We love this house in the woods! The sunsets were epic and the moonlight through the trees was gorgeous every night! The kitchen as well fitted out and it’s nice and laid out. Kids loved the funky beds in the hallway

Fantastic stay at the barn. Liz and Rob were warm, welcoming, and gave some great recommendations about the local area. The barn and its surroundings are lovely, all in all making for a busy but very relaxing break. Very easy river access for walks, bikes, and any watercraft you might take. The kids loved being near and around the animals too

Fantastic cottage and was a perfect base for us being away with a young family. It was like a home from home and has everything you could possibly need. Tracey gave very clear instructions so had no problems finding it and getting in. She'd left a few little treats for our arrival which was a lovely touch and the beds were so comfortable!! The area is super peaceful, would definitely stay again!

PERFECTION! The best Air BNB we have ever stayed at, exceptional. If you're looking for a country break like you've never had before then stop scrolling and just book it! A perfect countryside retreat with a modern, personalised and exclusive twist. The way Phil & Gil have designed their accommodation for guests is nothing short of outstanding. Philip & Gil (& the animal clan) are exceptional hosts, Gil is always on hand to see if you need anything or just providing helpful recommendations of places to see & visit. When we arrived we were welcomed with champagne in their beautiful gardens and even had cakes and macaroons in our home for us on arrival which really sets the tone. You're provided with a basket of goodies to feed their animals including a Horse, Donkeys, Goats and the chickens (our favourite was called Beyonce lol ) Throughout our stay we were even provided with freshly laid eggs. The Afternoon Tea was 10/10 you must give it a go! We can't wait to go back again!

Lovely quiet and clean stay with everything we needed including milk and freshly ground coffee. The room was very clean and warm and Val was great with communication. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area and value peace and privacy for a night away.

I couldn't recommend this highly enough. The barn was easy to find and check-in was quick and simple. I had high expectations from the pictures but it's even more impressive in person, the barn is beautiful, inviting and has every possible thing you could want/need. The location is perfect, its rural and peaceful yet close enough to various shops etc. which makes it nice and convenient if you need to nip out to get something. The hot tub is lovely although can occasionally be slightly tricky to get to your desired temperature, its certainly not a big issue but something to be mindful of as you'll want to keep an eye on it as get it prepared. Helen was great, the hamper that was provided was lovely and a really nice finishing touch on everything. She also kindly let us check-in/checkout an hour earlier/later which was appreciated. All in all me and my partner had a blast, this place is excellent.

Booked just the day before arrival for an impromptu treat for myself and daughter and 3 lurchers. Amanda is so very welcoming of people and dogs ( 3 treats left out for the dogs in addition to a whole treat jar, dog towels and blankets) . The hut and outdoor space ( privately fenced to seperate you from sheep and horse) are just beautifully organised and decorated with everything you could possibly need , just bring your dog beds and bowls. Stayed in early April and we braved a BBQ made possible with the gas fire pit. The hut was so cosy we sadly didn't feel the need to light the hobbit log burner nor use the luxurious dressing gowns provided. The bed was comfortable and very warm despite awaking to a frost this morning. Everything you could wish for is provided including a wonderful welcome hamper ( loved the hot chocolate and fresh eggs). The space may be compact but is perfect. Also enjoyed trip to Holkham Beach, Brancaster and Hunstanton. Amanda warm, welcoming and helpful.
