We had an amazing stay! The hospitality was outstanding, and we felt truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect – right by the sea, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere, though having a car was essential to get around. Kristina was fantastic, always available with helpful tips and tricks to make our stay even better. The cozy fireplace was the highlight of our evenings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return someday!

It is difficult to find accommodations for our family of 6 adults who are tall. We had everything we needed at Kate's place! We had plenty of beds, large enough dining table, and a living area to hang out. We enjoyed the space inside as well as outside on the terrace. We cooked family meals in the well equipped kitchen. The bus stop is literally steps away from the apartment, and it was easy to get around the city. Kate and Cheryl sent us clear and helpful messages, and the welcome book in the apartment was great. I could not recommend this place more, and we have already told Kate we want to come back!

We absolutely loved staying at this Airbnb! The location is unbelievable, right in the center of everything , we couldn’t believe how lucky we were to stay here. We walked everywhere and the metro stop is also very close by. The apartment is beautiful, and has lots of space with a very comfortable living room. The heated floor in the bathroom was a big hit with my family and the shower was very nice. The apartment had everything we needed!

Jag bodde i en egen del av huset hemma hos Eva, med eget kök och badrum samt stort sovrum. Mysigt och trevligt! Jag bodde där en tidig vår men det finns också möjlighet till utevistelse i trädgården vid varmare väder. Eva är en mycket vänlig och trevlig värdinna som ser till att det man behöver finns på plats. Jag kommer mycket gärna tillbaka under den varma sommartiden, då boendet ligger på gångavstånd till stranden och som sagt, möjlighet till exempelvis frukost i trädgården.

This one is a hidden gem. amazing apartment in a very quiet district of malmö. But you will find anything you need, great food, nice bars and very close to the beach. With the bike it‘s very easy to get to the city center in about 10 minutes. In the apartment itself, there is everything you need, great entertainment system a cozy living room and a relaxing patio. I really can recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful time at this cozy summer house. We especially enjoyed being a walk away from a beautiful nature reserve and beach! Our dog loved all the toys and the spacious garden. Very friendly communication with Linus. Very friendly neighbours, too. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms are newly renovated in a tasteful way. Well equipped kitchen and lovey outdoor seating where we spent most of our time.

Anneli ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar war und uns gute Empfehlungen für Ausflüge in der Gegend gegeben hat. Das Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus ist für uns das Beste gewesen und es war wunderschön, durch den Schnee zu spazieren. In Malmö gibt es außerdem Einiges zu sehen und zu erleben und man ist super angebunden, um zum Beispiel einen Ausflug nach Dänemark zu machen. Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich klein, aber sie hat alles, was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub braucht. Für das Kind waren sogar Spielzeuge vorhanden und die Küche war gut ausgestattet, um zu kochen. Man sollte beachten, dass Haustiere erlaubt sind und daher Tierhaare in der Wohnung waren, aber ansonsten war die Wohnung gepflegt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden in Bunkeflostrand und wollen gerne wiederkommen!

Maria hat von Anfang an sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend kommuniziert. Der Check-in war flexibel, und sogar beim Check-out kam uns Maria etwas entgegen. Alles war super sauber und ausgesprochen schön und wertig eingerichtet. Im Kühlschrank wartete außerdem eine kleine Überraschung auf uns. Der Ausblick ist grandios schön, die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und direkt am Wasser. Mit Fähre und Metro ist alles gut erreichbar. Es gibt auch ein paar Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Es gibt ingesamt stolze drei Balkone, einer davon sogar mit Grill! Für ausreichend Handtücher und Duschgel wie Shampoo ist ebenfalls gesorgt :) . Ich empfehle die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Het was de derde keer dat we hier verbleven en we voelen ons hier echt thuis. Heel netjes appartement, met alle voorzieningen om zelf eten klaar te maken; Prachtige terrassen en ondanks de nabijheid van alle voorzieningen in de buurt toch heel rustige atmosfeer. Een echte aanrader.

Highly recommend this property. Daniel's home is fantastic and had everything we needed for a great holiday in Copenhagen. Daniel was very helpful, quickly responding to any queries we had as we planned our trip. Sluseholmen is a lovely area, with a Metro station and water taxi a few minutes walk from the house that takes you straight into the city centre.

A very cozy place to stay - with everything you need. I definetly recommend.

Excelente departamento para familias. Yo mi esposa y 2 hijos de 11 y 12 años estuvimos 5 dias en el departamento de Vibeke. Esta muy bien comunicado con el centro, tanto por metro como por water taxi y a pie en 20 minutos. Es muy amplio, muy limpio en un vecindario tranquilo y con vistas a la marina y al canal. Lo disfrutamos mucho y sin duda repetiriamos.

sehr nette Gastgeber immer freundlich man befand sich wirklich auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter quasi im Gartenhaus was die lautstärke angeht waren sie auch sehr unkompliziert um man musste keine rücksicht nehmen auch nicht im pool oder die uhrzeiten wann man in den pool geht sehr zu empfehlen 👍 die lage zum strand ist wirklich richtig toll und man ist in einer minute dort

Es ist ein sehr schönes Fleckchen Erde da! Optimal für Erholung und Spaß mit der ganzen Familie! Der Kontakt mit der Familie war immer sehr freundlich und es gab immer eine prompte Reaktion! Kristina ist eine super Vermieterin, kann ich nur empfehlen! 👍🏻 Und der Nachbar ist dann noch als persönlicher Ansprechpartner da und ist super hilfsbereit und nett! Eigentlich wollten wir mehr unternommen haben, aber die schöne Terrasse und der Pool haben dazu geführt, dass wir viel einfach nur „zuhause“ geblieben sind, weil es so gemütlich war! Die Umgebung lädt zum Spazieren, radeln und joggen ein. Wir sind auf jeden Fall richtig gut erholt! Vielen Dank, dass wir bei Euch Urlaub machen durften!

Wir haben im Juli 2024 zwei Wochen lang mit vier Personen Urlaub in Helenas Wohnung gemacht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Sie ist sehr groß/geräumig und TOP ausgestattet. Insbesondere der ausgebaute Dachboden mit dem gemütlichen Sofa und der Tischtennisplatte ist ein Highlight. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Vor allem in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, die beiden Terrassen sind toll und auch der große Weber – Gasgrill auf einer der beiden Terrassen wurde ausgiebig von uns genutzt. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig vom Hafen und vom Strand entfernt und kann sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Malmö und Umgebung genutzt werden. Vor allem mit dem Fahrrad kann alles sehr gut erkundet werden. Der Kontakt mit Helena verlief schnell, zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne irgendwann wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße und vielen Dank an Helena und ihre Familie !

Värdparet var flexibla, gästvänliga och väldigt trevliga! De gjorde vår vistelse mycket trevlig och var mycket hjälpsamma.

Casa con ingresso indipendente e cortile interno totalmente recintato, vicino ad un bellissimo punto mare (2 min a piedi). Inoltre presenza di piscina hot tube nel cortile. Casa ottimamente arredata e letto comodissimo. Gentilezza dell’Host che ci ha fatto trovare cioccolatini e vino per la nostra serata di relax. Inoltre vini senza di un ottimo ristorante cocktail/bar, dove vai a fare check-in, per mangiare e bere in compagnia (simpaticissimo). Se ripasseremo da questa pari in Svezia, torneremo sicuramente. Anche il nostro cane ha gradito…

Onze verwachtingen kwamen helemaal uit. Wat een geweldig huis om in te verblijven! Op en top luxe, zowel binnen als buiten. Een Japanse tuin, die Johan zelf heeft aangelegd. Een diepe buiging is op zijn plaats. Het huis zelf staat in een rustge omgeving. Het dort denken aan een camping omgeving, met op 10 minuten lopen het strand. Aan te bevelen is het Vikingmuseum, dat op 10 minuten rijden ligt. Ook zijn we naar het nabije Falsterbo gereden (tip van Johan). Ook zeer aan te bevelen. Daarnaast zijn we ook naar Ystad gereden. Dat is een krap uur rijden, maat ook zeer de moeite waard. Authentiek dorpje! Tot slot zijn we 2x naar Kopenhagen gegaan. De eerste keer om de stad te bewonderen. En de tweede keer zijn we naar Tivoli geweest. Ook een must see. Qua attracties stelt het niet zo heel veel voor, maar je kan ook kaarten kopen, waarbij je alleen door het park kan lopen. Heel veel natuurlijk schoon te bewonderen en het ticket is de helft goedkoper. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!!!!

Un bon séjour dans un environnement dépaysant, paisible et agréable. Michelle, à distance, est à l'écoute et très réactive. La maison se trouve à la campagne, mais à proximité de Copenhague. L'accès direct à la mer depuis l'arrière de la propriété est très apprécié. De nombreuses choses étaient à disposition, des épices aux vélos, en passant par les paddles. L'impression est très positive et nous avons hâte de pouvoir revenir dans un avenir proche. Et tout cela avec une météo favorable. De plus, les Danois sont accueillants, bienveillants et pas angoissés ! Nous conseillons vivement cette adresse!

El apartamento es una maravilla, decorado con buen gusto y con muchos servicios, la zona es muy moderna y especial y en poco tiempo cuando acaben las obras del entorno todavía lo será mucho más. La playa artificial es una auténtica pasada y como este verano hace mucho calor nos ha venido muy bien para refrescarnos

Very stylish apartment with Danish design furniture and accessories. Spread on two floors plus a rooftop terrace with a view. Newest perfectly working technical Equipment. Downtown is easily accessible via a short walk and metro in 20-30 min. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the morning in the Harbour right outside the Apartment. Absolutely to recommend for discovering Copenhagen.

Wir genossen die Woche in der tollen Anlage mit dem alten Haus, dem modernen neuen Anbau und dem wunderbaren Garten. Der Garten ist sehr privat und direkt vor dem Haus ist man unmittelbar am Meer mit bester Aussicht, vor allem am Abend 🌅. Der Service und die Kommunikation mit Maria haben wunderbar geklappt, vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.
