Our group of 4 began planning this trip in the spring of 2020. The covid bug reared it's ugly head and we postponed until Oct, 2020, thinking " By Oct. it will all be blown over! Well...4 years later...there we were! FINALLY! It was well worth the wait! I cannot say enough about the beauty, comfort,tranquility and ....location, location, location! The home was perfect for two couples. Very comfortable! Beautiful views from the deck! We found something new to do every day! I'd go back tomorrow and I'm sure we'd find more fun things to do! Beaver Lake is amazing and we regretted that the Marina was closed for the season so we didn't get out on this huge lake! Thanks to Jon, our host, for being "available", patient and flexible! Thanks to the people of North West Arkansas for being so friendly, fun and welcoming!! Altogether? A perfect week! ( Except it was too short)

This place is awesome there are neighbors right next door, but other than that the place is pretty private feeling. It was easy to find and there’s plenty to do downtown which is not far away.

What a great place to stay for our family! We enjoyed the clean, comfy space. It’s so close to town and all of the fun coffee shops, restaurants, and activities, yet feels more secluded with mature trees surrounding the house. The hot tub was an added bonus!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb in Bella Vista, and it exceeded all my expectations. The home is beautifully maintained and situated in a serene, picturesque neighborhood. It’s the perfect escape if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. The interior was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable—I had the best night's sleep! From the welcoming touches to the quick and friendly communication from the host, every aspect was seamless. It’s clear the hosts truly care about their guests' experience. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby trails, lakes, and all the charm Bella Vista has to offer. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It was decorated beautifully and so cozy. Desiree was very responsive. We needed to change our dates due to weather and Desiree was very accommodating.

This place was amazing, very comfortable and private, and very clean.

We had fierce storms for the first part of our stay and that also gave a different feel to the beautiful lake view that we would have missed with perfect weather. A bonus for us :) We cooked the whole time and the spacial kitchen was amazing. Just wonderful. If you have anyone that has issues with stair climbing this would be an concern. When you enter, the master bedroom, (which was awesome with an amazing view) is on that floor. From there, you have to climb up to the floor with the kitchen, living room and more awesome views or climb down to the game room floor which was also wonderful. I'm sure not an issue for most, but if you have elderly or physically challenged guests, it might be. Over all it was restful and we were so happy to have the opportunity to stay at Jennifer's beautiful house. Thank you!

Really nice home. High ceilings in the living area, light and airy. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils etc. for cooking. We slept 12 comfortably, and even though there are only 2.5 bathrooms, the overall layout makes it work with that many people. The half-bath is off the kitchen rather than the bedrooms so that works really well. There are four bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, and the main bedroom with a big bathroom downstairs. The bathroom downstairs is easily accessible to the main bedroom, as well as for people staying upstairs who can simply come straight downstairs and turn left into it. The toilet has its own door, so you can still use the sink if someone is using it. Nice big backyard, complete with a hammock or two, really big garage, plenty of outside parking as well. Nice neighborhood. Honestly everything about the listing, and our stay there, was very positive. Thank you Patrick.

This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Bentonville! Downtown and the trailheads were almost out our door!

We stayed almost 2 months while moving and were very happy with the experience. The house was very clean and well stocked. Hector and his team communicated well. We feel like we got great value here compared to other similar homes in the NWA area. We'd be happy to stay again should the need ever arise.

Our party of 8 was very comfortable in this spacious home. There was plenty of comfortable seating, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were good. The weather wasn’t great during our stay, so we didn’t get to enjoy the decks and views like we had hoped. Hopefully next time, we will. The one thing we were not prepared for was the parking situation and extreme slope of the driveway. It’s not a big deal but we might have had more of our crew carpool if we had known. All in all, it was one of the best homes we have rented for our group. Thanks for a great weekend!

Upon entering Shaman's home, my teenage son was ready to give it 5 stars. That tells you everything you need to know because teenagers are VERY hard to impress. ;0) The house is stunning and so serene. There are so many cool decorative details in each room and morning coffee on the back deck was very peaceful. You absolutely feel connected to nature with all of the large windows in many of the rooms. The bathtub/shower setup in the master bathroom was so unique. I loved having a long soak after a day shopping and sightseeing in Eureka Springs. Shaman was very responsive when we had questions. If we're ever in the Eureka Springs area again, we'll definitely plan to stay at this property.

Tiffany and Doyle’s place was amazing! The location could not have been more perfect. So close to all the trails and to downtown. The house itself was also perfect. Our kids loved playing outside on the playhouse and the adults enjoyed lounging on the deck. The house was spacious and allowed us to make and enjoy meals. Overall, we could not have picked a better spot to spend spring break as a family. And the cherry on top of an already exceptional stay was when we realized we forgot our son’s watch after checkout - they so kindly retrieved and mailed it to us. Topnotch hospitality!

Very pleased with our stay. Plenty of room. Nice fenced in yard for the dogs to play while we sat out back. Convenient as only 15 minutes into town. The house was clean and very well stocked with towels, linens, plates, cups, etc. Would happily stay there again. Being snowed in there would be a cozy dream.

This place is a slice of heaven! Beautiful and private, we had a great time doing a whole lot of nothing! But it is close to lots of stuff if that is more your style. We took advantage of all the outdoor and indoor spaces and lived the hot tub! Thanks for the great stay!

Our stay at the Little White House hosted by Terry & Olga has been perfect. A comfortable and beautiful space and located very well for our purposes. Our dogs love to run the property and Terry & Olga have been outstanding hosts. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

We had a fantastic time at Christine’s Main House. It was an easy walk to downtown. It had plenty of space for everyone. It was super clean! And the hot tub was a perfect ending to the day of walking!! You MUST stay here when staying in Eureka Springs. You won’t be disappointed!!!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was exactly as described. We had plenty of towels. The linens were nice. There were plenty of pillows. There were even items for the younger children including a pack n play, high chair and cups with lids. Amber was responsive to all questions. Our whole family was pleased, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful low-stress weekend.

The house was so easy to find and to get into. Jadah was responsive and helpful! Definitely a place I would stay in again!
