This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

We had a great stay at Edward's place. We were a large family group meeting up for New years. The house has lots of character, and is set in beautiful surroundings. The only things I would say that could do with improving would be using one of the rooms as a social space as the kitchen isn't big enough for cooking. eating and socialising. Also, some of the matresses weren't as comfortable as I would hope for which didn't make for a great night's sleep. But overall, it's a lovely house and the host is very welcoming and reaponsive. I would definitely recommend this place for others to stay in.

Friendly staff, beautiful place to stay and local shops nearby

We had a great stay! There was an issue with the plumbing and the hosts were very responsive and had it fixed the same afternoon. There was also a lot of snow during our stay and the hosts were kind enough to be flexible with our check-out time. The house was very cosy (including a Christmas tree for the duration of our stay!) and the hosts were very responsive and friendly, would certainly stay here again!

Loved staying here, great for kids and my two daughters particularly loved the animals, especially the cats! Emma was a great host and I would recommend ordering the hamper - was amazing. The cottage was clean and cosy and the views out of the window were incredible

Amazing Stay at the Apartment with Jacuzzi! I had an unforgettable stay at this incredible apartment with a Jacuzzi. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and spacious design. The highlight, of course, was the luxurious Jacuzzi – perfect for unwinding after a long day. It was impeccably clean, and the water temperature was just right, creating a relaxing oasis. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was ideal, close to everything I needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to indulge in a relaxing, rejuvenating experience!

Beautiful place to stay! Perfect location, nice and private and easy to find. Easy to get to York and Harrogate with local recommendations provided. The cottage was pristine with a lovely kitchen, sitting area and garden. Hot tub was perfect with robes, plastic glasses and spare towels provided.

Lovely place, cheap taxi to picturedrome probably could walk if it wasn’t rainy. Great host. Great overall

This is our second time at Avril’s place. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The Christmas decorations were an added bonus. Thanks again Avril for a lovely stay.

Great accommodation and host

We had a lovely weekend at Swallows Nest, the property is really spacious and set on 3 levels. My eldest son joined us from Manchester and we were able to watch the moon raking festival which was really pretty and great fun. Thanks for a lovely time, would really recommend

A welcoming and lovely place to stay. Christina and Johnny were very accommodating and friendly, the small touches like having a play mat for our baby was lovely. The house was well stocked with baby books, toys, and the kitchen had everything we needed. A bonus to visit the animals in the back garden too!

Cabb is a lovely, friendly host and we all had a very relaxed time. Instructions were good and timely. The house was welcoming and warm to return to in the evening after a walk around Ilklley and the moors. Highly recommended.

I just stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Irene's place really is a home away from home! communication was excellent prior to my arrival, and the house was perfectly located for a few events I had in the city centre and surrounding areas of Bradford. I was able to park outside the house, and with lots of driving around this was really important. The house is very welcoming and warm, comfortably furnished including super comfy beds and pillows! great WiFi, shops and everything you need close by. I really couldn't have asked for a better stay or a better host, and I will look to book again next time I'm in town! thank you for everything Irene ☺️

Lovely location, and great amenities / facilities. Lovely outside space with great views at the front and nice peaceful garden / patio at the back. Great communal space and lovely bedrooms. Sue's instructions on getting there very useful as Holmfirth very hilly and her guidance on roads and parking great!! Overall would highly recommend Sues place to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

I spent a great four nights at the cottage. In fact, I spent more time in the cottage than expected as I picked up a cold just before arriving and was fully house-bound for two of the full three days I had in Holmfirth. The cottage was both very cozy but also quite spacious - when on the mend those couple of days I really appreciated having that ample room to keep away the cabin fever. And I really appreciated the Netflix! lol The property is wonderfully located in a very quiet and pleasant area yet only a kilometer or so walk into town. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom had ample hot water and water pressure and the bedroom as quiet with great blackout curtains and a very comfy bed. The cottage was just the right temperature for me, clean, decorated with personal touches and cheerfully bright. Sarah provided very helpful information and was quick to respond to any questions I had and to proactively provide other helpful information, too. I hope I can stay here again soon.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful part of the world. Sally couldn’t have been more helpful, lovely little things like having Yorkshire tea, Earl Grey tea and ground coffee provided, and popped a bottle in the fridge for us! Really responsive, offered loads of help - including when our youngest spiked a temperature, made sure we had all we needed in a quick, thoughtful message. We didn’t need any of the offered assistance but it was great to know it was available. Super cottage, amazing countryside. Easy to find but I know the area. Couldn’t recommend the cottage or Sally’s hosting highly enough.

My wife and I are active retired teachers. We stayed with our adult son. Natalie's house is perfectly located for visiting Otley and, as a bonus for me, it is beside the river where I could look out for birds and otters. The area was very quiet. The rooms were in good order and worked well for us. Natalie had given a lot of thought to what her guests might need during their stay and had included a very nice welcome pack (including, milk, Juice, tea, coffee and biscuits). I definitely recommend Natalie's house.

A lovely stay at Jean’s house visiting family. It is in such a convenient location, an easy walk to the station and the beautiful Yorkshire Dales are a short drive. Saltaire Mill is a must to visit. The house is spotless and has everything you need - Jean is super quick to respond to any questions. Thank you.
