsive in recommending restaurants and activities to do. Highly recommend!

Einfach alles Top. Besser als jedes Hotel.

Duc was very friendly and accomodating. We booked a bit last second but he was still very responsive and made sure that we we’re comfortable and settled in. The place was clean and spacious with the master bed room having a huge a bathroom that was very clean. The kitchen was nice and the dry cleaner and washing machine came in very handy for us too. Overall this place is amazing and would highly recommend booking with Duc and staying here at altars suite da nang.

Very nice and responsive host who tried to be flexible and allowed us to do early check-in and late check-out. The location is great and the ocean views are beautiful for both bedrooms. All the rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely recommend.
